Short video clip (YouTube) featuring Courtney Moeller arguing that regardless of skill level or experience, there is always room for improvement and efficiency; emphasizes openness to suggestions and incremental tweaks that can yield large impacts across industries.
I just think that there is always a way to do things better and smarter, and I think it's just a matter of being open to that. And I'm not saying I could step in and do things better, but like I said, I think there's always a way to be more efficient. There's always a way to do things a little bit better, to make little tweaks that have really big impacts. And I think it's just a matter of being open to that. And what are those suggestions and what could that potentially look like? It doesn't matter how much at the top of my game I think I am, there's always room for improvement, and I think it's that way in any industry.
