This is when we talk to landowners and say that solar leasing is an exit strategy. It's not and can't be the only exit strategy, because if people buy land thinking that it looks good because we told them to. But then, you know, and I had mentioned this before the show, two years down the line, we come back, and for one reason or another, the solar asset can't be built on that property due to something in the diligence period on the utility side, the interconnection side again. For example, we just got a study back after one of our partners did, after 13 months, and he got a letter from the utility saying that it was going to be a $20 million upgrade in order for them to put their solar asset on the property. And all of a sudden, they were super excited for that parcel. And then that news came in, and the project completely dead.
