Caitlin Sarian shows how to find and remove third-party apps connected to your Gmail account. Go to Google's apps and permissions page, hit delete on any connection you don't recognize, and confirm. Fewer connected apps means less risk to your personal data.
How many times have you clicked log on with my Gmail? Let me guess, you can't even remember because it's that many times every time Google and that app are sharing data back and forth. Here's how to check all of the third parties that are connected to your Gmail and how to remove them. Hi, I'm Caitlin. I'm a cybersecurity and data protection expert. I want to help you protect your data online. Let's go.
First you're going to go to this website. If you're not logged into Google login. If you already logged in then you can see all the apps that are tracking and connected to your Google. If you want to remove the connection, all you have to do is press a connection delete and then confirm. I would strongly suggest you go through all the apps that are connected and remove the connection whenever possible. The least amount of apps connected the better.
