Spam calls happen because data brokers sell your number online. Caitlin Sarian recommends deleting your info from those sites, either yourself or through a service like Incogni, which removes your data from over 700 websites.

Come here. Did you know you're getting spam texts and calls? Because your phone number is out there for everyone to see on these data broker sites and they actively use that to scam you. The only way to get rid of this is to delete your number from these sources. I have so many videos going through each step by step on how to do this, but no one wants to do that. The easiest way is to hire a data deletion service, which I use all the time. I use a company called Incogni and they remove your personal information from 700/ websites and data brokers. Technically, it's unlimited if you want to get the unlimited plan, which I strongly recommend you do. But this doesn't just help you with scam texts and calls, it also helps prevent identity theft and many other issues. So if you're tired of this comment and cod me and I'll send you the link.
