Caitlin Sarian provides a detailed guide on managing third-party app connections to your Google account.
How to remove your Gmail account from unwanted websites. This includes email account activity, etc.
Go to my account.google.com and click on Security. Then scroll all the way down to your connections to third party apps and services. Then review all these. These are all the apps and websites that have access to your Google account and other information connected to Google. If you click on the one that you want to remove, scroll all the way down and click Delete all connections and then press Confirm. I definitely recommend doing this at least once a year, so save this video so you can come back later. There's also a way to see what apps and services have access to. For example, if you give an app access to your YouTube or if you give an app access to your calendar or to your Google Drive, you can go through and see which apps have connections to what and remove accordingly.
