A designer frustrated with services work, where he only touched the early stages and maintenance, never saw how users actually used products. He realized the only way to understand user behavior and product reception was to build and own something himself.

I got a little bit bored with services and I decided I need to change this. I need to completely change this. I wanted to focus on the life of the products that I was developing. Until then, I wasn't really part of the product's life. I was part of the birth and maintenance. I had no idea how the users use it. Do they like it? Do they not like it? What features do they like? No, I was in the blind. And that in a way became frustrating because I was so curious of what's happening. And eventually I realized that the only way I'm going to find out is if I build my own product.
