Case Study: 27k MRR in 2 months with an AI Cold Email Agency

Parker, a former electrician, built two agencies to $27k MRR in two months: one selling info-marketing optimization to YouTubers, another running a B2B cold-email lead-gen service that scrapes job postings and sells qualified leads. He credits the jump to disciplined lead generation, AI-powered SOPs, and hiring VAs to handle repetitive work.

What's up everybody? I got Parker here. He's in Client Ascension, an AI-assisted agency. Parker, if I'm correct, you were— before you joined, you were kind of just doing like freelance type stuff, and then now you're at $26K MRR. Is that right?
Yeah, yeah, it's about $27K now, and that's not including like commissions for leads and, um, book calls and stuff like that for cold email. So yeah, $27K solid MRR.
Nice, good stuff. So quick disclaimer for everybody, I'm not promising you get those exact results. It's a very good result. The average person makes $0 in their business at all because the average person isn't even capable of running a business. But you join something like Client Ascension and then you get the advice and expertise of people who already have. So like, that's exactly what Parker did here. And dude, I want to hear your story because I know you told me you got an interesting one, kind of how you got here and everything that happened along the way.
So yeah, definitely, man. So I used to be an electrician and I dreamed of having an online business and I failed hard as fuck for years. I was not qualified for online business at all. I didn't know how to use Notion or Google Sheets. So like I bought every course mentorship under the sun. Like I literally spent a college education trying to figure this stuff out and I did learn skills. Right. But as far as like a business that has systems that could grow and like has potential to grow, like I didn't have anything. I was selling courses, like you mentioned, freelance products. And like every month I was starting from zero and like there would be some good months, but dude, there was like, there'd be 3 or 4 months where it was just like having to dog it. Right. And originally I was on your one workshop. For Client Ascension. And I was like, I think it was the Get Clients Challenge. It was like 2 years ago. And it was funny. I was like, man, this seems legit, but I don't know. Like, I just wasn't convinced. I was like, I can figure this out on my own. Kept failing, like hired the wrong people to learn, you know, ads or like copywriting and stuff like that. And then there was a guy, he lives here in Brazil with me. I think it's Vitor. And I followed up with him a year later when you guys had the AI Assistant Agency Workshop. And I was like, dude, how are the results? Because he joined, we met each other in the original workshop and he's like, dude, my income tripled. I joined, I Joined, he's like, "It's fucking awesome," and I was like, "All right, I'm in." I think I was one of the first people to buy. Like I said, dude, I've taken like cohorts, communities, like mentorships, you name it, and like I really wish I just started like two years ago. I'd probably be making like some serious coin right now. It depends on you and who you are, but it's like the only program I've seen where it's like I don't want to say failure-proof, but like there is no reason that you should fail. I mean, between the coaches, like getting on calls with people like Nick Abraham, people running seven-figure businesses, and just being able to pick their brains about your specific situation.
Seventeen.
calls a week. Like, there's no reason for you to be stuck. Uh, no one else has a success coach. It's so cool to have somebody be like— there's a lot of resources, the courses, the coaching calls, you know, the events and stuff like that. And so like, even if you're like overwhelmed with information, your success coach is like, dude, I'm fucking stuck here, what do I do? And he's like, check out this course, get on that call, do this. And like, every bottleneck that I've found has been like erased in a matter of a couple days.
Nice, that's dope. Could you walk us through what's your business and what do you sell and kind of all that?
You know, we talked about it before. I Essentially have two businesses, and they're both growing like super fucking fast. Essentially, one is info marketing, particularly for YouTubers, and my clients have been getting like six-figure results. It's just been insane. And then I've just been getting referrals from that. Like they just tell their friends about me, and that's growing fast. And then I have a business partner doing cold email B to B lead gen, and they've kind of started to sync together because now we're like scraping YouTubers, scraping their contacts, emailing them, and then I just have proof. It's like you help me build a web page, collect proof. The system's all there, and it's just starting to flywheel. Like, it's, it's pretty insane.
Nice. What's going on with the YouTube offer? Like, what exactly is it you're selling? What's the offer? And like, what are the deliverables? Like, what do you do over there?
I think you actually helped me with this like 2 years ago, and it just took me like a system or a swift kick in the ass to like get it working out. But it's, I'll double your revenue from your email list and your current funnels in 90 days, or you don't pay a dime. Basically did a free workshop for this YouTube community, got a couple of clients, got them their first 6-figure months. And essentially what I do is just diagnose what's wrong. Like, they're all great at getting attention and everything. They have a lot of trust. But as far as like the backend stuff, it's a nightmare, right? It's like your website looks like it's from '99. What are you doing? Right. And so like optimizing all of that and doing like proper launches and like high-ticket launches, webinars, course launches and stuff like that. And like everyone I've worked with has just been like, dude, holy shit, this is such an unlock. I've got friends for you. Like I need to start charging commission. Like I'm doing like $5K flat fee a month now. And like, yeah, I need to just like really get them in on the commission to unlock the rest of that. But that's been just, like I said, a flywheel. And you know, what's great about Klienta Ascension is like talking to Andre. It's like, dude, how do I hire people, man? It's like, my business has doubled in the last month. Like, what the fuck do I do? Or talking to Lucas, it's like, how can I use AI to like streamline a workflow or process? Right. It's just like, I don't know, Sunday I just write down what my problems are. I go to the calls, they're solved. And I like, I don't know, I feel like an actual business owner, not just like a freelancing fuck, like trying to figure it out.
That's dope, dude. And then the cold email, walk me through that side of the business.
Yeah, dude. Cold email is sick. Like before I joined, I, Was like probably 99% of the population. Like this shit doesn't work, whatever. It's all spammers. Cause like all I get in my inbox is like someone from a country that doesn't speak English and it's just like Claude slop. I'm like, what are you even doing? But dude, it's so dialed in. It's just crazy. I mean, you guys help with the offers, like collecting the data, setting up the infrastructure. Francois is the man, like having him and like people like Nick, just like, and Christian look at your campaigns and be like, nah, just fix this. So my business partner was in staffing and recruiting. And I know that's like a notoriously shit like market to work for, but we're doing a pay-per-lead basis and it's pretty insane. Like we've set up agents that are scrapers for job postings and we're like, hey, we'll just send you a qualified lead and you pay us. So they're in our WhatsApp group every day. Companies post on Indeed, Glassdoor. We scrape it and basically have it automated to where we send an email. They reply, we shoot it to them, and then we just get paid doing that work.
That's dope.
Dude, it's sick, man. And like, it's, it's a market where like everyone there is pretty dumb and retarded and doesn't understand business. And then it's like, Once they start seeing those like qualified leads, they're like, what the fuck? So that one's been working well. We're trying to do like B2B SaaS and starting to try to just look for niches that are like less targeted. Like we're going after commercial cleaning now. Really just want to like dominate, you know, a certain vertical that's growing too, man. And it's just like, uh, I suck at sales calls. That is not my thing, but I can submit my sales calls and they're like, yeah, you need to get them to commit. Right. Don't send them proposals. I think it was Dylan. He's like, no one was ever persuaded by a proposal. Right. It's like these things, dude, these little like hits of like clarity and Like nudges that like probably would take me months, if not years to figure out. And I'm getting this hyperloop of feedback every week, dude. It's insane.
That's dope. Here's how I can help you. The first link in the description, that's for the AI Assisted Agency Program. We show you what to sell, who to sell it to, how to get clients, and how to fulfill for the clients by using AI. If you wanna see that and see all the offers that people inside that program are actively running right now and how they're getting clients, click the first link in the description, go opt in for that, and you will see absolutely everything of how it works and how you can run that business Successful yourself. I'll see you over there. How do you set up the scrapers? What would you end up using for that?
My business partner's like the data and the tech guy, dude. Dude, I can't be bothered with that stuff, but he's got like agents and API keys that he sets up with Claude Code. He's just a tech nerd, dude. It's pretty awesome. But yeah, even like what you guys say about partnerships, it's like, make sure that you complement each other's skills. Like I'm good at the offer, the marketing, the copy, and he can just do the tech stuff. And it's pretty easy for both of us.
So a lot of people who kind of do like freelance stuff, it's kind of like difficult for them to like grasp, like, how do I turn this into like a proper company. They kind of like don't understand that transition, or it's kind of difficult for them. They kind of get stuck doing it for a while. What would you say are kind of like the key unlocks of transitioning from like kind of like some freelance stuff into like an actual proper company? And what made it unlock for you? Like, were there any specific tasks or changes that— just get your thoughts on that.
The biggest single unlock, I think it was like in the onboarding course, and it was like for productivity. One of the sex coaches was like, your priority needs to be lead generation, content fulfillment, right? And like, as a freelancer, dude, you'll get overwhelmed with clients and just think you have to do fulfillment and then you don't get new clients and then you just end up getting like burnt out and fucked and then you don't get any new fresh blood in. Right. And I was like, oh, holy shit, dude. Like I need to take my most productive 3 hours and like hunt. And like you have the client acquisition course, right? So it's like, here's how you do Dream 100. Here's how you do cold email. Here's how you do LinkedIn outbound. And I was like, I'm going to just do these 5 and just fucking hunt, dude. And like, at first it was like, oh, you know, what do I say and all that? But like now I've got it systematized and I hired a VA and I have Scope of like you know SOPs, and he just annihilates and just trained them. It's like I'm not even doing that anymore. And so that was the biggest thing is like you need to have three hours of like a hundred or two hundred messages and just getting people on the phone dialing it in. And like I wasn't doing that. Where do I find people? What do I do? Right? And it's like dude, just learn how to hunt. And so like that one skill has changed everything, right? And it's like now it's dialed in with numbers. Eighty twenty. What channels are working? I was doing Upwork applications and getting a lot of sales calls, but all those people are like. $500, $1,000 projects. And it's like, all right, that's not worth my time anymore. Yeah. And just systems, dude, like hiring people. I've got 7 interviews after this for a copywriter. You guys, Andre showed me the one post that you had on Twitter, right? To hire a designer for like Figma or something. Yeah. Same process. It got like 12,000 views on Twitter. I got like 250 applicants, 90% of whom did not follow the instructions, which was like classic. Cause that's, that's what you had in your video. But yeah, like I got 7 really qualified people to hire and now it's like, sweet, dude. Now I just have more time to find new ways to get clients.
Maybe people who are much smaller or haven't kind of made something proper yet, they really don't get how much lead gen you have to do. They kind of look at it as like, oh, that's just, uh, yeah, you can do that if you need to. They really just don't get like the sheer volume of marketing and sales that must be conducted to push a company forward. And then now that poses a problem though, because then it's like, well, then you have a bunch of people to fulfill for it. You're like, well, then How do you manage doing lead gen and sales and fulfillment at the same time? And the answer is automation or systems. And that's the only way. It's fundamentally impossible to build a company without building a system among these different processes of lead gen, sales, and fulfillment. It's always like, oh, I got so many clients, I don't have time to do lead gen. And then it's like, okay, well then you finish with those people and then you're back at zero. Now you're just restarting again. Like lead gen is not this thing that you turn off. It's always on. It needs to be going every single day. Like you need to market every single day. It's very interesting that people like, they don't fully get that, which like legit 80% of the work of a company is getting new customers.
Yeah, that was the biggest, biggest unlock. And it was also like everyone I know, like friends, family, people on social media, they need to know what I'm doing and what I'm selling. And like, even when I would tap out, I'd be like, who can I follow up with, check in with and like say, hey, by the way, this is what I do. Do you know anybody? And it was crazy because like 1 in 7 people that I asked knew somebody who would give me a referral. I don't know. I'm just addicted to hunting now. It's like, if I— that's all I want to do. It's just a numbers game. Like the way you guys break it down, it's very simple to understand. It's like, you know what you have to do if you're fucking up, if you're stuck, like there's no reason that you can't get unstuck. Like, I feel like it's failure-proof. Again, that depends, like disclaimer, it depends on you and like the work you're willing to put in. But for me, I wish, like seriously wish I just joined it in the beginning, dude.
Other points that you think are super important for somebody to actually get success with whatever they're doing?
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I think it's A, having a great offer and making sure that offer is in demand to cold traffic. I'll see all these people just offering really weird things to like weird markets that like, like nobody wants. And like you guys say it, it's like, if it's not going to help somebody make more money, save more money, or save time, it's just like good luck. Right. And it's like, you could get lucky and get one warm person, but you're pretty much like, here's what's working right now. These are the offers that are in demand. Like use these. For me, like my whole career in business, I was trying to create my own demand and it's like pushing a rock up fucking hill. Right. Like it's Yeah, it's stupid. It should feel like you're pushing a rock downhill. And I'll never forget, like, here's a cold email offer, like, you know, $500 a month fee, pay-per-lead basis. You know, if we don't get your results, you get a refund. And like, I was just so surprised at like how many people positively responded to that. I was like, holy shit, this is demand. And now it's like, I'm not going to build or do anything that's not pushing a rock downhill.
It's completely useless.
Yeah. I guess it's like the epitome of working smarter, not harder. I mean, it sounds simple, but it was just such a big moment for me. Like, I was like, wow, dude, I can literally just say this one fucking sentence to strangers all over the place and they will get on a call and pay me.
Someone had a service where it's like, I script YouTube videos for people. It's like, okay, well, like, what else? It wasn't even like scripting. It was like the ideation of a YouTube video. Like, I come up with the ideas for YouTube videos. I'm like, what do you do, editing? They're like, no. I'm like, what do you like film out and film them for them? Like, like, no. It's like, I just come up with the ideas of YouTube videos. That's not an offer. That's like a subsegment of a, like an internal marketing department where it would be like, that's like like a side job that somebody has who's already like doing something else. People just come up with shit and they're like, well, you can help me sell it, right? It doesn't work like that. It straight up doesn't. And then I made some tweet, it was talking about like paper call or something like that. And like there was this IT company that responded and they're like, oh, I buy that offer. I'm like, well, I wouldn't sell that offer to you. And they're like, why not? I'm like, you don't have a cold traffic offer. They just think that anything can be sold. Like, oh, I came up with this random service. You can just sell it, right? You can do your lead gen and sell it. It doesn't work like that. It's, you can only sell what people actively buy. You don't have a choice. They just do buy what they do buy. And there's like, that's it. There's no point of selling anything that they don't buy. It's the rock up a hill. Like you said, it's like too difficult.
Yeah, dude, it's awesome. I mean, like, even if you're a complete beginner, like I did come in with skills, like I have a pretty foundational, like, copywriting background, but like, dude, you can go in there, you can learn a business model. Like, okay, I want to learn, you know, what's working right now. And it's like, oh, here's the e-com offer. Oh, okay. How do I learn it? Oh, okay. Well, here's this community of people that have the same offer.
They'll tell you what's working.
What's not? Oh, and there's a here's an entire course to show you how to do e-com email marketing. Yeah, you're just set up for success, and then you can get on calls. I think his name's Connor. Like I like just hopping on the calls with some of these guys, like and just listening to like how the business works, what's working and what's not. You get the education. You're surrounded by successful people doing what you want to do. You know the offer is going to work. It's just a numbers game, like getting in the volume.
All right, bro. Thanks so much for coming on. You got anything else you want to leave the audience with before we end it?
The best place to start. There's no other program like this. Trust me, I've tried almost all of them. It's the best place to start. For me, I think I made my investment back in like 45 days or something like that. And, you know, it's not a guarantee, but like, yeah, dude, I don't know. I don't know why you wouldn't join. Nice.
Good stuff, bro. I appreciate you coming on. And everybody watching, I'll leave all of Parker's stuff, all of his links for socials and whatnot in the description. And if you want to join AI Assisted Agency, that'll also be in the description. Thanks for coming on, bro. Appreciate it.
Yeah, of course. Thanks for having me.
