The greatest business model of all time

In this 30‑minute sales presentation Daniel Fazio explains why traditional agency offers that require large upfront fees or guarantees are impossible for newcomers who lack case studies. He proposes a pay‑per‑call cold‑email agency model where the agency books sales calls for B2B clients and charges a fixed tech‑fee plus a per‑call fee (e.g., $300 per booked call). Fazio walks through the three lead‑generation channels (content, ads, outreach) and argues that high‑volume automated cold email is the only scalable, low‑cost option for beginners. He provides detailed cold‑email statistics (30 000 emails/month, 2 % reply, 20 % positive, 20 % of positives book a call, 20 % of calls close) and calculates unit economics: $600/month tech‑fee covers domains, inboxes, leads and sending tools, yielding a $75 cost per booked call and a $225 profit per call at a $300 price. He frames the client’s tech‑fee as collateral – the client funds the infrastructure and can reclaim the assets if the agency is fired, removing the agency’s financial risk. Fazio then showcases several student case studies (e.g., $30k/mo in 3 months, $70k/mo, a $700k agency sale) and uses these as social proof. To scale the model, he offers a 26‑module “AI Cold Email Agency” course covering cold‑email training, client management, and sales, priced at $17 with four AI‑driven bonuses (inbox manager skill, website templates, sales assets including an ROI calculator, and fulfillment templates). The purchase includes a 60‑day “sign‑a‑client” money‑back guarantee contingent on completing the course, publishing a website, and sending at least 100 outreach messages. The video ends with rapid‑fire screenshots of additional students’ tech‑fee and per‑call rates, reinforcing the model’s viability.

The problem with any business model is getting clients to pay you when you have no case studies. How are you supposed to get a business owner to pay you thousands of dollars when you have no proof? Here's some of the dumb advice you've probably heard people tell you. Just tell the prospect, is anything guaranteed in life? As if that would work. Just get better at sales or some variation of this nonsense. The next thing you'll hear is offer a guarantee. This is where you get money upfront from a client, and if you don't get the result, you give the money back. And this actually does work. It just has 2 drawbacks. First is you still have to get a bunch of money upfront from a client, which is still hard to do, even if you have a guarantee. After all, you don't have case studies, so it's hard to justify paying you $2,000 or $3,000 or $5,000 If you don't get them results. 2, if you don't get them results, you have to give the money back, and that stings. And you're probably nervous about getting results for clients in the first place. So we're stuck in a conundrum here. You can't sign clients because you don't have case studies, and you can't get case studies because you don't have clients. And both you and the prospect are hesitant to get money upfront with the guarantee because you don't want to have to give the money back. So what do you do here? I'm gonna give you the answer, but before I do, what you need to understand are the raw basics of how offers work. Any service somebody buys from you is fundamentally to get a result. If a prospect pays you for lead generation, the intention of doing that is for them to get leads, close them, and make more money. In fact, this is how all B2B companies work. They get leads, those leads turn into sales calls, and then the sales team closes those calls into paying clients. That's how money gets made. This is how trillions of dollars of capital is exchanged every year. Tens of billions of dollars per day flow through this exact marketing system. Leads, which turn into calls or consultations of some kind, Which lead to closes and new customers. So how can you make money from this? How can you build a business simply by taking advantage of this flow? Here's how. By generating leads for those businesses and selling them, not an upfront retainer, not by needing to make a big promise of a result you don't know you can deliver yet, but by selling a cost-per-call service. Offer. Here's what that means. You're not asking for $2,000 upfront or $3,000 upfront and saying, I'll get you 10 calls, and if I don't, I'll give your money back. You're saying, I will book you calls and you will pay me $300 for everyone that shows up. So you might book 3, you might book 10, you might book 30, and for every one of those you book, you are getting the agreed-upon price. Build every week, whether that's $200 or $300 or $500 each. So the next obvious question is this: how do you book the meetings? How do you get calls booked for another person's business and hand those off and bill them? Well, first we need to understand that there's only 3 ways to generate leads in the world: content, ads, and outreach. 99% of the world does not make content for their business, and you're not easily getting a random business owner to start filming themselves and going on Instagram or YouTube. It's too much work, so we can cross that off the list. Ads are really great for scale and they're what you'd want to use to book 200 or 300 meetings per month. But B2B calls on ads cost $300 to $500 theirself upfront, and that would mean you'd need to charge a margin on top of that. So perhaps $700 a call or $1,000 a call. And you have to use video creatives and make fully fledged funnels with marketing automations and video sales letters and webinars and use a sales team to call leads with setters to set the appointments. It works, but it's complicated and it's not the correct move for somebody starting out. It's great for a professional marketer, but maybe not you just yet. The 3rd method, outreach, works like this. You use high-volume automated cold email to send 1,000 cold emails per day or more. Typically, these are the stats you might see in B2B for high-volume cold email: 30,000 email sends per month to 10,000 contacts, 2% reply rate for 200 responses, 20% of those 200 responses are positive, giving you 40 positive responses, 20% of those positive responses book a call for 8 calls booked, and 20% of those calls close to becoming a client, which is 2 clients closed. These numbers obviously fluctuate depending on the exact offer being promoted in the emails, but since I literally own a cold email software company and have the data behind, without exaggeration, hundreds of millions of sent cold emails and over 9,000 customers and clients doing it, This is about what you can expect for a pretty good offer. So if that's 8 sales calls booked at 1,000 cold emails per day, how much does sending 1,000 cold emails per day cost? Because if we know that number, we can back out the math to calculate a profit margin. So let's do that. First thing, we know a B2B company will pay $300 per call, sometimes $500 or more. But let's go with $300. So that's the value of a booked call. Second thing, I know sending 1,000 cold emails per day, including the domains and inboxes and leads and verification and sending tool and AI script writing, is $600 per month. If that $600 per month generates 8 sales calls, that means the cost per booked sales call is $600 divided by 8. Which is $75. If we're selling those calls at $300 each, that means we have a profit of $300 minus $75, which is $225. At 8 calls, that's $225 times 8, which is $1,800. That's great. But what if we made it even better? What if we did a little offer presentation and sales finagling to make it so that you don't even have to risk your own $600. What if instead of spending our own $600, we charge the client a tech fee and the tech fee is exactly $600? Now I know what you're saying, Daniel, we just talked about how it's difficult to get a client to pay me money upfront, and I don't wanna get money upfront because I'm scared I won't get results and have to give them the refund when they ask. Well, here's what's very unique about cold email. Say for instance, you spent $600 on ads and you didn't book any calls. That money is vaporized. Poof, it's gone forever. With cold email, it doesn't actually work like that because you see, cold email requires you use multiple domains and multiple inboxes under those domains. And then you distribute the sending volume simultaneously among all of those inboxes. And it requires lead lists. You have to scrape leads to send cold emails to. So what happens, say, if you collected a $600 tech fee from a client and you got them zero results? Well, with ads, you'd be shit out of luck. You'd have to dip into your own pocket and go negative to give the client their money back 'cause the money's gone. With cold email, on the other hand, that's $600 purchased time. Assets, the actual domains, the actual inboxes, and the actual leads. So say for instance you're on a call with the prospective client and you, with absolutely zero case studies, pitch $600 per month tech fee plus $300 for every showed-up sales call you book for them. And they say, why would I pay you $600 upfront? Here's what you say, because Even if I didn't get you results, you still have 20 domains, 40 inboxes, 10,000 verified contacts, and a fully built cold email system you can take back as collateral if you fire me. If you've ever got a car loan or a mortgage for a house, that's exactly what's happening here. When a bank lends you money to buy a car, the car becomes collateral. If you stop making payments, they take the car back so they don't lose money. If you stop making mortgage payments, they take back the house so they don't lose their money. That's exactly what's happening here. You are leveraging the client's business and the client's money to develop a cash-flowing lead gen system for yourself. If you don't get results for a specific client, and they fire you, that's fine. They just take back the cold email system you built for them and you get to move on to testing the next client. This is single-handedly the best agency offer ever concocted in existence. It might actually be the best business model for any beginner at all ever. In fact, let me show you some screenshots. If you know me already, you know I run a coaching business called Client Ascension. We help agency owners start and scale their business and use AI to help them. And we started helping people with this exact business model about 10 months ago. This exact business model with this exact pricing structure I've explained to you today. And here are some of those results. This guy, Daniel, started from $0 and got to $30,000 in monthly revenue in 3 months. This guy, James, started from $0 and got to $15,000 in monthly revenue in 2 months. This guy, Brian, started from $0 and got to $20,000 in monthly revenue in 5 months. This guy, Oleg, also started from zero and reached $30,000 in monthly revenue in less than 90 days. This guy, Tyler, started this exact business model, got it to $70,000 per month And then sold that agency for $700,000 in cash. These are all publicly recorded case studies sitting on my YouTube channel right now. Now, am I promising you get these results? Absolutely not. I'm not making an earnings claim guaranteeing that you're going to hit these numbers because this is a business and it still requires hard work. But exactly how hard of work and what work exactly? What exactly must be done in order to run this business? That's exactly what the tens of thousands of people who have watched those case studies on my channel have asked. So my business partners and I were left with 2 choices after seeing this. The first choice was to gatekeep this business model to ourselves and our clients, or the second choice was to package it up into a full step-by-step Nothing held back, absolutely A to Z full tutorial, handhold walkthrough of how to get a cold email agency up and running from complete zero. Well, we decided on option 2, and that's what I want to talk to you about today. So here's what we put together. It's called AI Cold Email Agency: The Definitive Guide to Starting a Pay-Per-Call Cold Email Agency. So Here's what's inside. This is a 26-module course spanning 3 different chapters. The first chapter is cold email training and how to book calls with it. The second chapter is client management, getting paid, and operations. And the third chapter is client acquisition, sales training, and closing deals. And here's the kind of stuff you're going to learn: the exact niches you should target and which ones to stay away from. How to set up actual cold email systems across domains and inboxes and DNS and warmup. How to scrape anybody's email address and build prospect lists that are tens of thousands of leads large. How to write cold email scripts and our actual templates we use. Real actual cold email campaign walkthroughs. Onboarding and setting up clients. How to track client booked calls and how to bill them. 3 different methods for you to sign your first clients. Exact word-for-word sales scripts to use to close this exact offer. Now, you would think that revealing all of this information would be worth a lot of money because, after all, I've shown you five different people who have at this point made hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars, doing what I've shown them. So you would think that would be worth at least five thousand dollars, right? Because how could any person in their right mind who has helped somebody hit thirty thousand dollars per month? $20,000 per month or sell their business for $700,000 charge anything less than at least $5,000? You would have to be an absolute psychopath to not charge at least that much. Well, luckily for you, I've been feeling quite psychopathic lately, so I'm not gonna charge you $5,000. I'm not gonna charge you $2,000. I'm not even going to charge you $1,000 or $500 or $297 or $197, not even $97. I'm going to charge you the grand total price of $17, and you can get started right now with this entire course in all 26 modules And all the bonuses right now at coldemailagency.ai, or you can click the link or button that's sitting below this video. But all right, I haven't even talked about the bonuses because not only am I giving you all of that, I'm also giving you these 4 bonuses completely for free. So what are they? The first bonus is an inbox manager AI skill. So this will let you know exactly what to say to exactly every single response you will get to a cold email. So you don't have to wonder about what to respond to get the call booked. The AI skill will tell you exactly what. Bonus number 2 is website templates. So you don't have to sit there for 6 hours on an entire weekend coming up with a website. I have an AI prompt that will automatically generate you one with all of the copy in all of the sections already formatted. You literally just copy it into an AI builder I'll show you how to use. Again, that is free. When you join this today for just $17, right? That's included. So bonus number 3 is sales assets. So remember we talked about using an ROI calculator to close a deal. So we're gonna give you that ROI calculator. So we'll literally hand you an AI artifact and all the sales assets and decks that you need to use on your sales calls and show you exactly what to say and how to use it. To close the deals. So you get that with your $17 purchase completely for free. And bonus number 4 that is included when you join this is the client fulfillment templates. So this is a big giant Google Drive that will give you onboarding email templates, onboarding Loom video script, onboarding form templates, onboarding call script, the client journey and roadmap, a weekly KPI report template, a booked call tracker, and a booked call notification automation. All of those bonuses are yours for zero additional dollars at coldemailagency.ai. Now, if you're still watching this video and you haven't bought yet, it's probably because you still have some doubts whether this will work for you. Totally plausible. So there are 2 things I want to introduce to you at this point. You'll have to wait until I'm done with the first to figure out what the second is, but the first— Is a 100% Sign a client money-back guarantee. This is a guarantee that says if you don't sign a client within 60 days of starting and you want a refund, I'll give you one. The only deal you need to make with me to claim a refund is the following: you have to finish the whole course, you gotta watch the whole thing, you have to publish your website using the AI prompt I give you, and you have to send at least 100 outreach messages. This is the bare minimum. And honestly, if you don't see yourself doing even just the bare minimum, this wasn't gonna work out for you in the first place. So if you can make a commitment to me that you will actually try when you get started with this at coldemailagency.ai, then I will honor my 100% money-back guarantee if it comes to that. If that's the deal you're ready to make, click the link or the button that's sitting below this video. Now, onto the second thing. I've got some more stuff to show you. This is Akansh. He had absolutely zero business before starting, and you can see that he signed a $600 per month tech fee plus $300 per call. Exactly the deal structure I told you about earlier. This is Asia. He also signed his very first client on the exact same deal structure, a $500 monthly tech fee plus $250 per call. This is Matt. He's been running the model for just over 2 months and has signed 3 separate clients, getting paid between $200 to $300 per call he books. This is Robert. Look how ecstatic he is from signing his first client. He probably didn't think he could do it either, yet here he is now getting paid $250 for every call he books. This business model works. Businesses pay for this. Even when you have no case studies, if you just follow exactly what we show you. And that's what I'm giving you the opportunity to do here today for just $17. So if you're ready to get started right now, go to coldemailagency.ai or the link below this video.
