How to 5x your company IMMEDIATELY with this one offer change

In this blunt, profanity‑laden presentation, Daniel Fazio teaches marketers how to dramatically increase revenue by redesigning offers to remove the "logistical intensity" that customers would otherwise have to handle themselves. He defines the concept of "transfer of logistical intensity" and shows how taking away the operational burdens from a client lets you charge substantially higher prices and win more business. Fazio walks through three business models – agency lead generation, information‑product coaching, and SaaS cold‑email automation – illustrating each with concrete headline tweaks, pricing structures, and real‑world case studies (e.g., a roofing lead‑gen agency that doubled its price by handling calls, a content‑creation service that flies to clients to film, and ListKit.io which turned a raw‑leads product into a fully automated DFY cold‑email system). He shares revenue figures ($34 M across his ventures, $10 M from ListKit, 11 k clients) and emphasizes the arbitrage of buying labor or AI to execute logistics and selling the result at a premium. The video ends with a promotion for a $50, 5‑day AI client‑acquisition challenge and a consulting funnel for those who want hands‑on help.

This one thing that I'm about to show you is single-handedly one of the most powerful things that you could do to sign a shit ton more clients and make a lot more money. And if you want to talk about things that work immediately, I promise you this is one of them. But unfortunately, most people hear about stuff like this and they think, oh yeah, I'll do this later on. Oh yeah, I'll make that change whenever I'm ready. So what I want you to do is take three seconds to think if I can accurately convince you today that this thing works and you will make a shit ton more money if you do it, that you will in fact commit to doing it because it's going to require a little bit. Bit of uncomfortability, but the resolution to that is just not be a pussy. If you don't know me, my name is Daniel Fazio. We've made about $34 million across agency info and SaaS. I'll put screenshots here on the video. And real quick, just so we're clear, I'm not promising that you're going to get those results. Like, you probably won't. It's highly improbable for anybody to run any successful business whatsoever. However, you are here watching an educational YouTube video, so I'm going to try to do my best to reveal all the sauce I can. We've also signed over 11,000 clients that I'll put right here on the screen as well. So what I'm going to you is something that I'm actively doing and across all of those clients who I'm consulting with, helping them implement as well to get insane results. So I had a buddy reach out and he asked me to audit a landing page that he has. The results weren't the best and he wanted to make it work a lot better. So he asked me to go to the page and come up with a new headline for it. And this is the actual headline that I told him to use. Here's what it says. Attorneys, we fly to your office to film videos of you. We produce, edit, and post them. You become locally viral and get 10 to 20 new Clients per month. Now, if you know anything about content offers specifically, which are like super popular right now, the issue is that a lot of content people have a tough time getting new clients. But right when he implemented this headline that I just said, these are the results he got. So he said with that offer change that they're getting anywhere from a 7.7x to a 14x upfront cash ROAS. And I'll put that on the screen here as well. But you may be thinking, Daniel, I have to fly out to them to film for them. Like, that seems like a giant pain in the ass to do. Well, that's what we're going to talk about in this video. And it's a concept that I like to call the transfer of logistical intensity. Now, if you've watched any of my videos about making cold traffic optimized offers, you'll probably remember that there are 4 components to a cold traffic offer. First is new money. Second is done for you. Third is low commitment. And fourth is guarantee or lower risk. So what we're talking about here, transfer of logistical intensity, what we're actually talking about is this component right here. And what I want to do, because I run an agency info and SaaS companies, explain how exactly to implement this across all of these. So we're going to go agency info and then SaaS. This is exactly how to increase the transfer of logistical intensity. And just so we're absolutely clear on this, the entire purpose of this is for you to make more money. Now, what I want to talk about for a second is if we go to this agency thing, I want you to imagine there's 2 different agencies. You have Agency A and then you have Agency B, and both of these sell lead Lead generation to roofers, right? So they both sell lead gen to roofers, right? Now let's look at Agency A here and break down their offer of what they do. So they make the ads, they make the landing pages, they run the ads, and they make the automations. Okay. And they charge exactly the same amount of money. Let's just say it's both of these guys right now charge $3,000 per month. And then we have Agency B over here who understands that there's an unspoken problem that nobody's talked about yet. And it's that, well, if we're running ads and we're getting leads for the roofer, right? Because all of this, all this, All this shit here leads to more leads, which need to be set as appointments for quotes. They need to go get quotes to go give a quote for a roof, right? Well, who calls the leads? Because right now agency owner A just gives the leads. It's just, it's literally just like, hey, this person wants info and just giving that as data to the roofing company. So now someone needs to call the leads. So what that means is that either the roofer themselves need to call the leads or they need to go hire somebody else to do it, which is more money, right? Then that person coordinates with the leads to go give a quote. Okay. This guy, agency owner B, he does everything that agency owner A does, but he calls the leads. Okay. If you owned a roofing company, who are you going to buy from? Obviously B, right? Because it's a pain in the ass. You don't want to have to sit and call the leads yourself. You don't want to need to go hire somebody to call the leads for you. It's a fucking pain in the ass, right? Okay. So what that means is agency owner B doesn't have to charge $3,000 a month. He can charge $6K a month. He can oftentimes charge $10,000 a month. Why? Because this is logistical intensity. There are logistics involved in hiring and managing somebody to call the leads. You could perhaps have AI do it as well, but even understanding how to get AI to do that in the first place is also logistical intensity. You get what I'm saying? Like, to be able to do that is annoying as fuck. You know what I'm saying? So there's always something involved in an offer where it's like, what do you do? Like, who has to do this? And the more of that logistical intensity you take away from the client, the higher the price that you will be able to charge, like to like an outlandishly higher degree. So if we were to think actually, if you did have to hire somebody to call the leads, how much would that cost? Because one person could probably actually handle like 10 clients and say that person is like $2,000 a month or $3,000 a month. So the incremental cost to get somebody to call the leads is probably like $300, but you're charging $3,000 more. So that's a 10x profit. So that's called an arbitrage. That's literally how anybody makes money doing any business ever, doing anything. It's arbitrage. It's I buy labor or execute some AI system and it costs this much, but I'm selling it for this much. The difference is how you make money. That's how every offer works. So not only is it that You get to charge more money. It's also that this guy charging six thousand a month versus this guy charging three thousand a month, this guy will actually win most of the business even though he's charging twice as much. Why? Because nobody wants to call the leads. Nobody wants to do that. So I have a lot of clients who sell content offers. I try to explain this to them a lot, and actually had this other client. His name is Areeb, and I have a case study with him on my channel. He hit $400,000 per month with the content offer. What is Reeve doing that he could hit $400,000 a month with the content offer? Well, he does it in Houston and signs companies in Houston. It's an in-person studio. What's the problem with the content offer? Camera here, camera here, mic, mic, light, light, light, fucking all the shit going on with the shutter speeds and the— I don't fucking know how this works. I have a videographer doing this for me. And even when I do film it myself, it's like a pain in the ass and I hate doing it. It's too confusing. You try to go sell a content offer to somebody. And the part that is the most fucking confusing for them, the actual part that makes them not do it, is dealing with the camera and dealing with the mic and dealing with the light and like a fucking teleprompter. They don't know how to do any of this. And not only do they not know how to do it, all the fucking equipment is like $5,000. That's why nobody buys your content offer. It has nothing to do with like you need to put a guarantee over here, you need to do this. Like, yes, guarantees work, but The problem, the actual problem, is that they don't know how to fucking deal with the cameras and the lights. It's too confusing. They don't want to have to figure that shit out because it's going to take them like 10 or 20 hours. So when you change it to the headline I talked about earlier where you say, we will fly out to you, you're going to close literally fucking 10 times more people. Now that doesn't always mean that you have to literally go fly out to them. You can just go find some kind of content production crew in their area who will go to them and do it for them there without you needing to do that. And maybe that costs like $2,000 for the day. However, we just established that the shitty content offer that's taking none of the logistical intensity away, you may be charging— you may only be able to charge $3K a month for that. When you say we will fly out to you, that allows you to be able to close people at prices like $8K a month or $10K a month or shit like that. That's literally what the difference is between a low-ticket offer and a very high-priced offer to whale clients is there's hella logistical intensity involved in it. That's what that means. It's just you're doing more shit for them. If you've ever wondered why can people sign such high-ticket clients for such massive amounts of money, that literally is how it's done. It's just transferring more logistical intensity away from them. That's how you do that. Okay, so that's how you do it with the agency. Let's talk about info. Because the problem with an information product is like, if we go back up and we were talking about the 4 pillars of a cold traffic offer— new money, done for you, low commitment guarantee— how can you do done for you in an info product when the product is literally fucking information for them specifically to do it themselves? Like, how do you even do that? You get what I'm saying? Here's how you sell what's called a hybrid offer. Okay, what is a hybrid offer? Generally it works like this. Say you sell like a, like an ads coaching or something like that. You would do a funnel setup Plus coaching. So like, it's— yeah, it's the coaching, it's the mastermind, it's all that. But like, we set the funnel up for you when you join. So what that means is like the ad scripts, the ad editing, VSL script, VSL editing, setting up the actual funnel and the design, all the automations, right? Shit like that. Okay, now what that means is like if you have just, just the coaching, which is on the coaching calls and the course videos and all that shit, let's say you're maybe charging like, I don't know, $10,000 for that. If you add this, the funnel setup part, generally you can now sell this for like $20,000 or like $25,000. So what that literally means is that like this shit right here, you're like, you're selling that for $10K to $15K. That's like, that's like literally what's happening right here. That's how you sell coaching or info to cold traffic when it's not like a B2C biz op shit for retards. You get what I'm saying? I'm talking like, like B2B info. This is how you sell it for high ticket prices is you make it a hybrid offer. Now SaaS is very similar, so— and I have actual experience in this. So like my SaaS company listkit.io, where you can send 1,000 cold emails per day with domains, inboxes, leads sending, verification enrichment all included. 1,000 cold emails a day, zero tech setup whatsoever, for $597 a month. I'll leave that in the description. You should go buy it. It's a really good offer and people get a lot of good results with that. But problem we had, um, ListKit used to just to be the data. It used to just be leads. So like, for instance, if you were to think of cold email, it's again, you have— you need the domains, you need the inboxes, you need the leads, and then you need the sending, right? So ListKit used to just be that. That was it. It was just the leads. Uh, that's a problem because the only people who will buy leads for a cold email system are people who already have a built cold email system or know how to make a full cold email system. But that's a very finite amount of humans on the planet, right? So you can't scale leads company with with a finite TAM, so that was a huge fucking problem. So what did we do? I turned this into a done-for-you offer where we set up the domains, inboxes, and sending for them. What we did was we charged $1,500 setup fee, and then it was a lead subscription on the back of that, so it was like $97 a month or something like that. And then this morphed into kind of more of a done-for-you offer after that. where it was $1,500 setup and then packages that ranged from $600, it was like a kind of managed service to like up to like $3K a month or something like that. I think we literally made like fucking $10 million selling that. Like this was literally like fucking $10 mil, like, or something like that, or $8 mil. I don't know exactly, but it was like a lot. It was at a certain point there were like 600 concurrent active clients on that. It was like fucking insane. But what ended up happening is that we figured out a way how to build all of this actual software as all of this into just software where it's automated. So it's effectively like it is a setup, but it's just done by software now. So like it doesn't have to be that, you know what I'm saying? But what you got to understand is that this is logistical intensity. Setting up the domains, setting up the inboxes, scraping the leads, and doing the sending is all logistical intensity. So if you were to go sign up to like some other cold email tool, like a sequencer, they'll tell you some shit. It'll be like, yeah, you could send 100,000 cold emails a month for $97. And it's like, okay, well, what they're not saying, what they're hiding from you is, well, you have to go buy domains and then set up the domains with all the DNS records in the back. Then you have to spin up inboxes under that, warm them up correctly. Then you have to go manually scrape leads yourself and enrich and verify them yourself. And then you have to fucking individually do— put all that shit together into individual campaigns. It ends up taking like 10 fucking hours or some shit. ListKit, you sign up to ListKit, it automatically makes the domains, automatically makes the inboxes, automatically Scrapes enriches and verifies the leads and can automatically send them to actual campaigns to send, and you don't touch any tech literally fucking ever. Okay, what that means is that the logistical intensity associated with getting cold email started goes from like highly intense to very low intensity. So that's why a shit ton of people are signing up to list get and getting really good results because they've never been able to do cold email before because shit was too complicated. So we took all the logistical intensity away, and now it fucking works way better. I promise you, this is one of the most important things that you can do for your offer. This shit works. I actively tell people to do it all the time, and whenever they do do it, it fucking works so much better. Like, just really just so much better. On November 16th, we are hosting a live 5-day AI client acquisition challenge. The tickets are $50, and it's 5 straight days of us talking about building a cold traffic optimized offer. This is at AI clients dot com, by the way. Building AI client acquisition systems, sales closing and hiring salespeople, fulfilling for clients and AI processes, then AI funnels, ads, content, and marketing systems. This is the first link in the description. If you're watching this video after that has already occurred, you can buy the recordings after. Or if you want to work with us directly and be one of my clients where I can help you implement all the stuff we talked about today, that'll also be in the description at go.clientascension.ai. You can schedule a call. With us to join. We got a ton of people getting a shit ton of results in there, so I hope to see you inside. If you got any value from this video, please take a like, comment, subscribe, all that. Share with somebody who you think needs to hear it, and I will see you in the next one. Peace.
