How I Use AI to Make $225,000/mo With an Email List

In this video Daniel Fazio breaks down the email‑marketing system that generates millions of dollars in revenue for his business. He starts by showing a revenue dashboard that attributes $2.7 M in last‑click email sales and claims over $10 M in the past year, emphasizing the near‑zero marginal cost of email versus paid ads. He explains how he captures leads (name, email, phone) through opt‑in funnels, then routes them through various sequences—broadcast, automated, abandoned‑cart, and post‑purchase—while leveraging a parasocial relationship to boost conversions. Fazio details his AI‑assisted workflow: daily Claude Code scripts pull transcripts from Fathom (one‑on‑one and group calls) and Supadata (YouTube), store them, and let him query what he’s been advising to generate timely, human‑written broadcast emails. He warns against using AI to write the email copy itself, preferring to repurpose his own live advice. He shares concrete launch examples (AI Assisted Agency, AI Cold Email Agency) that earned half a million dollars in a week with zero ad spend, and outlines pricing tactics (early‑bird, tiered pricing) for a 5‑day AI client acquisition challenge. Throughout, he stresses the importance of real‑time, value‑driven broadcasts, the technical stack (Claude Code, Fathom, Supadata, HubSpot, Kit.com, Beehive), and the psychological leverage of parasocial trust.

This right here is a revenue dashboard connecting my Codex to Hyros, and this is last-click email attribution. So this is $2,727,581.21 from email. And in this video, we're gonna talk about how I use my email list to make a profuse amount of fucking money. Now, this is actually very interesting because there's a lot of people who run agencies, coaching stuff, info businesses, and none of them utilize email. Like, I never hear anybody talking about email, and I actually hear a lot of people talking about never use opt-ins, never use opt-ins. Well, that's exactly the opposite of what I've been doing for the past 4 years. And I imagine a lot of you guys watching this are actually on my email list, and you probably regularly read the email. So what I want to do in this video is give a quick breakdown of exactly how I'm going about the email strategy so that you can copy it and do it yourself, because it really does work. And I want to build a quick comparison here for you. Imagine there's 100,000 people on your email list, right? And if we also assumed a $100 CPM on ads, what does that mean? It means that if you were to reach all 100,000 people on your email list with ads at a $100 CPM, you are gonna be charged $1,000. Do you know how much it costs me to send an email to 100,000 people? $0. Well, incrementally $0. Like, you obviously have to pay for the storage of the emails and whatnot from an email platform. But the premise stands is that I send an email 4, 5, 6 times a week. So what that would mean is for you to do that to that same people, it would perhaps be $5,000, and for me it would still be $0. And you're sitting here thinking that opt-ins are a waste of time. That doesn't make any sense, because not only when we use opt-ins am I getting all the emails, I'm also getting all of the phone numbers. And then I have my setters call those phone numbers, to which they just book more appointments. You get what I'm saying? So I want to talk about the strategy because Doing this is what I've done to launch so many new products. And in September 2025, we launched, for instance, AI Assisted Agency. So let me put this right here. September 2025 was AI Assisted Agency. So what that was, that was 5 emails and 3 YouTube videos, and this made about half a million dollars in 7 days. Okay. $0 in ad spend, right? I launched another one recently called AI Cold Email Agency. This is a low-ticket product. So like a low-ticket ascension type thing. I sent 2 emails for this and 479 people bought off of 2 emails. If this was to ads and let's say it was a $100 CPA, that will cost you $47,900. It cost me $0. So it's very interesting that it's almost like there's propaganda against running an email list, which doesn't make particularly much sense to me because if I go back to this thing up here, this is solely based off last-click attribution, $2.7 million. Now in the past 12 months, I think we probably made like over $10 million. Right? But if you were to look at the distribution of like every single person who had bought, I guarantee you all of them clicked an email at some point or opened and read an email, and that absolutely 1,000% contributed to their purchasing decision. So it doesn't really make sense to me why everybody decides to not do this email strategy. It's very weird. So what I want to talk about and show you is exactly how this works. So first is I want to show you how I use AI to help me with it, and then I want to talk about how to get the emails onto your list, right? Like literally, how do you even get emails at all? So let's talk about AI. So I have scheduled tasks in Claude Code. that run every single day. I have one-on-one calls with clients where I give them advice on their business. I have group coaching calls. I have my YouTube videos. I have my internal meetings. And then I have my other emails, like the other marketing emails that I have sent, right? So this one-on-one calls with clients, this is through Fathom, right? I record everything with Fathom. Group coaching calls, this is also on Fathom. Right? So just to give you context, so I use Claude Code. I give it a Fathom API key and I set up, hey, I want you to go get all my one-on-one calls and send them to this folder, the full transcripts. I do the same thing for group coaching calls. I want you to go get all my group coaching calls and put them in this folder, get the full transcript from Fathom, put them in this folder. My YouTube videos, I use something called Supadata, which is like an API connection to YouTube to grab the transcripts. I set that on a recurring basis to do that every Friday. Internal meetings is also with Fathom. All the meetings are done daily. And then my other emails, I send through HubSpot, but you can use anything. You can use kit.com, you can use whatever the fuck. Just don't use GoHighLevel's emails. It's dogshit deliverability. I've never seen anyone get good deliverability in GoHighLevel emails ever at all. So kit.com, Beehive. I use HubSpot because I just happen to have HubSpot. It's super expensive though, so a lot of you probably won't have it. So this is API key, API key, API key, API key, API key. I just connect that to my Claude code. It all sends to folders in my computer. And then what that means is I can go into Claude Cowork, I can go into Claude Code, I can go into Codex. I've been using Codex recently. And I'll say stuff like— I'll prompt it and be like, what have I been giving advice on this week? And then I will get literally what people who are in my target market, because the people who are my clients or the people in my target market are asking me and having trouble with right now. And I can get exactly what I said to them on the coaching call, and then I can therefore write an email based off literally what I told them live. Get what I'm saying? And now you gotta imagine the, the quantity of questions that I'm getting every single week with all the one-on-one calls, all the group calls. It's dozens of questions. So I have a like basically infinite amount of shit to talk about. Now I want you to understand that And I've tried it before. Don't use AI to write the email. It really just like 100% of the time comes out like shit. It sounds like AI no matter what, like guidelines, like write like me fuckery you give it. It just sounds like AI. It's almost like there's like, it's almost like the words themselves, like lack of the soul of a human. I can't describe it, but it's like every one of you on here You scroll on Twitter, you scroll on LinkedIn, you fuck. I bet you even watch some people on YouTube who script their shit out on a teleprompter, and you know that shit is AI, and if you fucking hate it. I hate it anytime I know some shit is AI. I completely tune out, and I actively get pissed off that I'm watching it. It's almost like they're disrespecting me as a human, like they think I'm a retard. You get what I'm saying? So I stop watching it. That's exactly what I've also found, where it's like I get responses and be like. Dude, I know this is with AI. Like, stop writing with AI. And I'm like, you're right. I should stop writing with AI. So I don't use AI to write it because it just doesn't work. It just actually, no bullshit, doesn't. All I do is ask it, what am I already saying? I wanna know what I've been saying actively to people in their specific actual situations. Because if somebody has a very precise situation that they're having an issue with and I give them a very precise way to solve it or anecdote of how I have solved it previously, and they accept that as the answer and they're satisfied with that answer, and even better if they get a result from implementing that answer, that is extremely good content for me to write an email on. And you can imagine because of the sheer volume that it makes it very easy to write 5, 6, or 7 emails a week. Now, I've experimented actually with doing 14 a week. And I understand that maybe if you're running a profuse amount of low-ticket stuff, how that would probably work for you. And I have some low-ticket stuff that I sell. But it seems to me that oscillating between 3 to 8 works. Some weeks I'll do 8. Some weeks I'll do 3. Something like that. I can also kind of feel it. I get responses to them. And I see how they're reacting. To it and like even just the strategy itself where it's like sometimes I'll do like it's just value-based stuff. Sometimes I'll do value-based stuff where it's like a light CTA at the end. And then sometimes I'll do like full-blown hard pitch like sales emails. And I like oscillate between these and the frequency of them depends on whether it's 3 or whether it's 8. And like my feedback from the audience also makes it depend on like What which ones I should do and like how much I should be doing it. Earlier we talked about how when I launched AI assisted agency for the first time there were five emails, in which case like I'm gonna make a fucking shit ton of them, right? So now I want to move on to talking about like how I even get the emails in the first place. So if I go and show you this for instance, and this is the CTA I'm going to give you literally in this video is to go apply to AI assisted agency, right? This is the page that you're going to reach. You're going to click that button and it's going to let you. Put your name and email and phone number in there. And then you're gonna opt into that and it's gonna take you to the next page that has a video where it explains our AI client acquisition systems and it's a VSL and I'm selling you my shit. I'm selling you on the concept of why you should do this. Here's the kinds of results we get. Here are the strategies that we do. Submit an application to book a call with us to join. And it's like, that's literally, that's like what is happening there. So I run ads to that, but then I also have other stuff where I have another funnel where it's a free training funnel. And then I have some other ones where it's a lead magnet, like download these 52 offers, cold traffic offers that worked for agency owners. And then I have other shit where it's like the low ticket I was talking about, coldemailagency.ai, AI cold email agency. So this is a full sales page. Like I run ads for this page, I send organic traffic to this page. If you click that, what happens? Name, email, phone number, right? So then that takes you to the checkout page. What happens if, You put this in and you don't buy. Well, now you're an abandoned checkout sequence. I have your name, email, and phone number. I get to send you value emails. I get to email you. I get to put you through an abandoned cart sequence. I get to just put you on my broadcast list where I talk about shit, where it's like I just give advice on it. So this is normally what it looks like and how this works. So I'll have like some funnel, which is opt-in, right? So then I'll get, name, email, and phone number, right? And then normally what's going to happen, just depending on the context of what is occurring here, it's going to go to an email sequence where this is a sequence and there might be like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, like scheduled emails in a sequence. Now, some of them could be like 5 days. Some of them could be like 30 days long. And you might be asking me, well, Daniel, what determines whether you make it 30 days long or whether you make it 5 days long? And the answer is just whatever I fucking felt like doing on that particular day, right? So there's literally no strategy behind it. Like, a lot of this shit— like, I see this all the time— a lot of the shit you see online is like, I'm breaking down the full engineering of this person's funnel and how they do this. And someone did that to me one time. And they're like, yeah, and Daniel Fazio puts this specific thing in his funnel because he knows that if this happens, then this and this. And it's like, No, actually, I just like didn't even know I did that at all. So then you got broadcasts, and broadcasts are the one-off emails. Now, this is very interesting because whenever I talk about email, everyone's always like, yeah, so I just want to like automate it so I like never have to do it at all. It's like, you're not getting the point. Like, you're not understanding what I'm trying to convey to you. The fact that it is real time and it is what is actively occurring in your business It's almost like a series. You know what I'm saying? You know how there's a show and it's like, the next episode's airing and you're waiting for the next episode to air and you're gonna watch the shit immediately once it comes out? That's what a broadcast is. Everyone fucking knows if it's automated. You get what I'm saying? It's real time. It's like, this is what is happening right now in my business. You get what I'm saying? So the broadcast is exactly what I was talking about, where it's like all the shit in the folder, I'll have Claude or Codex or just read everything I've been talking about for the past week, for the past couple weeks, or even get the stats of how the other emails have performed, or get the stats from how my other YouTube videos have performed, or what I've had to repeat myself multiple times about on specific calls, and then I make broadcast emails on that. So you might have Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and I just constantly do this. And if I have a particularly high amount of shit that is occurring where it's like, wow, I'm getting hella good content, I may do 2 a day. And it's like, but then it's like, well, sometimes like there's not a lot going on and like I haven't got many new and interesting questions, so what do I do? It's like, well then I'll just not fucking send one that day. You get what I'm saying? I do it every day in the morning. Sometimes I pre-write them if I have a lot of content sitting in my head, like I'll pre-write them for the week. But normally it's like, what happened yesterday? Let me write an email on what happened literally yesterday. And that's why it works so well. And that's why a shit ton of you guys like reading my emails. And that's why we get results like I showed you earlier, $2.7 million, and that's just the last click, by the way. I can assure you, like again, 80, 90, probably 100% of people who have bought from me have done fucking something with email. You know what I'm saying? Normally I'll send like meta ads, meta ads to this, but I might also have, you guys have seen this on my YouTube before where it's a lead magnet. And that lead magnet page also asks for your name, email, and phone number. So then what happens? I put you again also through a different sequence, but you're getting the same broadcast. You know what I'm saying? And then if I'm sending it to a low-ticket product, it's exactly like I showed you where it's like an abandoned cart. If you buy, it's also a post-purchase sequence. And then you're— everyone goes to the broadcast emails though. Everyone goes to broadcast emails. That's the aggregator. And in a previous video, we talked about something called a parasocial relationship. This is when you have a relationship with somebody, you know, like, and trust them, and they don't even know you exist, right? If you want to make money on the internet, you need to get as many people to have a parasocial relationship with you as possible. A lot of you guys watching this video have watched 30, 40, 50 hours of me already. You already have a parasocial relationship with me. Right? So if I say something like, for instance, if I CTA this product right now, which is a 5-day AI client acquisition challenge where the early bird tickets are $25, if you buy it after early bird, it's $50, if you buy it after it starts, it's $250, and if you buy it after it finishes, it's $1,000, which is at iclients.com. You can buy tickets for that right now. When I CTA that to you, you might be thinking, wow, I've watched so much shit from Daniel either historically or recently. I kind of like him. I kind of trust him. Let me try buying some shit for him. And again, this is early bird. It's $25. After early bird ends, it's $50. After it starts, it's $250. And after it finishes, it's $1,000, right? The recordings will be included if you get $25, $50, $250, $1,000, right? It doesn't matter. Why did I price it like that? For urgency. I want you to show that if you wait, you're going to pay $1,000. So what is this? It's a 5-day challenge. And we're going to show our Black Friday offer on that too, which is fucking awesome. So you're going to be able to get access to that. So we're going to talk about offers and cold traffic offers and turning your business into a cold traffic offer. Then we're going to talk about client acquisition, AI client acquisition systems. Then we're going to talk about AI client fulfillment systems of how to literally manage 5 to 10 times more clients. Then sales systems and hiring closers to close deals for you. And then AI marketing, ads, and funnels on day 5. We're going to close it out like that. Again, let me repeat that. It's literally $25 for early bird and then only $50 after that. And if you wait too long, you're paying $250 and then subsequently after that, $1,000. That is at aiclients.com. That is also a link in the description. And in the meantime, If you wanna become an actual client of ours where you can work with me one-on-one and me and my co-founders to scale your shit through AI client acquisition systems, actually building raw fulfillment systems that like can handle hella more clients, building a sales team, being able to close deals like actual cold traffic clients, that is at go.clientascension.ai. That again also is in the description, so check that out. I hope you guys got some value from this video. Leave a like, comment, subscribe, all that. See you in the next one. Peace.
