Hello, hello everyone. This is Just Danielle. I hope you're having an amazing week and we're talking about ADHD and productivity. It's always good to know that you can be productive and ADHD. It's possible. I promise. I promise that this is absolutely a possibility. And you hear us say you have to be consistent and all of those things and they're absolutely true. But some of the things that really affect the ADHD productivity is shiny object syndrome. How many people see a A new app, a new program, a new course, you go all in on it and you dive into it and you learn every freaking thing about it, but yet it still doesn't get your business ahead, doesn't help you move ahead. I see this happen so often with business owners that they get stuck in that. They don't know how to get out of that and they don't know how to get out of shiny object syndrome because there's such a huge fear of missing out because we always know that we're not the best at what we want to be the best at. So there must be a better way. There has to be a way to make this easier for me. There has to be a magic pill. So we go after those shiny objects that are going to help us. The new pretty planner. That planner is going to be the thing that is going to make me more organized and help me do all of the things and I'll remember to use it and it's gonna be amazing and beautiful and it's so pretty. And then you use it for a week and it goes away and ends up in the pile. You're like, but I stayed laser focused. I learned all of the things on that shiny object. Well, yeah, because your hyperfocus is like the bomb. Because your hyperfocus is absolutely one of the most amazing things about being ADHD. But we our focus on the wrong things, and then our train gets derailed. We can't get back on track. We have a hard time remembering what it was we should have been doing, or we don't even know what we should have been doing in the first place. So we get really, really lost in that whole entire process. And then time, managing our time. We're terrible at managing our time. Like, I'm terrible at managing my time. Me, I am absolutely the problem. It is totally me. I have a horrible time with that, which is why I do things like map all of my time out. I time block my time and I make sure that I can see everything that I need to see. I make sure that I'm really doing all of the things that need to be done. And Avril's helping— Avery is helping me. Avery, I know what your name is, I swear. Avery is helping me tag everyone. But we're really bad at managing our time. Deadlines get right. What are the current tasks that I should be working on? Again, shiny object syndrome. I'm over here and I'm not doing the thing I should be doing. But what was the thing I should be doing? And how do I do the thing? And how much time is that thing going to take? No, that's going to take me 12 hours. I can't do that today. When in all reality, it could only take you 5 minutes. Or maybe if you broke it up into tiny steps, every tiny step takes you 5 minutes. The whole project might take you 2 weeks, but if you break it up into tiny steps, you can be working towards that end goal. It's that time management piece of it is insane sometimes for us, and it's really, really hard to manage that and do all of the things. But you can, I promise. I promise, I promise, I promise, I promise. On Thursday, I'm going to teach you how. And then we are overwhelmed. We get so freaking overwhelmed. Our head is like a race car on steroids, and it's super freaking complicated. And then we have no owner's manual and we have no idea how to run it and do the things and direct it in traffic. And we don't know how to use the steering wheel. And we have all of these things because we're so overwhelmed by every other little thing. So sometimes that roller coaster of always being overwhelmed means that our productivity just tanks. Our executive fatigue and decision fatigue is overwhelming and through the roof, and we can't get out of that. And we have a hard time creating all of the tools that we need in order to move ahead in our businesses. I had a conversation end of last week with somebody who does not have the budget to hire me, but is really, really, really stuck in the overwhelm mode. And she's so stuck on that she has to make 5 figures and she has to make 5 figures a week. She needs to make 5 figures a week in her business, but she's not consistently doing anything in her business. And I'm like, well, we need to get you out of overwhelm so that you can create some consistency. Well, I can't be consistent. I'm ADHD. Yes, but if you don't create some consistency, at least some packs, In small little spaces of consistency every day, you're never going to get out of this overwhelm, the task paralysis, the decision fatigue, the executive dysfunction. You're not going to get out of that until you create some, at least little pockets of consistency every day. And that's part of why we do that through All Access Pass. We give people 8 hours a week of consistency that they can have. We give them the pockets that they need to create that consistency and get the coaching they need and get the support they need because that overwhelm is like a major, huge, massive pain point. It's not just like a something poking you a little bit. It can be, it can feel like a battering ram all of the time. And getting out of that overwhelm is necessary for being consistent in your business. When you talk to anybody who's successful, and let's be clear, 99% of super successful business owners, and not even like multi-billion dollar a year business owners or multi-million dollar a year business owners, most successful 5-figure, 6-figure business owners that make a comfortable income, $50,000 a year, $60,000 a year, $100,000 a year, whatever that is, are ADHD. So don't tell me that your ADHD is at thing keeping you from being productive because ADHD can be the thing that creates the productivity for you when you get out of the overwhelm, when you create task management, when you create accountability. And every single person that creates those pockets for themselves and those pieces for themselves are the ones that find that success. And the other thing I'm going to tell you, and this is a reality, and it's a reality that most people really have a hard time with, it's really, really important that you understand that rarely are you going to do those things on your own. When you talk to successful business owners— and hello all, you can talk to me anytime you want— and I, one business alone, I'm making 6 figures, another I'm making— so just to lay it all out there, I don't do this very often, but I think we have enough new people in here that need to hear this. I own multiple businesses. I just sold a portion of a business I own. I was one of 5 owners. I am no longer an owner. I sold all of my shares in this business and made $160,000. $158,000 in less than 2 hours by selling that stock. And yes, I made $158,000 because I invested and got myself into something in the first place in a couple hours. It was a couple hours of work, $158,000. I earned $60,000 a year for one of my other businesses. I am earning about $40,000 for BSEA. No, that's not great at this point. BSEA as a whole is not making a ton of money because Rebecca and I have been dedicated to keeping it really, really low cost. Which means our startup is a little slower because I'm not pulling over money in from other businesses to invest in this one. This one is going to survive on its own. It has been bootstrapped on purpose because we want to show you it can be done. I have another business that's making me $25,000 a year, and I'm not actively working on that at all. If I was working on it, I could probably make it make more money. And I have another business that I just restarted. My marketing business is just getting restarted, and I'm going to easily hit $75,000 this year from August Through January, so that's what I do. I know what success looks like. I know how to create that consistency for myself, and I'm going to tell you: I don't create all of the consistency. That is the key for almost every freaking successful business owners. I don't create the consistency on my own. I hire the people to do it. I have hired Avril. I have hired Emma. I have hired Gina. I have hired Jenna. Gina BSEA Team BSEA is in here. She is part of my team. I have a Roy. I have. I'm trying to think who else I have. I have a Rain because Rain is freaking amazing. And then here I have, I have an accountant, I have financial manager, I have a business manager, I have a business mentor, I have a high-powered business mentor because I need one with where I am. I don't do anything on my own. I have accountability. I have daily accountability. I have daily check-ins. I make sure that things are moving and that is where my consistency comes from. My consistency comes from having the support that I need in order to take the next steps that I need because I could not freaking do any of that. I would be, I would be lucky to have one business doing any of those things without the support system that I have in place. So what support systems do you need in place to create consistency? Talk to me about your packet of consistency today and what are you doing for your business? So what is your consistency today and what are you doing to move your business forward? Do you know what that is? I want to hear all about it below. And Thursday I will come back. I will answer every question you have about ADHD and productivity and how you can get productive and how you can create success for yourself. But I'm going to tell you the one thing I'm going to repeat again and again and again is get accountability and consistency. Those are the things that you need for a successful business that lasts long term. So let's hear about your consistency. What are you doing today?
