It's great when we can walk in and into the body doubling, not literally, but you know what I mean. We can come into the body doubling, feel overwhelmed, and within minutes that overwhelm starts evaporating. Or we just have somebody, like you said, Rebecca says, well, why don't you try this? Or Tara's like, hey, what about this? It just kind of takes all that whirlwind. You know, it reminds me of The Wizard of Oz when she's sitting on the bike and she's going around and around in a circle. But it almost takes that and says, okay, we're going to put the bike down and you're going to start going forward now. And that helps with a lot of those days because we may start our day doing great. We may start our day with— we're like, okay, we're going to start with this, then we're going to go to this, and then we're going to take care of this. But something gets tossed in, whether it's a phone call or an alert or somebody knocks on the door or there's a doctor's appointment we forgot about, whatever it may be, kind of just throws a wrench into it. But it's almost like when we are in the body doubling, it pulls that wrench out. And I'll be honest, the, the side business that I'm doing along with this would never have been started if I didn't have the body doubling. The body doubling is what helped me to stay on task to do the things that I needed to do with my partner to be able to move things forward. That's something that has been golden.
