But, but there's so much comfort in that and knowing that last week my brain was in such chaos that I couldn't grab onto anything. And like, I got things done last week, but I honestly, it's by the grace of body doubling. And that was the only thing that kept me going because my brain was so chaotic.
Well, it's, and you know, it was interesting because last week was a pretty coming back from vacation and being gone for a week and then coming back and trying to get into it. And my brain was like, no, you're still in vacation mode. And I'm thinking, no, but I got all this stuff to do. And it kind of triggers you into or trips you into like this whirlwind, almost like you're sitting on a merry-go-round and you're reaching out to grab the one thing that you need, but you're still spinning as fast as you can. And for me, I just decided, okay, I got to walk away from my desk for a minute and go do something physical, which pulls me out of that headspace. And then, you know, with the physicality of whatever I was doing, It then was like a reset button, and then I could come back in and work on what I needed to work it, you know, do my office or on the computer.
