It's Reality Check Wednesday. How are you planning for your day? So we know that planning doesn't always work for us. We know that having a planner isn't always the best thing for us. We know that how we plan doesn't always work for us because we've been told a million times, well, if you just planned your day, you would be fine and you wouldn't be so lazy, or whatever the negative comment that we've heard about getting things done. But I want to encourage you to plan out your time, even if it's 15 minutes by 15 minutes or 30 minutes by 30 minutes or 2 hours by 2 hours, whatever. I want you to, even if you don't know what you're going to do next, to write it down just before you're going to do it.
