So what is, what is, it's an extreme day. What is one of your favorite stupid things to do to reset you? Block Blast. That's one of my go-tos. Block Blast. Read articles about how like Tetris, Block Blast, things like that, like actually have a lot of like healing powers in them. They recommend that for people who have been through a lot of trauma. There's been recent studies. It's really interesting, but that is one of my go-tos. You know, that, talking to trusted friends, watching funny videos, watching, you know, comedians that I enjoy, those are kind of my go-tos of, okay. And I think it's, it's really important that we are giving ourselves the same grace that we give other people. Like, take the day off, do what you need to do, take care of yourself. If we can't afford our own selves that same grace, like, we're doing ourselves a disservice. Absolutely. And it's, it's so necessary, you know, to be patient and kind to ourselves and our bodies. And, you know, you were asking about like resetting and how do we reset our day, but also recognizing that there may be moments where You just can't, and you need to just kind of check out for the day and say, you know what, I'll try again tomorrow. And that's okay too.
