Paradox. It's actually paradox, but a really, really good analogy and mental picture is think of a duck that is turned inside out. It looks like a zombie. It feels like a zombie. And it's just a complete and total mess. And think of a little cute duck with a crown on and a pearl necklace and just beautifully ready to take on the world and to be the queen of the day. There are days that we have to feel like both of those ducks inside of ourselves. And I think something that we see with our clients and that we see online is that people think they have to get rid of one kind of energy in order to grow and move to the next thing.
