There's a lot of things we don't realize we're already trying to accommodate ourselves with that are naturally accepted. So the other things can be accepted by you. And, you know, I think if we start looking at ourselves too and saying, you know what, I accept who I am, where I am, this is who I am. I'm ADHD, I'm AuDHD. These are my strengths. These are my areas and where I need some help or assistance or accommodation or however the word that you need to use for you. But the reality is, is that once you accept that, then you can start really looking into it and saying, this is what works. This is how we can do it. You know, because for me to settle down, if I get really hyped up and really stressed, physically stressed, then I need to go and do something physical to release some of that and process. For someone else, it may be the exact opposite. They need to sit still. They need to wind down, have soft music. Me, I'm like, give me that hard slamming, bamming. I got to get this out and then I'm okay. Yeah.
