Talk to others that are doing the same kind of things. We have body doubling at night for those that have day jobs. We have body doubling on the weekends for those of us that need to clean up our clutter and deal with our chaos. We have body doubling all day long during the normal work week. It is possible to get things done with others, not feel judged, not feel like somebody's cracking a whip, and not being told what you have to do. You set your parameters of what you want to get done and ask for the support. It's what body doubling is there. It's for co-regulation, it's for comic regulation maybe, and it's for— it really is for fun.
