Loop earplugs are fantastic. I know I have a couple clients who visually lights overwhelm them, like too many, being able to see too many things, so they wear sunglasses all the time.
See, I do that too. Like even, and I, that's been a relatively new thing, but when we go grocery shopping or something, because I started, I would get sick inside of Walmart and Costco, so I started wearing my sunglasses inside because I'm super light sensitive.
