Zentangle is basically the art of doodling, but it is finding that zen state, that flow state that we're always trying to get to. And it was a husband and wife started this. She was a calligrapher and he was really into meditation and mindfulness, and he would come in and try to talk to her while she was doing her calligraphy stuff and she wouldn't hear him because she was in her flow state. And so they were like, wow, this is really amazing. We should package it to people for, you know, mindset. And they They started doing that, and it teaches you multiple things. One, every single person can be an artist. Two, there is no such thing as mistakes, which for a lot of us that are neurodivergent, we struggle with that anxiety level so bad. So it's teaching you to maybe embrace a task that you've never done before. We're taking away your ability to make mistakes with it. And then it's fun. It's like we gamify it.
