Danny Walsh argues belief can't sustain a business, only proof can. He critiques the idea that posting content will eventually work, calling it belief without evidence. Real proof of finished work builds the credibility and trust that actually drives growth.

There's a difference between belief and proof. Belief, I've said it already, is a doubt. I've wrote a book about it, it's called The Arc of Success. And you, you can't ride your business on belief, right? And belief is important to people. There's lots of beliefs, people believe stuff. But I like proof, right? Because the beliefs that make you post or not post on social media are totally different from having something convincing that's done, that's finished, that people can look at and think, that's good, that. So social media belief, a typical one, and people come to me all the time, they're like, hey Danny, I'm not getting anything on social media, but I believe if I keep posting, something will happen. It doesn't. It's different, right? When you actually posting something that's got proof underpinning it and it's supported by proof, people look at that and they think, whoa, there's a presence there. They can see it, they can feel it, they can get it, they can read it, they can trust it. There's something that's actually tangible. Does this make sense? You can't build the business on, on belief alone. You've got to leverage some proof.
