Hey. We are live. This is Danowine Special. It is just after 9:35 in the evening, Halloween evening in the UK and I think we've had about 150 kids at the door. No wonder the bags of candy are huge, right? So we've been handing out this candy. I've got the remnants of a costume like remaining but they had to get out of the main costume. Just let me know in the chat if you're watching live. If you, if you're with me, let me know where you're logged in from. Give me some comments. You might be on YouTube, Facebook, you might be on the actual website itself. Just let me know what you're doing for, for Halloween and if you want to actually see the full costume, I'm going to show you the the full costume that I was wearing. It's so hot in here with the lights and everything. I've kind of like oh man, do it. Do I carry on with this or do I Not so we've handed out 150 bags, a candy. We've done all the house up. I've got some pictures up on my Facebook. But now is the time to get serious and talk about us, our businesses and the weeks to come. I was actually cousin it from the Adams family which has been a lot of fun. It's so hot in the costume, it's insane. Got it over there. But I will show you a picture if you, if you really want me to, but I need some comments in the chat. Palm is here, logged in on the website. Peter is here in, in Northamps. Good to see you Peter. As always. I'm gonna try and grab this picture because I uploaded it from my phone. So I'll grab a screenshot of this and I'll share it on a share screen for you. Just show you the kind of thing that we've, we've been up to in the garden outside. Lots and lots of kids, lots and lots of fun. Halloween has been intense, uh, this year and every year it just gets bigger and better, which I guess there's a message in that, right? You've got to continually improve and you've got to continually up the game, raise the stakes, raise the bar. So we've had a lot of fun with that but I'm absolutely exhausted. We just said to Siobhan then it feels like we've both done like days of work getting ready for this thing and then tonight has just been non stop. So whatever you're doing, hopefully you have an amazing Halloween. If you don't, don't celebrate Halloween or you don't like Halloween, that's cool. Hopefully you do something else amazing. I know there's some other festivals and other things going on around the world as well. I'll show you the picture. Let me see where you are in the chat. Frank is here. Happy, happy Halloween, buddy. This is going to be a lot of fun. I'm going to show you three business strategies that are pro proven to grow any business even in times of doubt and fear or uncertainty. I want to talk about that a little bit. This is going to be something different to anything we've done before. So stick around. I've got a lot but let me know. I'm gonna show you this picture cousin it. That's actually me with the. I've got the like the John Lennon looking glasses over there and you can see all the, the ghouls and ghosts and skulls. We have the graveyard. We have the demented children on the rocking horse in the background and it's been a lot of fun. We've just taken all this stuff down and now I want to share some, some cool stuff with you. So you watched the video at the beginning, a lot of AI and, and stock footage and fun stuff in that. And I kind of want to talk to you a little bit about these concepts, the things that people said to me, hey, Danny, you know, how do you do all of this? You ever wonder, like, Danny's doing this stuff and he's doing this live and he's doing this and he's doing that. How does he do it? How does he keep up? VOX is going off, Facebook's going off. We've got 150 kids at the door. Next thing, I'm in the Funnels group or doing Secrets of Success or whatever it is, and I get these questions all the time. And there's also a few things going on in, in the world right now that have made me really think, like, what can I do? That's something that's going to be meaningful. So whether there's one person watching this or 100 people watching this, I don't care. I want to try and give you something meaningful. Probably going to be on for about an hour and a half, and I'll give you everything I can. I'll share a lot of fun stuff, share some strategies. Hopefully it's going to help you. Right, so this is the plan, this is what we're going to do. Three business strategies proven to grow any business, even in times of doubt, fear, uncertainty. And this is, this is important because in the uk, we've just had the budget. This is where the, the crazy lady with the crazy red box stands up and tells everybody that taxes are going up and, you know, prices are changing and, you know, money's being spent here, money's being spent there. Talking a lot about how the country is going to get out of debt. And I think, oh, man, there's lots of changes for businesses in that. And then in the U.S. of course, we've got the election coming up and, you know, look at other parts of the world, other things going on. There's lots of uncertainty, there are lots of doubt. There's lots of fear in people's mind, especially families. Let me know if you, you, you're feeling any of the, the pressures right now that the world is throwing out. Because there seems to be a lot, you know, there seems to be, you know, people I'm talking to all the time, they were like, oh, man, I don't know, how are you caught with this business stuff, I don't know how, you know, you dare run a business. That's something that somebody said to me the other day. They don't know how I dare to even bother. You know, people will say, get a proper job. Let me know what you think. Let me know your thoughts. You know, as the world gone crazy, is the. Is the craziness out there, Some people have changed the profile picture to the. The Dana win. You could do that as well. There's some chances to win some cool stuff. Beard gone mad. Peter. Indeed. It had gone crazy, right? We had a competition at Clickfunnels as well, so hopefully I'll win that. Cousin. It a lot of fun, but Halloween, you know, I know there's some. There's probably some connotations. I said to Siobhan, we probably need like the exorcist to come around after all of the, the crazy stuff we've done outside today. But the, you know, in the grand scheme of things, it's a lot of fun for the kids handing out some candy. And the sad thing is on this street, you know, we live in a decent area, our kids went out and they came back with less than we put in one bag. And I know that's. That's an insane bag of candy, right? With an insane amount of stuff in it, but they came back from the whole street with less than we give. Give out. And there's only three houses on the street with things going on. This is. Is this sign of the times? I don't know. So there's. There's crazy stuff going on in the world right now, and people still want to have fun. They still want to go on holiday, they still want to spend money. They still want to do the things that matter while they still matter. And I've been thinking about this a lot, right? So let's sort of get into the slides and hopefully I can share some strategies with you that are going to help you in your life, help you in your business. Let me know if you can see me. Let me know if you can hear me, okay? And we'll sort of dive into these slides and. And some of the good stuff. Sound like a plan? That's. That's the plan, right? That's what we're gonna do and spend about 90 minutes and have some fun. And hopefully I'm gonna give away some fun stuff as well. So shout to Dennis. Peter. Peter says people are tightening the wallets, and that shows having your own business, making your own look. If you have changed your profile pitch to the Danaween logo and let me know in the comments and try and tag me in that stuff so I can see it. Appreciate anybody, anybody sharing that. There's not going to be a replay of this, it's just a one off. But I want to share some, some stuff and we'll have some fun with you. Right, so by the end of this training, I want to show you three things. I want to show you the art of execution. And that doesn't mean some sinister thing that they used to do in medieval France. I'm talking about the art of actually getting something moving, started and actually finished, like executing on your plan, your program, your dream, your project, whatever it is. This is one of the biggest things that, you know, people just don't do. They have all of these amazing ideas, but they never execute them. And there's an art to this stuff, you know, it's like, hey, Danny, how do you do this stuff? Because I get on with it and get it done. So I want to talk to you about the art of execution. I also want to talk to you about the art of innovation, right? These are two very important topics and the two things that really can drive your business, your life, your lifestyle forward in a way that you might actually really need what you're probably afraid of doing, right? And this, this applies to everybody. A lot of people out there right now have got really good ideas. Let me know if you've got a really good idea in the, in the chat. Let me know in the, in, in, in the chat right now if you've got a really good idea, something that you really want to do but you've just not started yet, something that you really think would make a big positive impact on people at large, people out there, you know, families, communities, and you've not started it. Let me know what your big idea is in, in the chat because there's so many people out there right now. We've got a dream, they've got an idea and there's this sort of lack of execution. It's like, why are we not executing on this idea? You know, people say things like, hey, life gets in the way, right? And I want to talk about that a little bit with you and think, well, does life get in the way or do you get in the way? Or is there some other factor that's stopping you from doing what you are meant to be doing? The thing about, you know, are you meant to be doing this? What are you called to be doing? There's also this art of innovation is, can you be innovative enough to actually stand out in a. In a crowded marketplace and actually feel comfortable that what you're executing is going to grab the attention of people at large so you can ultimately get paid for it. So I'm talking about that. And then there's a third secret, a third hidden art of, of Danaween that I'm going to share with you at the end. So stick around for that. And I want to try and have a little bit of conversation. So let me know in the comments if you've got some ideas. You stick around. I've got some downloads, some goodies, chance to win some mentoring with me, and I've got a little bit of a surprise for everybody, which I'll. I'll only give to the people on the live. There won't be a replay after this. It turns into a pumpkin, and that is the end. So back to this. This thing that I opened with. You know, people said to me, Danny, the. The world has gone mad. You know, there's. There's all of this stuff going on in the world. And, you know, even. Even like my. My grandma, you know, bless her, she. She's been gone for many, many years now. But even my old grandma, I remember when I was a kid, she would say, the world's gone mad. And I want to kind of get you a feel for that, you know, Is the world always been mad? Is it. Is it gone mad? Is it going mad? You know, has it got a long way to go before. Before madness sets in? It just seems that every time you read, look on the TV or there's a, you know, thing pops up on the Internet or whatever, that there is this element of. Of crazy going on out there right now. And there's a lot of uncertainty going on out there right now. And I've been talking to people who do a lot of work with families. You know, if you don't know, my background was running charities for kids, and there's a lot of that kind of like rubbing off in the. The fact that we're giving away, you know, tons of goodies to the kids and we're doing all this crazy stuff for Halloween. But working in communities is always been my thing. And people out there, people at large, they are sometimes they're afraid to do what they want or their need because of the pressures that are put on them by the madness of the world. Now, I want a little bit of a conversation around this. There's quite a few people watching. Just drop your thoughts in, in the chat right now and More importantly, think about it in, in context of you and your life and your family or your loved ones or friends. How many times do you leave something or you just don't do something because of things that are happening in the world right now. You don't spend the money because, you know, you're worried about, you know, the, the budget. You don't book that holiday because you're worried about, you know, traveling to certain places. You don't go out for, you know, some food in town because it's unsafe. What are the things that are going on at large that's reported in the media that actually stop you from doing the things you really want to do? You know, hey, we'll stay in tonight, we'll save money. You know, think about all the times that you make a sacrifice and that isn't out of your own choice. It's because of something that's influenced you from the wider madness that, that we were exposed to every single day. Peter says it's circular, always something for each generation. There's a global shift going on. It's our responsibility to make a difference where we can as business owners. So as a business owner, there is almost this responsibility, but you've kind of got to look after yourself before you look after others, right? These talk about put your oxygen mask on before you help another person in, in the, in the safety demonstration on a flight, and it's a similar thing in business. So do you agree, has the world gone mad or are you totally cool in your world? Is everything cool in your world? Let me know your thoughts and, you know, hit me up. Let's continue the discussion after this as well. We've only got a limited amount of time, but certainly this is something that I hear on like almost a daily basis. I talk to lots and lots of people. I read lots of stuff, I speak to lots of people. My DMS are crazy. You know, I get emails, I get inboxes, all of this stuff. And when I said to somebody, look, are you ready to invest in your business? Even when it comes down to running ads or, you know, investing in some technology or hiring somebody, people will say, ah, things are tight right now, or there's something stopping me that's linked to something that I'm seeing in the news or seeing in the media or worried about going to happen in the future. Does that make sense? Happy pumpkin dancers. Pam, There's a lot, there's loads of people on the, on different places. I'm broadcasting all over the place, right? So wherever you are, I appreciate you, has the world gone mad? Palmer's the world gone mad? Peter, is the world gone mad? Dennis, is the world gone mad? Let me know your thoughts. Or is this just a limiting belief that only a section of society are choosing to believe in? Oh, no, no. What's the, what's the, what's the thinking? What's the thoughts? Lost People right now are resistant to spending money because of social pressures and, and things in the media and things going on around the world. And in some respects you could say, I don't blame them. That's another thing that I hear. It's like, man, I don't blame them. And you think, oh, I believe there's a, there's a better way. And I believe that there's a, a way of actually breaking free of that, that we as business owners need to share more. We need to tell people, look, you're going to be all right, but you need to get that oxygen mask on, you need to take a deep breath and you need to be able to function without this stress and anxiety. Because how many times do you think, oh man, I'm not going to do this thing because I'm worried about this and it never happens? Anxiety is a strange thing. And social anxiety, this media driven anxiety, is actually crippling people and stopping them from going out there and achieving the goals or fulfilling the, their obligations or fulfilling their, their birthright. They're, they're what they're destined to go out there and do, right? So there's this, this thing that's prevalent that is continually stopping people from taking action, going out there. And I want to try and address that in, in this training today. And I want to try and look at how as a business owner, we can prevent that taking over the minds of our customers and give them some hope in a time of uncertainty, fear and doubt. That makes sense. Certainty is super important. And I ask this question all the time to people. I'm like, are you certain that what you're teaching or what you're doing right now is going to make a difference? Right? And I can make this statement. I'm certain that I can do my part in society, I can do my part in communities, I can do my part in Internet marketing, I can do my part in coaching, I can do my part in product development. I can do my part in lots of different things, music, whatever, Halloween, we'll give out stuff to the kids. I've done my part, do my part in communities. I'm certain I can do that. And I've been trying to break down is like when people ask me, danny, how do you do it? I'm trying to think, is there a list of ingredients? Is there a formula? Is am I somebody special or am I just the same as everybody else? I'd like to think I'm the same as everybody else. So what is it that I'm doing that they're not doing or they're resistant to or they're afraid of? Does that kind of make sense? One thing for sure, I know I need the Internet to do it. I can't talk to you guys without the Internet. We could pick up the phone. I can have one person at a time. I could go and stand in the middle of, you know, the city center and stand on the sort box or whatever and, you know, probably get myself carted off. There's ways of reaching people. And we know historically, people have done this for a long, long time. You know, the media has always been there, whether it's been in press or. Or whatever. But right now, I know I can do my part, and I need the Internet to do it. Does that make sense? Can you have that same level of certainty and do you actually know what your part is? Right. And the pizza doesn't watch the. The news. Right. I call it the Tell Live vision. Unfortunately, a lot of people do. And these people are rather. Are the folks who spend money in our businesses. These are the folks who are also, you know, parents, the families at large, the. The people who make up society. And if we're trying to serve these folks, and we're certain that we can do our part, you can be as certain as you want. If they're resisting for reasons that you can't control, where does that leave you as a business? And then you see, oh, businesses are going out, out of business, people are closing down, and there's all this crazy stuff going on. There's got to be this balanced equation that stays balanced. And it seems that the media just wants to unbalance it, and it wants to strike fear and it wants to spread out and it wants to change things for people. Talk about moving people's cheese, right? Oh, man, this thing's happened, and now I'm. I'm panicking. So it's very important that not only do we have the certainty and we know what our part is, but we actually move fast enough to be able to deliver on our promise, deliver on our pledge, deliver on the things that we're here to do. Does it kind of make sense? So I want to share with you some things that I'VE been pondering some things that I've been thinking of. Yeah, I'll give away some goodies, I'll give away some freebies at the end. Hopefully this resonates. Let me know if this is resonating in, in the chat right now. Certain. I could do my part and I know the Internet's going to help. If you know me, I've done lots and lots of things, help lots and lots of people. And that seems like my, my calling. That's the, the thing that I'm called to do is just help as many people make money or overcome technical problems or just be better people and serve their community. Right. It run, it resonates. So what is your part? I believe strongly that the world needs you, but I also believe that you and your family come first. And it's this equation. How do we balance it? This is probably a discussion that's going to go on longer than 90 minutes. This is something that I'm very passionate about and it's. How do we get this balance for us, for our families and then also for the people that we serve? Because I believe the world needs you. Right. And you might not believe that this is, this is straight away, this is a resistance. Like, I believe you're here to do more than what you're doing. I believe I'm here to do more than what I'm doing. And this is just part of the journey. So ultimately I'll hopefully I get there. You know, the, the mission's not complete yet. I've got a long way to go. And the more I talk to people, the more I have these conversations, the more thoughts and the more things resonate and the more I'm like, ah. But I seem to have this ability to be able to just move, move with the idea and I want you to be able to do the same. So imagine you could do your part. You know what that part is? You 100% certain the world needs you and you can serve the world. You and your family come first. You know that you accept it, you believe it. And that gives you a certain confidence. With that confidence, if you could just move and deliver, if you could innovate and you could create and you could actually execute on, on your dream. There's magic there and I want to unlock that magic. This Halloween night, this exciting energy and belief is high. This, this is important. Is your energy and belief high? And if not, what can we do to raise the bar, raise the standard? Just like every year we do more with the Halloween. What can I do? With you guys now, today, tonight, to raise your certainty, raise your confidence and get you to a point where you're like, look, the world does need me. I know what my part is and I'm gonna play it. Yes, me and the family come first. I'm gonna look after us first so I can continue to serve the people that need me. But I know I've got to do this thing. What is the thing that you've got to do? Let me know in the comments. The kind of people that you serve. You know, some people you just. What kind of serving your customers? Well, what kind of people are they? Where are they? Where do they live? What do they do? Where do they spend the money? Have a think about it. What's your part? I want to know what your part is, right? Because no matter what, whether you're selling pet food or you're running a coaching business or you've just not started yet, you've still got a part. You've still got something that you're here to do. And with a little bit of Dunaween magic, you could move a lot further in the next month than you've moved in the last six years or 10 years. Terrors in the. In the chat. What's your part? Who do you serve? You and the family come first. They accept that that's allowed. But the world needs you. Your world needs you. The people you serve need you. The customers, fully written out. Her name is Cat. Tell me more about Cat. How do you serve Cat and what is the part you play in Cat's life? Is it just a transactional thing? Provide something that they need to solve a problem, Feed the dog? What's the. What's the actual relationship? What does it mean to you? What does it mean to your customer? Whether it's Cat, John, whoever? The world needs you. In fact, write it down. It's like grab a piece of paper, grab a pen, or grab your. Your notepad and just write down, the world needs me. People crazy. Get a. Get a proper job. See how that's like, straight away, people will start to dismiss things like that when you say the world needs me, but I understand what my part in the world is. And if it's transactional, that's cool. If it's creating, you know, medicines, if it's curing the disease, whatever it is, you figure out what's your part. The world needs this. And I'm certain and I'm confident that this is what I should be doing, but I better go to work to pay my bills. You See how that works. And people are like, oh, well, I know I'm, I'm kind of needed over here, but I'll choose to stay in my lane. People say stay in your lane. You should, you should just get a proper job and stay in your lane. See where I'm going with this and that? Like, when I was putting this together, I was thinking, well, what can I actually do that's going to be meaningful and have a long lasting impact for the people that I serve? You guys discovering the dream Palm says it help her to discover a dream and find the path to get there. So you're like a navigator because cats is out there doing exactly what I'm saying. She's sticking to the job. She's doesn't know where she's going, she doesn't know what that part is. And you're gonna know there's something in there. You've got a dream inside. Write down your dream cat. And she's gonna write that down. Still gonna think, well, maybe one day. You hear this stuff when you talk to, when you talk to your customers or you talk to your clients or you talk to people who you, you determined to serve them. You know that this is your call and serve these people. And you just set the horse to water and it won't drink. Is that your fault? Is it their fault? Is it even a fault? Pam's a navigator and an activator. So you've got your plan, you've got your part, you know your purpose, you know the world needs you. You know, you're called. How many cats have you spoke to this week? And this goes for everybody. So I know I need to serve lots and lots of cats. I'm not selling cat food. Right? It's cat with a care. How many have I spoke to this week? 5? 10, 15? 20? None. The world needs me. But what was it that stopped me having those conversations this week? Was it something that's out of my control? The make sense food for thought, right? So imagine you could do your part. You know the world needs you. You're writing that down. You're like, right, me and the family will come first. We're sorted. Now I'm gonna get on this path and I'm gonna go out there and surf Cat. Next question. Are you confident that you can actually activate, navigate, whatever, feed your people? Big question, I ask this all the time is like, are you confident in your product? Are you confident in your service? Are you confident in your calling? Are you confident in the thing that you've been Sent here to do. People go, yeah, so what's stopping you? And you get a list. So if you're certain and you're confident and you've got a part to play and you know it, and you know that you can put yourself first without that being wrong, what's stopping you? It's like you're confident, you've got this gift, you've got a product, you've got the calling, you've got an ability, you've got a message you're certain that you needed. But there's still something that's making you feel that you're not doing enough or it's not working as you planned, is that it's enormous, that resonating, or are you like, hey, I'm. I'm just here for the popcorn. Answer, let me know. Are you confident in your abilities? What's, what's potentially stopping you and can you control those things? Because if you need to learn a new skill, that's cool. And go and learn a new skill, right? So some people will say, but, Danny, I just don't. Just don't have all of the experience. I just don't have all the knowledge. I just don't have the skills. I just thought, I need to take another course. Once I've. Once I've launched this funnel, once I've finished this book, once I've taken this training, next year I'm going to sign up to this program. I hear all this stuff. I'm like, right, so you know, you've got the, the, the part, you know, you called, you've got this, this. People that you want to serve. You're confident, you're certain, but you need to do something before you can start. Anybody ever feel like that, let me know. You'd have to do something before you start. I've got to read another book. I've got to read three books. I've got to do some more coaching. I've got to do a session. I've got a tech journey. So some people say I've got to do all these videos. These videos are going to change people's life. But I've got to go and get my hair done first. Three weeks later. Have you done the videos? No, because I got my hair done, but then I got distracted. I did something else, and now I've got to go and get my hair done again. And then I will do the videos. It's cool. If you've got the part and you're confident and you're certain and you know there's A bunch of people out there that need you, the world needs you. What is it that's really stopping you? You've got a gift, it's needed. But something's stopping you from doing this to the best of your ability. And if it's not, that's cool. That's. That's fine. Here, for the popcorn, I'll give away some goodies at the end. That's all good. But I want people to use this time, folks watching this, to think deep within and think, well, look, he might have a point. And if you think, you know, crazy bearded guy from the UK has got a point. How can you use this to move yourself forward over these next couple of months at least, so that come New Year, there's nothing else could ever stop you or move yourself forward. So over the next couple of weeks, you can get started. Nothing else can ever stop you. I want to remove the resistance, the barriers, the blocks, the unnecessary fears, the doubts, because I know you can do it. I know you've read enough stuff, you've watched enough webinars, you've taken of courses. You can recite people, you can quote people. You, you. You've got the skills, you've got the knowledge. And the answer to that question, what is stopping you? Usually comes back as, I'm not sure, I don't know. Or some like, I need to get my hair done reason, which isn't really a reason. So, really, honestly, truthfully, are you certain? Are you confident? And what's stopping you? Pam saying, so many of us get caught up in being ready when readiness actually develops in process. It's interesting, right? I'm just trying to, like, throw this out if you're. You're interested, too, that this thinking process might be going on in your head too. If it's going on in my head, it's going on in your head. And I've kind of figuring out some ways of overcoming this. Maybe there's wider further discussions to be had. We could use Facebook or whatever. I'm certain and confident that I can change people's lives and that I'm called to help people to do amazing things. And I know I need the Internet to do that. What's your calling? What's your product? What's your gift? Are you confident in that stuff? And then let's, let's be honest, let's be vulnerable. Let us know in, in the chat as well, if you want. What are the fears? Because it often comes down to a fear. It comes down to a fear. This is. I'm Going to talk to people probably 99 of the time. See? Going to get your hair done, right? Think about that. What? Why have you not done the videos? I need to get my hair done, right? If you didn't have your hair done and all done, you know, blow dry, all of this business, color, put in your makeup done, your nails done, whatever it is to look good on the video. It's a fear of being judged. People are gonna think something. Insert crazy thing, right? It's a fear. So something as simple as that, when I ask people, is like, why have we not launched the ad? Why have we not finished the funnel? Why have we not recorded the videos? Why have we not picked up the phone? Why have we not had the conversation? Why did we not get on the podcast? Why did we cancel the webinar after five minutes? It's usually when I unpick it, a fear. So what's the fear? There's a fear. There's got to be a fear. And if it's not induced by the media and it's not induced by people at large, crazy stuff going on, you know, the fear of taxes rising, the fear of a different president or prime minister, a fear of war, a fear of, you know, disease, whatever it is, you know, we had covered and all of that stuff. It was crazy, right? That three people back 20 years in the life plan. Oh, better not do that now in case Covid comes back. Better not do that now in case such and such president gets in. Better not do that now because taxis have changed and the, you know, this is all going crazy. Like, these are fears. Does that make sense? And if you do, you don't have to come and share all your fears, right? But I know that you've got a calling. You've got something that if you jump out of bed in the morning, you're super excited. You're like, hey, today's the day. I'm gonna do this stuff. By lunchtime, fears crept in. A fear of what will people say? A fear of people rejecting you, a fear of negative comments, a fear of something on social media. A fear of. Insert name of crazy thing that you're thinking that. Actually it's not uncommon because I probably fear the same things too, but just not for as long. And when I get into these three things that I want to share with you, the execution, innovation, and something else, hopefully we can break some of these fears together. Do we agree or is is, you know, Danny, crazy this Halloween night, that it's not procrastination, it's not war it's not famine or it's not all these crazy things. It's the fear of thing that stops you from achieving your goals, building your business, serving the people that you call to serve. So let's take it. Tara said, what's stopping me is seeing the big plan, the map. Fear of uncertainty. You're not certain of where you're going to end up. You can't see the end. You're fearful of starting the journey because you can't see the end. Am I wrong? Am I right? I don't know. Let me, let me know what you think. It's probably right, and it's probably a fear. Imagine you could harness the fear. It's there. It exists. And that's cool. Everybody has this fear. But if you could look at the facts that underpin that, and you could take steps with faith, you could take steps forward, believing in yourself, believing in your ability, believing in your mission, believing in the goals, believing in the people that you're here to serve, that they need you. Right? Pam's got the false expectations appear. Appearing real. That's what, that's what it might stand for. Is it deeper than that? And if we're feeling it and we've read a bag of books and, you know, behind the curtain, there's like, whoa, we've got all this stuff on the, on the, on the shelf, and we're in all these groups and we're doing all this mindset stuff, and we're some of the most positive people I know, and we're still scared. How are the folks at large who are watching tell Live vision? How are they feeling right now? How is Cat feeling right now? Or the people who were here to serve, how are our dream customers feeling right now? Serious question, right? And, and Pam, you're right, you know, and I know you're an amazing soul. He's like, lots of folks are afraid of their own greatness. Are they afraid of the greatness? Do they know the greatness exists? People talk about, step into your greatness, and some people are scared of stepping out of the house. As business owners, how do we understand that, respect that, and engineer our offers to provide certainty and clarity in these times of fear, doubt, misinformation? Do we even take that into account when we do a training or we do a live or we do a webinar or we write a book or we publish something and do we do it with money in mind? How do we look through the eyes of the customer to understand their fears as we are preparing our next piece of work. Is that helpful? Let me know. And I guess another question is, how will technology help you to help others overcome their fears and also help you overcome yours in the process? Technology. I said, I can't do this without the Internet, right? But people will still say, wow, Danny, you're everywhere. You know, when I first started this stuff, we didn't have a great deal of money, and I was fearful of, of what people might think of me if I didn't have a suit. Some of you guys have heard the story about where I burned the hole in the only pair of pants that I owned. And I had the, the meetings for the job and all of this stuff. And I got the, the crappy iron with the last, like £12 I had available to my name. And I've gone to iron the pants thinking, I've got to get this job and set these things on fire. And like a burn, a big all in the. In like the, the back side of these trousers, ruin them. And the only thing I had left was it was a catalyst for fear. I was like, man, I'm going into the town hall in Preston wearing, like, the worst claws imaginable, old fishing claws, with a view to working with these guys at a senior level, at a higher level. These guys are looking to me to give them advice and help. At that point, you've got to be certain in your skills, you've got to be certain in your abilities, you've got to be certain in the calling, in the path, and you've got to be certain that these people need you, because very easy. I could have rang up and said, I can't make it today. Some things come up. Some things come up. A burn, a big all in the ass of my pants. That's. That's what came up. But I didn't have the, the, you know, the guts to tell you, actually, I just put on the other trousers because I had 20 minutes and, like, adrenaline took over. I went down and I got the job. But how many people would just fold at that point? That story resonates in many, many different ways. It was a bit of a turning point. But you've got customers out there at large who something will come up more times than they care to ever talk about. How do we preempt that and provide a mechanism in our offers to give people a little bit of a cushion, a little bit of a safety net. If something does come up, that's cool, but you've also got to be able to challenge that. I'm going to be able to Check that and allow people to know that you're so determined to help them on their journey that you will challenge that and you will help them move forward no matter what comes up. Does that make sense? How does technology help you to do that? Peter's talking about jealousy. Jealousy is a killer. I've had some friends who have lost along the way because they're just so angry that I could do the tech piece and they couldn't. And people say, hey, you've got this natural ability to do that. Some people say you've got a gift. You've worked hard to figure out how to do some of these things. But other people will genuinely just be mad that you're doing it and they're not. And when it comes to the reasons, the actual facts that matter, a mentor of mine, somebody I worked with a long time ago, used to say, there's matters of facts and facts that matter. And that's always resonated with me, right? When it comes to the facts that matter, that person who's jealous is probably afraid. It's crazy, right? How do we engineer our businesses to allow for other people to be jealous? How do we engineer our business to allow for other people to be fearful? How do we engineer our businesses to preempt what other people are feeling, to have the empathy and look through the eyes of the customer? Not sure anybody else is teaching this stuff, right? His thoughts, realizations, and it's. It kind of comes from doing lots of stuff with tech, working with lots and lots of people, having lots and lots of conversations. But it struck me recently, like, man, so many people out there are afraid right now. So many people out there who just really should be doing this thing, and they're not for reasons, and those reasons are based around fear. You stop associating with the people that drag you down and running the business, for sure. You know, there's only so much negativity you can take, right? There's no room for it. You don't need it. And running a business, no time to be negative. You want problem solvers. That's why the best teams are super positive, right? And positivity is great. You come first, your family comes first. You don't want to surround yourself with negative people. That's fine. That's a rule. You can stick to that and work. Your customers who are paying your bills might carry some negativity and you might have to work with that. You can't work with the. The folks who were there to destroy things. But if people are willing to be coached and willing to learn and willing to understand themselves. It's not a case of what do you think, it's how do you think. And most people don't understand the concepts of how do you think these people think? People think stuff, right? But everybody thinks in different ways. How do you think when you are thinking, are you able to understand complex things like fear? Most folks are not. Hence the reason they never go out there and challenge it. As a business, we have to be able to provide mechanisms for our customers to do that safely. Making sense, losing what they have. Great thing Pam there that you. You've put I want, I won't invest this money now so I can pay my mortgage because if I don't pay my mortgage, I'll lose my house. I hear that so many times. I've seen it where there's been million dollar, multi million dollar opportunities on a table and somebody's refused it over 5, 6, $700 that they didn't want to risk at that moment for the fear of losing something down the line. But if they'd arrest it, they would have had more money than they could ever dream of. It's a fear at that point. It's a big thing. It's a big thing. It's real. It's very real. How do we provide our customers the mechanism to operate safely in that kind of environment and give them a mechanism to take the risk? How can you take the fear away for your customer? Write that down. Because every time you plan a deal, you plan an offer or you plan a promotion or you're gonna do a live. How can you take away the fear? It's a big thing. So covered a lot like an hour in and I've not even got into the content right. So I put this together in the midst of sharing sweets and I wanted to do something different for. For Danaween. You saw the video, you saw the, you know, I'm gonna give away some stuff and have some fun with it, right? So stick around. We will do. But this is what it kind of boils down to. If you can remove the fear, you're able to execute, you're able to innovate and you're able to do something else that doesn't actually begin with a C. That's like a typo and I've not got time to go and correct it. Right. So we'll talk about these things in a little bit of detail. And I want to kind of get into these now. You saw a few slides back that we've got our reporter and I call the scene a Ghoul because it's Halloween, right? So she's seen a ghoul and another one called Doug Freshly. Use your imagination. I use some AI and I've created some reports but I've asked AI to produce some worldly scenarios that kind of set the scene. Right. So I want to go over to our report to seeing a Ghoul and I'm just gonna grab a drink of water while we're watching this stuff. I've got a couple of little videos that just follow on. It's part of the Halloween vibe. The ray I generated some of. It's not perfect, I'm not a chance to edit it, but it's just for fun. But even AI knows what people are fearful of and what's going on, right? So I only got a minute video from seeing a ghoul. Is it all right if we drop that in the chat? Everyone's gonna be cool with that, right? So seeing a girl going live on location to our reporter somewhere in the world.
Good evening, I'm Sina Ghoul with a special report that could change the way you you think about your family's future. In an era marked by modern day conflicts, financial instability, political upheavals, soaring living and healthcare costs, and a deluge of misinformation, many families feel overwhelmed and just try to live one day to another. Money is often the biggest factor when it comes to deciding the most important things. Where you live, the food you eat, education, healthcare, the activities you take part in. It is proven that the less money a family brings home, the more they have to give up on the things they actually need just to survive. Deprivation does not care who you are. And sadly most people are only one redundancy away from hardship. The majority of families struggle with day to day finance. The challenges of today are unlike any we've faced before. And the question how can we create additional income to spend more quality time with the people who matter most while we still can?
That's AI right? I typed a bunch of stuff into chat GPT and it created me a video and it understands, but it also sounds plausible, right? It's like hey, we're going over live to seeing a ghoul. People are sat there going oh, healthcare, money, family, all this stuff. There's so many fears that get thrown around in, in, in life, in the world that your typical family or customers, people at large are so scared that they will stay in the land no matter what. And how do we give them the, the confidence and give them the support and give them that empathy. So they're allowed to step out of that from time to time. Because once they step out of that and they start doing, you'll start to see change happen very, very quickly. People say everybody starts somewhere. And that's the key to what I'm going to show you next. Right? That's the key to what I want to talk to you a little bit about. Because one of the biggest things is this. It is an art. It's the art of execution. The ability to take the risk. Press play, press record, turn up without your hair done and just do it. It's the ability to execute in the face of fear. And I want to kind of dive into that for a little bit, five minutes, right? How many times, be honest, have you walk up with an idea and thought, I'm gonna do this today and when I do, it's gonna be amazing. And then something stopped you. Some fear, some resistance stopped you. And it's still on your list right now. Still on the list. Is the regret of that still being on the list worse than what could have happened? Quite often it is. What was it that stopped you from executing on that plan? Right. Was it money? Was it the fear of losing money? Was it the. The fear of what people might think? What, what was it? Because if we are going to engineer our deals and offers and the things that we do so that our customers can step aside from fear and resistance, we've got to start doing it first. And the big thing that I see so many times over and over and over and over again is that somebody with the. The amazing idea, they're even confident, they're even certain, they're just not executing anything at all. How did you get this thing, Danny? Well, it wasn't a miracle. It wasn't magic. I did something. And this something usually involves technology or people or both, right? It's usually a conversation and very, very simply asking for what you want without fear of getting a no, Not about money, not about time. It's about asking for what you want without the fear of getting no. Right? Overthinking things, all of this stuff, there's none of that. If you could ask for exactly what you want. Not wishy washy around the houses. Because when you do that and people say, what do you want? I'm not going to tell them everything exactly. I'm going to make some assumptions that they might understand me. I'm not going to say the whole exact thing that I want. I'm just going to say a part of it you're doing that out of fear. When people say, step into your greatness or play all out or go all in, what they're really saying to you is say exactly what you want. Exactly. What do you want exactly? Write it in the chat or write it in a notepad. Write it in a book. Napoleon Hill talks about this. It's like, you know, write it down. So many people follow that same principle. Write down exactly. Not wishy washy, missing bits out. Worried about writing it down, worried what other people might think. What exactly do you want, right, and who do you need to speak to to get it? So many people who believe they need a bank loan, but they won't speak to the bank. It's more than being direct. I'll tell you the story about my friend Anthony and we could, you know, always go out when we were younger and we wanted to go play football or go carts or whatever. And we'd all ask our mums or grandma or whatever for some money. £2, £3. Can we go to this thing? Can we go to this thing? Anthony never developed the art of asking, right? He never executed on the. The main thing, go and get the money from your mum so we can go and fulfill what we want to do. That was our dream for the day. We want to go and fulfill our. Or a dream for the day, play football, whatever it is. Mum was expecting it. She had the money ready on the side. It would never ask. It would partially ask or it would try and, you know, wishy washy beats around the bush. However you want to say that, to try and hope his mum would assume that's what he wanted. She never got it. Anthony passed away a few years ago and he never lived a particularly great life, but he had so much potential. And the one thing that's always struck me and the reason I tell this story is he never mastered the art of asking exactly what he wants in a timely fashion, right? Because sometimes the time passes and the window closes. If you want that, you know, bank loan, don't wait till you 65 to ask for it because the bank will look and think, oh, man, he's like, needs 40 years to pay this thing off on the balance of probability. We better not give him the loan. See where I'm going with this? What exactly do you want and who will help you get it? Right, dude, this is for you. This is for you, but also something you can ask your customers. The art of execution doesn't just apply to you, right? It applies to your customer as well. Because if they're not executing on the thing that you're selling them. They're not going to use what you're giving them. They're not going to take your service, they're not going to, you know, get on the train. They're not going to, you know, feed the, the dog, the food. You need them to execute as much as you need to execute. They need to get the money to pay you. You need to achieve this goal. What exactly is it and who will help you to get it right? This is the art of executing on some stuff. I get up in the morning, I have some crazy idea, the chances are I need somebody to help me to do it. And he said, Danny, how did you get in that group? How do you do that thing? How did you get that? Whatever. People ask me all the time, it's not magic. I asked the right person in a timely fashion without the fear of being told no. And I want you to try it. It's like, what is the thing exactly not oh, I may be need this. He's like, exactly. Because people who've got the time or the money or the connections or the, the ability to enable this for you, they need the facts. They need the facts that matter. They don't need the matter of fact, right? They want you to say, this is exactly what I need. And then they can say yes or no. If they say no, you go and ask the next person in the line, right? You can't be fearful of the no. You can't be fearful of what you class as rejection. A good buddy of mine, Frank, is a multi millionaire who runs lots and lots of different businesses. Semi retired now, he's gone into acting. He's amazing and was in the office one day and, and we sat down and the phone rings and he picks up the phone, he's like hey and, and somebody goes hey buddy, I need a job. And Frank's like, cool, I don't have any jobs right now. Why don't you start your own business? This is how I started and I'm a millionaire now and such and such. And the guy on the end of the phone said, I need a job, Matt, you're wasting my time here. And put the phone down. Frank's advice could have changed the whole trajectory of this dude's life, right? But because he got the no, he stopped. That was the end of it. Done conversation. Put the phone down on the millionaire who was about to give him life changing advice. The blueprint for starting a business. You might get the no, but you don't know what's going to come next. This is how you execute on your dreams and your plans. You ask for what you want without the fear of the no. 99 of people don't ask. They don't never ask. Never ask for anything. So that means you've got a 99 chance of a yes. What do you want exactly? Who can help you to get that and what do you need to ask them? I say this on loads of trainings, like, hit me up if you need me for anything. People say this all the time, right? It's a weird phenomenon. It's like, if you need anything, let me know. Nobody ever lets you know. Oh, crap. I can't ask Danny, it's too busy. Yeah, Danny's too busy. That puts me in the safety surf zone. I never need to ever ask the question. If you got on to me, it's like, danny, I need this thing. I might say, look, I can't do it right now, but I've know somebody who can. How powerful is that for you and your business? But you don't ask because you're with 99 of the other people. The art of execution starts with you knowing exactly what you want and asking for it without the fear of no. Write it down and tomorrow, 1st of November, go and ask. Next thing. The art of innovation, right? The art of innovation. My mind means you can be creative without the fear. See how we're saying we're going with this? This is lady, let's back up. Execute. Ask for what you want without the fear of no, innovate. Create some stuff without the fear of what people might think. Big question I get asked all the time, Danny, is this something I can launch right now? Honest answer. Try it. This Danoween thing, I'm like having to do something for Halloween. 20 people watching, whatever. If somebody gets, you know, something out of this and they go and ask some people tomorrow and they could change their whole life. My work here is done, right? I've been innovative. I've created scenic and I'm doing this stuff and like creating some slides and I'm testing it, I'm trying it. If nobody was watching by now, I'd still finish. I still do it. I'd learn from it. It's innovative. Danaween. I don't care what people think you're watching, right? Is it good? There's probably some stuff I could improve, but I would never know until I innovated without the fear of what people think. I'm hoping that I'm confident and certain enough to kind of hit it where I think it's, it's gonna, it's gonna land in a good place sense. You're not asking anybody for any help. You're scared of what everybody might say. And now you've got this amazing idea, it's super innovative and you're afraid of what people might think. That's two fears in your way that are stopping you. Stay in your lane, never bother with that. It's like often strikes me, you know, one of, one of my big things is to do something for like kids tv, right? And like silly songs for kids. I know it's worth, you know, there's millions in that fortune. Everybody's got kids, kids love silly songs. And you watch like kids tv. You know, we've got, we've got a two year old and a three year old, so we're well versed on children's tv. Are you watching it? And you're thinking, man, these, these folks who were actually delivering these programs and the dancing and the singing and they've got silly voices and they're doing all this fun stuff. You think, man, they've absolutely no fear about what anybody cares about what they're doing right now. The only thing that's important to them is that those kids are having a great time. And there's only a small bunch of people in society who do that. Look at singers. I bet you could probably sing. You've got this amazing singing voice, but you're like, oh crap. I don't want anybody to ever hear my singing. Somebody is my singing. They might think I'm terrible. Oh, they're gonna laugh at the people who are successful or the people who are, who are not afraid to innovate. They're not scared of what people might think, right? Easier said than done, Danny. All you're doing is reverting back to fear, right? Palm, you're getting this, right? Go find somebody. What exactly do you want? Ask them for it. How can you bring some innovation? I stand and sit at this desk and I'm in meetings with some great minds, some like super great minds. How did I get there? I asked like, hey, can I help you with this thing? Sure. So I'm in these meetings. Sometimes I think, crap, I'm out of my depth here. Well, I won't let this fear in. Let me, let me do my thing. I'm confident and certain that I've got a message to share, message to bring, right? Sometimes I'll stay quiet and listen, and other times the door opens for me and no One else, you'll find this if you get yourself in the room, if you ask, can I come and sit at this table? I've got some innovative ideas. I can't solve every problem, but I can contribute. You will find that the door will open. Small little openings every now and then during conversations, meetings, you know, mastermind sessions, group sessions, training. Wherever you are, you mix in with the right people. You've asked a bunch of people for stuff, they've said yes, you're in the thing. You feel a bit of confidence. You've got the certainty you'll find the door opens for you every now and then. At that point, I guarantee everybody else is quiet and they're all looking at you. That's your time to share those innovations, to share without fear. Because they're looking to you right now for that. They're looking to you right now for your contribution. You won't get there without executing. You'll just forever be in your lane. So you can't innovate without starting right, without execution, without asking, what exactly do you want? Ask for it. And once you get that, it opens the door for innovation. And you should be able to do that because you're certain and confident without the fear of what people might think. Who cares? Because your mission, your calling, your objective is so clear. If you get this right, people around the world benefit. And if you get it wrong, they still benefit. And you can learn from it, and you can continually improve. Tara's been asking so much more, and you're right. Every successful thing I've ever done, people come to me and say, wow, Danny, how did you. I have one guy, and he used to come to me. We used to book DJs, right? So we used to hire these DJs, and in this guy's mind, the DJ was like, you know, it was like the most amazing person in this style of music. And I would get on the phone to the dude and go, hey, man, we want to book you for our DJ session at our studio. Do you want to do it? And the guy at that point would have two choices, right? He could say, yes. Well, three, because they. Yes, no. Or maybe some people, they never answered the phone. Some people did. Some people said, yeah, we can do it. Some people said, next week. Some people said, no. Most of the time, they said, yeah, this sounds amazing. It's like, cool. And my buddy would always come to me, Stuart, and said, danny, how did you wangle that? I love that word. It's like how you wangled it. Unless you're Like, I'm a wangler. I'm this crazy, like, Halloween wangler. I can wangle all this stuff. I got on the phone, I asked the guy, he said yes, that's how I wangled it. That's the honest truth. There's no hidden magical thing. There's no sales letter. There was no funnel, there was no automation. The only technology I needed was the phone. How did you get the guy's number? I asked somebody. Anybody got this guy's number, I really need to book him. Yeah, sure. You'd be surprised what you find when you ask. And then when I got the yes, I'm like, hey, man, we've got this amazing studio. We've got some decks in there. We could play the music really loud. We stay in there all night. We're going to be live on the Internet and it's going to be awesome. We get a big bunch of people watching us. Do you want to do it? Like, whoa, that was the innovation piece. At no point did I think, crap, if I ask him, does he want to come to this, like, industrial unit that's freezing cold, where, yes, we can play it as loud as we want. But sometimes it sounds terrible because it's crappy speakers and we don't have a great deal of money. We've actually got the decks on top of these, like, old oil barrels on this piece of, like, kitchen sideboard that we, we pulled out of a skip. There's two ways of describing that scenario, right? Both have got truth. One innovative way of describing it got the person to say, yeah, when they came, they would put the big box of old records on the side or the CDs, and they would play their music on this crappy webcam, on the crappy decks, on the, on the, the old kitchen side, and they would love it. And in the end, seven and a half thousand people came to that studio and they loved it. And we actually innovated so much that we set standards and set trends and we did things in the industry that nobody else did and they copied us and they loved it. But without asking, hey, man, do you want to come and DJ and innovating? And without the fear, it would never have happened. And we actually created a movement. He's still on YouTube now. It's super cool, right? Seven and a half thousand DJs, artists, MC singers in different niches of music all around the world mobilized under a brand that was a yellow splodge off Google Images with Impact font superimposed on it with the name. That was it. And we had a lot of fun for five years and we. We met lots and lots of interesting people and we went to lots of events and we got him free and we made some money and it was cool. We became a way of life to a bunch of people. One guy had a tattoo with, with our brand on it. People cried when we closed. We created a movement because we executed and we innovated. This is making sense. I want you guys, first of November tomorrow. I'm not doing a replay of this. It's Danoween for a reason. I want you guys to go out there and know exactly what you want and ask for it with confidence and certainty. And then once you get in there, the doors will start to open for you. Innovate and don't be afraid of doing it. Don't be afraid what people might think. They said yes for a reason. They trust you. They see the value. They see the twinkle in the eye. They know that you're good at what you do. I know that I can't do everything. This is important, right? Oh, Danny, you do everything. I don't do everything. But I equally don't stay in my lane because I don't really know what my lane is. It's like, hey, can we collaborate on this thing? What questions could you ask tomorrow that will open some doors and allow you to share your genius? This is a. This is exciting stuff because what, you're going to stay in the land. You're gonna let society drive fear and guide you to wherever it wants you to go. And you can be miserable in the process, or you're gonna go out there and change some lives. Let me know in the chat. You gotta change some lives. You're gonna have some fun in the process. You're going to be innovative. You're going to get excited about. What you do often say to people is like, what do you do? And they're like, oh, I do this thing and I hate it. And you're like, why are you doing it? You're allowed to stop, right? Yeah. Anybody ever had a job that they really hate and you get up at morning, six o', clock, you're like, gotta go out. Like, go and get fuel on the way or something. Like, equally depressing. Eat some, you know, hot food that's horrible from the garage on the way down, and you're like, man, I have a coffee in the middle and I've got the Bluetooth plugged in and I hate this thing. And then I've gotta get home and feed the kids and all of this stuff that I have to do where I could just probably stay at home with my kids and have a better quality life, whatever it is, and you carry on doing it. There's so many times I've just said, look, this ain't for me. I tried, but it ain't for me. Right? You're allowed to do that. You come first. Your family comes first. Is this making sense? Only getting to the third the the Mysterious art of Dana Ween. Put it innovative gimmick on it, right? There's no gimmicks in this stuff. If you ask, you will be able to execute. If you innovate without fear of what people think. You will change lives. You will move people. You will mobilize the people that you are here to serve. This is what it means when they say step into your greatness. Don't play small. Means picking up the form with confidence and certainty or going on a DM with confidence and certainty. Hey, Danny, how did you get the job at Clickfunnels doing all the stuff in the community? I sent Russell an inbox. I said, hey man, can I help you with your community? And he sent me a voice note back. Talked to him for a little while. We had some meetings. I was confident what I could do certain. And we did some stuff. And at various opportunities along that way, doors have opened. I've been able to be innovative. Everybody's benefiting from it. And we moved. At some point you get to a point it was like, oh man, we're going different ways or I don't like this anymore or maybe this is not right, whatever. But so far so good. You'll never get there without asking and you'll never progress without innovating. And you can do it. I'm not wangling anything. And your resistance is only based on fear. That's most likely unfounded fear because the truth is you don't know what's going to happen. This making sense. 10 minutes left. Try and stick to time, right? Is everyone having fun? You want to win some stuff? Let me give you some stuff. Next one. This one is, I kept this as the hidden, hidden art of Danaween for a reason. And when you see it, you're like, oh man, that makes sense again. It's, it's. Is it really a secret? But it's something that you can't have without the previous two. Ready. This is an art in itself. You are not going to be able to grow without experience and you're not going to be able to have an experience without executing or Innovating anything. So true. The experience is the growth, it's the. It's the magic, it's the fuel. Hey, Danny, how do you do these, these webinars so naturally, because I've done them hundreds of times that I could bet the slides in 30 minutes I could turn up here and I've got enough stuff all based on experience, right? What are you going to be able to share if you don't start. That lot? It's time to close the curtain. It's quite symbolic that I didn't do it for that reason, but it's time to close the curtain on consuming other people's stuff. Whether that's me, whether that's all the books on your shelf, just for a little while. And it's time to open the curtain on you. Building experience based on your knowledge and all the stuff that you've gleaned so you can get a real feel for. What happens when you say this way or that way? What happens when you do it red or you do it blue? What happens when you put this much money on or that much money on? What happens when you use this font or that font? What happens when you say it this way or that way? What happens when it's longer or it's shorter? All of that's experience and it's an art, right? You've got to master these arts. It's like anybody, right? Hey, I've read all of the books on karate, but I'm useless at karate because there's no experience and there's no innovation. Makes sense. You've got to be able to build your own experience and that will never come consuming. You've got to create. Without innovation, what are you creating? And without that execution, that initial ask, when are you going to get the chance? Got to kind of work in that order and you can do it. It you've got permission to do it, you've got the skills to do it, you've got the tech to do it and you've got the time to do it. You've got the reason to do it, few customers, the people you serve, you've got the calling to do it. You've got a mouth, you can open it, you've got fingers, you can type some stuff one way or another. You can execute. Ask for what you want with, with confidence and certainty. You can be innovative at the time when those doors open in the environments you're going to get yourself into by asking. And then you can soak this up and you can apply your experience and the things you're learning the things you're gleaning. Back into the process. That experience will propel you forward. It gets bigger, it's better, it's more exciting. You get yourself in more rooms, you get to speak to more people, you get to ask more questions, you get to innovate more stuff and that rolls forward, right? So this Halloween, Daniele, whatever, we're coming into November, Black Friday month, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday, then into Christmas, then into New Year, a new year. Please don't let me be doing this presentation next Danoween. And you still be in the same position that you're in right now. And that. I don't mean that bad. You know, you're in a great position. You're doing some amazing stuff, but you can do so much more and you've got everything in place to do it. Fear has been allowed to hold you back for so long, and you now know that just by asking a simple question, you can make fear go away. Just by sharing your knowledge and wisdom at the right time to the people you've asked those questions to, you can make fear go away. And once you start building up experience, you can make fear go away for other people. And that's where your real power is. And I want you to unlock that and I want you to understand that, and I want you to be able to take that to the world and share the gifts you've been given with the people who need you while you still can. I've covered a lot. I want to carry on the conversation, right? I want to keep this going on Facebook, hit me up, ask me stuff. But here's the. Is the. The closing sort of remarks, you know, before everything turns into a pumpkin and. And we disappear and I've gone consume my body weight in. In. In candy or maybe have a beer. Imagine if you start this tomorrow, right? If you start being very clear on what you want and asking for it. And then when the opportunities present, innovating and being, being prepared to share your brilliance without fear of what people might think. And then build that experience so you can continually roll that and pay that forward. Imagine if you did that, where would you be next Halloween? You execute, implement. You built your experience. The answer to the question is yes, fear should have gone. There is no fear. The only thing holding you back from doing any of this is tomorrow. When you're looking at that phone and you're like, I need to send that dm. I need to call that guy. I need to call that one. Need to get on this phone. At that point the thing that says stop nor where, do it later, is fear. Recognize it, ignore it, and make the call. Ask the question. Even if you're terrified, even if you've got to burn a hole in your pants, even if it's the hardest thing you've ever done. You're sweating, you're shaking, because I know you've got it in you to get the yes. And when you get the yes, that fear goes disappear. Then you're in a position to innovate, and then you're in a position to build experience. And then you're in a position to take away fear for other people. And that's the gift that I wanted to give you today. Now, if you want me to work with you to make that happen, I'm happy to do that. Charge a lot of money for it. But I thought we could give, like, some of this stuff away for free. So if this resonates with you and you're like, man, I wish I could just work with Danny. I've got an inbox, an email, a voxer. You can find me, you can comment, whatever. I'm not doing it now. There is actually an offer. I was going to try and sell you something, but I'm not. I'm going to end up on this slide. Ask right, and you'll be surprised what you get back. Somebody. I'm gonna do some stuff for free. I'm gonna send everybody some bonus stuff. I'll give you all a recording of this as well, so you can go back through it and you. You can kind of work with it. This is the bit where I go, hey, before that, can I show you an offer that's crushing it right now. Ain't gonna do that. Ain't gonna sell you the thing, right? There's a thing there and it's gonna sell it. Yeah. I want you to ask. I want you to practice on me. Go type an inbox when we finished up here and send me a message. Tell me exactly what you want, how you think I can help, and ask. Somebody will get a resounding clear yes. You might not get the yes. You might get. I know somebody who can. You might get pointed in the right direction. Don't put the phone down like the guy did on Frank. You might get everything you want in that question. That's what you're going to do. And somebody's going to get all the help I can give them with no charge. All of you will get some direction and something out of it. And everybody who's on this call, who sends me the message and says, hey, Danny, this is what I want. This is my question. Everybody will get a bonus in return in the next couple of days as well. And I might have candy too. You guys, it's 11 o' clock in the evening. Halloween. It's an hour left of Halloween. I'm not going to sell you the thing, I'm not going to do the stack. I'm not going to push you down that road. I appreciate you and it's been a pleasure to turn up and be able to serve you, share that with you, to have this conversation and to give you this opportunity. Hit me up, ask the question, and then tomorrow go and hit up some other people and ask those questions and don't stop until you achieve your goals. That's the plan. Happy Halloween. Appreciate each and every one of you wherever you are in the world. I'm looking forward to the inboxes. Email me if you need. It's danny@walshmarketing.uk or vox me. Voxer. Danny Walsh, marketing. I will get back to every single person probably over the weekend. Somebody will get everything they want. They get some mentoring sessions, a big bunch of stuff worth thousands. Others will get whatever I give you. Everyone will get a bonus training. The main thing is it's starting you on the journey of being able to ask, innovate, execute, do the thing, get out there, get the experience and don't let fear get in the way. Thank you. Thanks everyone for coming. I'll leave this replay up for a little while if you want to watch it again or you want to share it with anybody. I've got a lot more other stuff. Cool stuff to come. I'm working on an app right now. I've got a lot of stuff going on with clickfunnels and being very mindful of who I do work with. But while Halloween spirit is in the air and we're having a lot of fun in the process, let's go and change the lives of some people. It's Danny Walsh. I'll see everybody on the next video. You guys are amazing. Bye. Bye.
