Brother Rush.
And we ask you to rush and play that song for us right now. All right, Mr. Jacob, welcome to danny walsh.
Come all the way from CR England to be here with you today. I want to talk about conversation. Can everybody hear you? Okay, that's good. So conversation and the fact that, look, you're one conversation away from getting the things that you want in life, in business, in your career, does everybody follow? Yeah. Cool. So you just one conversation with better business, better salary, being promoted, anything that noticed the contract rolling, obviously on duty, useful contacts or anything you want. Does that make sense? So by the end of this little presentation, you hope to understand more about the power of conversation, right? And how you bring in more business opportunities, deals, more things justifying you is something that you do every single day. Everybody has conversations, right? And do you realize that sometimes you have the wrong conversations? And we all know what happens if we have the wrong conversation, so we want to have the right conversation. So stay until the end. I'm going to give you something really cool, so don't run out to lunch. I'll give you a copy of an interview every week as well, live on the Internet, which is kind of cool. I'll give you a checklist that I use whenever I'm going into a conversation and some other cool stuff. Access to the Facebook group, these slides as well. A little video that I recorded last night just to you guys. So imagine what if you like, if you get things you really, really wanted without the hard work, without feeling undervalued, without need to feel grateful, without any kind of rejection. Right? Is that that kind of cool? So a little bit about me started off online like 20 years ago, like Seven Business Radio, with all sorts of helping young people really to avoid having those wrong conversations. And young people get away from crime, away from problems that they may face on the street. And I went on to teach these guys music skills and they ended up running a charity, which, of course, Dreams Come True, where we really did help people to realise their ideas and set their ideas and turn these ideas into something that they could make money from, positive experience from. So all of these things that I've done many, many years ago, when I was on Facebook, YouTube and all these things were only just emerging, have still stuck with me and carried through all the way to today. So there went from teaching training, we had the radio station and work on and offline ever since. But the Internet has always been a means of having a valuable conversation. So just because you may be using the Internet in the usual way, or you might think it's the usual way of using it, it's one of the most, if not the most powerful way for you to have a conversation. Especially 2017, going into 2018, interesting fact, I never went to university, but I taught there for three years and we were hurrying to university to seek to be there about all of the support that I picked up through my own experience, right? So things that having a right conversation draw for me, they draw funding and charity. When it was like 23, 24, we had over a million pounds from the lottery, from the lotto, to spend on other people projects like ebay, equipment and lots of cool stuff, employment, property, investment opportunities, people into my life and the right people to try and deliver hotels, the wrong people, right? It's more united, it's more money, more opportunities, it's got support. So the power of conversation to me is so important and all you got to remember is you're just one conversation away from getting the things that you desire more, whether it's in business, work in your own life, wherever that is. Conversations are so important, right? But I've learned the hard way, I've had some wrong conversations. I've got to listen to the wrong people, really wrong, you know, different things, some things have worked, something hasn't worked. But hopefully I can give you some cheats today to help you get, you know, the. When it comes to. So right now I travel the world, I'm teaching and training, I'm working in businesses all over the place. I've been to America five times this year. I've been to a lot of other countries as well and I run my own business in various different sections, various different niches. So we've got stuff that we might never see, like things in outdoor activities. We still do lots of stuff around music, I do affiliate marketing, I do ads and all sorts of different things. I work with some awesome people Some of them are in the room and there's a lot more who we've got to watch unit. We're streamlined as well. I do advise companies that are worth in excess of a billion dollars. And people come to me for advice and training and different things. And throughout all this stuff, it's conversations, the right conversations that have gotten me, that I'm taking where I am and I know that there's a long way to go and a lot of things that I still want to achieve. Right, because you've still got a long way to go. You've still got a lot of things to achieve. Conversation is essentially the vehicle that will get you there. Right. And I do think about trying to get people to take actions through trade plans. Whereas on Monday. So my stuff works. I think it kind of does. We help some companies sell $1.7 million in a week selling business products in January, which is kind of good. Some people doing $300,000 a night, delivering a presentation. We've had a lot of people get social media reach real estate companies and doctors offices and all sorts of like banks and insurance companies as well. Customers get leads. I've done, you know, hundreds of thousands as an affiliate as well online, which is, you know, an achievement for myself. But like I said, still a long way to go. What conversation are the keys to success and what's those kinds of people that I talk to? Because to me, I talk to a lot of different types of people and feel free to come and talk to me in the break in time and I'll give you some other ways that you can live with me as well. Talk to young people and as well people in authority and becoming the bridge between these two different sort of faces of society. That's really powerful for me. That's how we could unlock funding. Because I can say, look, young people want this and you have sat up in the tower not knowing what the young people want. And I've not got suit on deliberately. We're moving to write policy and to work in the party hall or all day in physics would be how deliberately where sports were just to annoy them because it's kind of disruptive and it helps them to focus on what really matters. Talk to peers, talking to disadvantaged people, the wealthy, the fit of crime. We need to do some stuff with F on the streets who are involved in all kinds of stuff and we need to talk to and all is inside. Experience has helped me to get to where I am right now. Conversation is key, but we've got lots of different Types of conversation. Does that make sense? Yeah. So if you just having conversations with a PA group of people, the chances are you're going to stay having conversations in that same close group. So I encourage you to open up the amount of conversations you have and I'll show you two ways to. So three little secrets, right? We've got about 15 minutes. How to get anything you want without feeling embarrassed. Ask our conversations with anyone you want without feeling strange or weird or mean. And how to kind of gain everything by doing everything, which is quite powerful. I'll get to in a second, right? So just want to talk about music for a second. Anybody know D now I need to press that thing. So what I'm going to do when I need the music. So a conversation, right? How was a guy from Preston in England get this guy to sing his music, right? He was like, oh, everybody has a name, right? When I was a leader, a select of men, we call me Danny. Got. But I was this guy in England, right, Miles away from this place, this guy to see that with my name. Right conversation, right? The right conversation. And that's. I did that obviously where we are in this kind of corner. I love the musicology culture, love Jamaican. So people like that. It's like, how does that happen? How can ever happen to me? Point can. If you're in the right conversation. There's a million different examples. So that's. I don't want to wish it too much. Let's talk about fishing. There's a fish spoil. We have put fish out there. But fishing is a lot like marketing and. And this is just about £40 anyway. Biggest fish, right? And fishing is a lot like marketing is a lot like what I'm talking to you about. If you're fishing, you the wrong and bombed. You can't catch it like that, right? And if you go out, you can catch lots of small fish and you can throw them back or you can disregard them. You can think that these small fish are not important as a big fish. Small fish grow. That makes sense. Yeah. So even if you think that you're not wearing these swimming in the same pond where they big fish are, right? You need to fish. That's just a mindset thing. Because I know that some of these big fish in some of these big ponds just exactly the same in the mindset of some of the smaller fish. And you can have a conversation. You can make that connection. You can go up into your right ponds and catch the player of your dreams. You can catch the contractor anytime. Big thing with in order to do anything that you want to do. Yeah, yeah. So it's possible to do this stuff. And I know because I've done it and I continue to do it. But it's a conversation that sort of matters. So I'll give you obvious stuff at the end. There's three principles that I figured out over the years kind of in everything doing on the Internet, in business and in life. Right there, conversation, Right? But what would happen if your form didn't work? Technology doesn't work, right? For all the technology must work. So if you don't have the technology to have the conversation, you don't have the technology to go online and you might have a problem. The first thing you need to do is figure that out, right? The second part is like you got to put the right conversations, you got to the right people. Consider yourself Bol products for people who go fishing. You got to try and put conversations in the right market and going to the right people. And the main, most important thing, the main, most important thing to me, you got to build and maintain relationship, right? If you build a maintain right relationships and you maintain them, right. Even if he's soft, he's illiterate or young people who might not have a chance in the eyes of society or people who you're not supposed to associate them because somebody said that, right? But if you build an entertainment relationship, you know, right. Then the good things will always come from that and you will always read in whatever you're doing. When you've got your own business and people got their own business in the truth as much as business. How many people was promotion in the street? How many people talk about need a job and will stay their forever in that job, right? So everybody's had a dream, right? Why are we doing this stuff? Right? Secret number one, There's part of being able to ask if you want something, you have the answer, right? From Jamaica. I've got to ask somebody who's in the right pond in the right area and get onto those people. Use technology to find these people. Get onto these people and ask the question does that make sense? Therefore emerges from the other. You get copy as wise again. Yeah. Because if. If you're not used to asking people for things, right. You might need nice and changes, right? Can I ask everyone to stand up real quick and listen to me. Don't make a really carefully, right? Find the partner or couple next to each other, right? I want you to take a good look at the person next to you. I want you then to turn your Back. Listen up. Once you up the person turn your back and make one subtle change to your appearance. Does that make sense? Yeah. And then turn back around. See you can see what the other person change. Right. Real quick, turn me back and then change and then turn back around and try and figure out what that person change. Right? Right. I want you to do it again. I want you to do it again. One more thing now. One more time. I want to do another change. And now I want to do it a third time. So we're going to end up with three changes. Right. The third time and we're going to do three changes. Can we do it? Did you figure it out? He did. What's everybody currently in the process of doing? What's everybody doing right now? As soon as I told you to change, you change. But as soon as I told you it's over. Everything changed, dropped on you took everything back and you are back to where we were. And there's a reason that we do that because of kind of hard weighted in that the human needs are hard waves to resist change. So I tell you to also start asking for the things you want and you need to change to do that you've got to walk in your mouth, you got to treat the right people and you've got to do yourself and you resist it. Right. And that's so doesn't make sense. Yeah. So you are designed to this change. You need to try and break that mindset in yourself in the usual way to be ancestors. Look at all. We don't have the radial time to do that. But that game is really powerful because you make three changes and then as soon as I got quiet you put them all back. Really that cool to leave the changes if you made it that make sense? Cool. So number two, you can have a conversation with anyone you want in the world. Get simple to say that. No Facebook is your Instagram. Yeah. If you've got LinkedIn. Yeah. If you've got any other social media network, anything you email. Who's got email? So you're literally a target on your phone. You can find somebody just by looking up. And if you think right that your false act, your dream must be customers, your clients, your anybody on social media. Check that out. Right. There's 1.2 billion people using actively Facebook messaging. Right. And the kind of people I talk to on Facebook messaging includes billion dollar companies, the corporations, clinics, millionaires and more. And 90% of my business comes from conversations. I'm doing really well at the national school Facebook and our conversation through A whole host of different channels. Is that an interesting statistic? Does that sound strange that you can start conversation with billionaires on Facebook and actually talk to you guys, but it happens, right? And I know a lot of people are like to make money to run their business and build relationships, to get contracts and promotions, to do whatever you want, travel the world, whatever it is, to see what I do. You've got social media. Twenty years ago, we didn't have social media. Now we do. And if you don't have anything about it, if you're just watching silly deals or scrolling, probably on somebody's ads, you're probably visiting somebody's website. But you need to use it to have conversations, Right? The third. Does that make sense? Yeah. Who uses social media to run a business? Next time I ask that question, I want every answer up in the roof. Number three, get everything wrong by literally giving yourself away for free. And people are so protective of the secrets to business, the things that they work so hard on. And over the years, spent all this time working hard to, you know, make all this stuff, I just took it away. I'm going to give you all the stuff at the end of this presentation. Right. And I'll continue to do everything. You keep giving away things. You keep giving away things. Prefer even if you did give away the secret recipe, Right. You still couldn't do it anyway. Yeah. You still need you. Right. And you can hit things away, knit things away, knit things away, have the right conversations and move yourself, move your business, move your career, move all the things you want to achieve. Does that make sense? Yeah. So two types of people, none of them really like you, But there's people who are believing, you believe you need help. Businesses and people are doing. You realize something's going wrong, you need help with these service, need a product, they need something, they need association, an agency, an organization to come and help them. Right. You can help them, give them something for free and they're going to be a client for life. Right. Somebody in the office, you know, that, you know, need help. You have these conversations every single day, oh, this happened. I need help. Give him advice. Give them your friend. Think about that. And then people who are bleeding and they don't know it, and you can be like, hey, I've recognized it. There's this thing going on in your business or in your office, your organization, whatever, and you can still help them and still get the desired effect. Does that make sense? Yeah. So a couple types of people you come across in business, in work, and what you really do maybe down there, but I think you've got to understand where you draw the line. Hopefully that makes sense. We've covered a lot. I open on time. Is it okay for a church? So I'm going to give you all this stuff, copy of this review and all this stuff. There's a link on the screen, Dannywolves live. Ja. Just put your name in and I'll send everything to you right now or over lunch. And if you want to have a chat, Light forward slash J. And I just like to thank you so much for your time and thanks so much to you. You're welcome here today at all. Come to the end, come to the end of these slides. Everybody hungry? Is there any questions? How long is this link? On behalf this link will be up, so don't worry, it's not going anywhere. So we can set this down. And like I said, I want to give everybody a copy of this stuff if it's been useful. Yeah, yeah. Question? No. Yeah. How do you get their attention? I tend to pick the people that I want to work with and tend to observe them. Remember the thing that I said about people bleeding or not leading? So people, no matter who you are, want help in some way, shape or form. Even if they are chief executive of a billion dollar company, they'll be asking for that help in groups, in forums, LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups. And the three little words that I use just to grab their attention is obviously you've got to be able to help them, right? You are happy to help on whatever you ask and within 10 seconds or less they're probably in your inbox saying, hey, I saw your comment, how can you help me? So just pick the ones that you can help, pick the ones you can work with, pick the ones that you'd like to work with and just help them and move and build and maintain relationship from that conversation as you go. You're going to want to conversation, but there's various different ways to do it. And in the checklist that I'm going to give you, you'll see how to do that as well. Does that make sense anymore? Like I said, I used to deliberately do it when I worked in the offices where the executives wanted to do things for young people but the young people didn't want anything to be done. Does that make sense? So when I come to a conference, I was lending young people and from there it's time to submit for a long. Okay, so if you wanted to start today. Yeah, you want to start to work, you know, on the Internet Affiliate marketing. You want to do anything on the Internet, you want to start there starting the right conversation investor rout relevant groups, finishing the right cons. So if you want to do affiliate marketing, go find affiliate marketing group. So here's the thing, don't into groups where people posting, posting, courseing, posting. And it's like one line, one line going to the engaged groups where you've got the admins who are taking care of the group, where they're forcing things and doing things in the group that are actually productive. And if you've seen hundred likes, 200 likes, 300 likes and it's good discussion, then it's easy to get into that conversation because you put yourself in that same bond and it's a matter of your level of ability. You. There's millionaires out there that want to lift you up. Yeah, a lot of people out there want to put me down. You want to reject those people. But I start talking the in groups and fire back. So we've kind of come to the end. All that's in use up. The next part of the agenda is I don't want to dismiss everybody the words right now. Somebody else on time who's looking forward to this. Brown. Well, I was with Mr. Brown fortunate pleasure of interviewing a few weeks ago. I'm going to get a copy of that interview if you, if you go this way. I was with Wiggles last night and we were up on Radier Mountain in. Yeah, in Delaware. Bob Marley used to live in the reggae legend villa. And we've got a little mastermind group and Les has shown us some of the powerful, you know, literally life changing stuff that I know he's going to share with you guys today. And there's so much, you know, benefit and so much that you're going to get out of this session later on with the man himself. You know, I'm all for me and you know the things that he said last night. Oh, it'll fit, right. So there's one little thing that Les can do or I can do or any of the speakers can do. If you just take that one little thing you made that little adjustment in your life, in your business, in your career, that one little thing, one conversation. Yeah, one little conversation where you could be one website away, you could be one conference away. Right. It's sort of how you all have to say that one little thing. And that one little thing can make so much impact on your entire life moving forward. Does that make sense? And I know you get so much out of this next session. I'm really excited. I hope you guys are all excited. Yeah. Is it exciting? Really exciting? No, man. Nobody behind you like listening, you know, thinking maybe. You probably need a bit more excitement than that. You know, a little bit more excitement. So we got excited f in the room. I'm excited to be here. I always, you know, can't inspire you. Throw away that conversation. So who make a promise that they're going to change the style of conversation that they have. They'll go out and have more conversation with the right people. Yeah. You can go away and you can literally change your direction. Remember, you resist change, not afraid of doing something. Just go out there, start having better conversations, having more conversations, conversations with the right people. Because if you do it, I can promise you that these things will come to fruition for you guys. And I think something. You can find my Facebook. Thanks so much, guys.
Many big round of applause for Mr. Danny Wall. Listen carefully, I shall say this only once. Social media contest.
