Episode 017 - The Power Of Community

A live YouTube episode (Episode 017) by Danny Walsh exploring why communities—both offline and online—are essential for business success, customer loyalty, fulfillment, and resilience. Danny uses examples (ClickFunnels, his Carp Global fishing community, Challenge Secrets master class) and practical tactics (Facebook Groups, Fishbowl funnel, free tools, upcoming Video Confidence Challenge) to show how building and nurturing a community drives engagement, feedback, reputation and sales.

Hey, we are live and direct. This is Sunday service. Again, week has flown. Hopefully if you're in the uk, you're enjoying the sunshine. Wherever you are in the world, hopefully you are enjoying the sunshine. It has been an awesome week. Lots of stuff going on since I last spoke to you on Friday. It's been an awesome weekend. Let me know in the comments where you're actually watching from. And remember, if you are using Facebook, you may need to give Streamyard your permission so they can see your name. Give me some likes, give me some hearts, let me know what you're up to. Has it been an amazing weekend? What have you been doing? Have you been working in your business? We've been working on your suntan. What have you been working on? Have you been fishing like we were lucky enough to do last week. Whatever you're doing, wherever you are, I wish you happy Sunday. Hopefully you can see me and you can hear me. Okay, I want to talk to you about something that's very dear to me on this stream today. You may have also noticed that we've shifted up the time a little bit as well because of the lighter evenings and we've got little kids to get to bed and all the rest of it. Eight o' clock is actually a better time and I've had that's UK time, 8pm I've had a few folks message from other parts of the world as well. It's around midday right now in Los Angeles, it's about 1pm in Boise, Idaho, it's about 2pm in Nashville right now. New York is about 3pm Preston, England just gone. 8. Mumbai. We're actually into Monday which is. It's crazy. It's just after half past 12 of the evening. But we've had a few folks message say it would be better if it was a little bit later. So I'm doing my best to accommodate people but also accommodate the the family and the kids, which is the reason that I'm doing this stuff. So you guys are amazing. Remember, as always, you can get replays and you can get downloads and you can get resources and all of the things that we look at on these shows on Danny Walsh Live. And we've been doing this for a while now. This is actually episode number 17, which is crazy. And that's literally 17 hours or more of content. And we started out looking at the fishbowl funnel where you can invite people to win some stuff and then you can add them to your Facebook group, which kind of ties into what we're doing right now and then you can move those people forward into various offers and different things. And we use that to build an amazing community which ties into what we're doing now. And that community has helped us to make some money and, and live an amazing lifestyle. And it's also a community that I want to talk to you about in this show. So we are looking at the power of community. And community is something that is, is important to everybody, right? Because everybody kind of lives in a community. You've got your local community and everybody kind of taps into different communities for different things. So you may have a faith community, there might be the school community. You might have a hobby or an interest which has got a community associated with it. You might be in a sporting community. You sort of see where I'm, I'm going with this, right? And communities are super, super important, whether they are offline or online. So I want to take some time this, this evening, this morning, this afternoon, wherever you are in the world, to kind of give you my views on this and explain why communities are super important to business, right? Because if you're not building a community around your business, then you are just looking at people as customers and that is possibly not the best place to be, especially where we are right now in, in 2023. Right? And the businesses that were just looking at people as, as numbers or the businesses that are not building on solid foundations. Right, And I'll get to that more in a second for you. So what you need to do to follow along with the documents and the resources, go Dannywash Live. And what I'll do is I'll share that for you right now. So you can kind of see what I'm looking at. On that website, there is a resources document and this thing accompanies every single show. So if you scroll down from, from the introduction page, you'll see what we're talking about on each show, right? So there's today's show and then you kind of scroll down and then there's Friday show and, and so on and so forth, right? So I want to get into communities, the power of communities and the importance of a community for you and your business. Because as I said, if you are not considering or you're not actively building a community around your business, you're probably leaving some money on the table. But you're also missing an important point because a lot of things, what we do in business are here to solve people's problems. And, and what better way to help solve the problems than to link people with other people? Who have the same problem or same interest or same hobby or, or whatever, right? And a community is the way to go. So I want to show you some examples of real communities, offline communities, you know, sort of local communities. You can sort of see this in, in the document. I want to also show you some examples of online communities, right? And I'm going to talk to you about click funnels, I'm going to talk to you about my fishing community, and I want to talk to you about a relatively new community that ties into this thing which happened last week, which is the Challenge Secrets master class that was run by Russell Brunson and Pedro. And we'll get into that in a second, right? So look in the document. You can kind of follow along. There are four or five communities that I've picked on, but communities are all around us and communities are super, super important to you, your business, your loved ones, to society at large, right? And to think that you could just build a business without engaging people, which is pretty much what a community does, or kind of crazy, right? And I met a chap a few years ago and he wanted to build a business without talking to anybody, right? He never wanted to talk, he never wanted to engage with anybody. He just wanted to literally put some ads on Facebook and collect money. And it didn't work, right? And there's a reason why it didn't work because he had no intention of building relationships with anybody. If you've watched the previous episodes, you know that there's three principles to successful business, right? Technology must work. Otherwise you can't stream or you can't go live. You can't take money, you can't build a website. Technology works. You put the right offer in front of the right person, otherwise they won't buy it or they won't engage with it. And the third is you need to build and maintain relationships. And the best way to do that is by creating a community around your business. You sort of see how this all ties together. There's method in the madness, and hopefully you get some value out of this. Now people message me, oh, Danny, that one thing that you've said is amazing. Other people said this is like really complicated and they don't get it. You kind of understand community and you understand the good, the bad and the ugly of community, because you just need to switch on the news. You just need to open the door outside your home to see communities at large, communities in the flesh, real life communities, right? And if you open your door at your house, unless you're living on, on the moors somewhere. And even if you are living on the moors, or you're living up in the hills, or you live on an island, there's probably a community around you. Even if it's only a small group of people, that community is so, so important to your existence. Because imagine like you get poorly, right? And you're living in this isolated place, you rely on your neighbor. There's a. There's something about love thy neighbor. And you would have heard that somewhere, right? It's very, very important that neighbors support each other. And when they do, that's kind of like the basis of a community. If you're in a big city, you've got a community all around you. And maybe that's in a district, maybe that's in a neighborhood, but it's still a community. And communities will have the good, the bad and the ugly, as we've just said. And that also applies to online and it also applies to business, right? So it's important that we kind of focus on the good and the positive. And it's also important that we actually contribute and give back. And that's a big thing that I endorse and advocate, right? Because I've worked for many, many years as community development officer or community outreach officer. And like I said on the last episode, I grew up in a very deprived community which had a big bunch of problems, a big bunch of social deprivation. You know, people are on drugs, people are committing crimes like the life exp. Expectancy is really, really low. There's pollution, there's traffic problems, there's road safety issues, right? I've seen my fair share of the bad and the ugly just growing up. And it's unfortunate that some folks from that community who I grew up with are no longer here. And it's also unfortunate that there's a bunch of folks from that community who've never contributed and never given back. They've just tried to take, take, take, take. And you can kind of see how that unfolds just by reading the newspaper, right? People end up in trouble or they lose the privileges or community. Society looks at them and says, hey, this is not allowed. That's why we have laws and things like that, right? So you only need to open your door to kind of get a view of what's going on in your local community and how important it is to actually give something back. And those people who do give back to their community locally often live old life. Now, unless you've been like on another planet a couple of years ago, there was this thing called Covid. And we're glad that that's coming to, like, an end or a. On people are not getting as sick as what they were. People are still catching this thing, right? And it's not. It's not good. But when Kovid came, communities felt the brunt of that. And that could have been your local community, your school community. You. You sort of see how damaging that one thing was. But if you look at how communities pull together during COVID you can start to see the. The good, right? You can start to see how people actually gave back. And one thing that kind of dawned on us as, As a family is that people have had it really hard during COVID And it's kind of started to come to Easter, and we was in this lockdown and it was horrible, and it was hot outside. And as a family, what we decided, which was, is kind of like, thanks to those two up there on. On the picture, we got some, like, spring flowers, some daffodils and stuff. We put them in these little vases. We made like, 50 of these things. And Lola, who's in the middle up there on, on the picture, she took these round with the. With the rubber gloves on late at night when everybody was kind of in bed. And we made these little vases with the flowers in and the Easter ribbons around them, and she put these on the doorsteps of the local residents. And we didn't spread Covid, right? It was all done, like, hygienically and. And all the rest of it. Of course, somebody will probably complain, but giving back to the community in that way, is that. That crazy gesture, as crazy as that might seem to some people. Lola was happy. She was, like, fulfilled. Siobhan is crazy for this kind of stuff. She loves giving back to the community. She was happy. She was fulfilled. I've been working with communities for years. I've. I was happy. I was fulfilled. But the response and the impact that that little gesture had on folks around here, people started coming to, like, open the door in the morning. They were like, ah, what's this, this amazing gift. It's Easter time. There's lovely daffodils there in these little vases. And people were taking to social media, thanking whoever it was that delivered the. These. These gifts in such a terrible time, right? And that is an example of somebody giving back to the community. And over the years, I've done countless things to give back to communities, from running the youth club without being paid a penny, volunteering and all sorts of crazy projects, helping out with the Carnival, Preston Carnival, community, right? And we, we put on all these crazy events and, and we did a big bunch of stuff around Carnival. I've been involved in a thing where I live in Preston called the Guild, which happens like once every 25 years. Hopefully we'll see the next one. But we got involved in the Guild and we gave back to the, to Preston as a whole, as a community. So you can sort of see where I'm going with this, right? That's kind of like embedded and ingrained in me to give back as much as I can into the local community. We take part in activities with the school and we donate stuff to the school and we're involved in, in planning things with, with the school or have been in the past and been involved with the school community. You sort of see where I'm going with this, right? You, you guys. And there's a bunch of things that you can get involved with in your local community that will give you fulfillment. But what you need to do is kind of transpose that and think, well, how does this stuff that I do like in my day to day life, whether it's for the local community, the school community, or maybe you're involved in sports, maybe you're teaching the kids how to play, you know, football or, or take them fishing or whatever it is, we've done that as well. How does this apply to business? Because when we create a business, what we often neglect or we often overlook is just how important our business is to the community. Does that kind of make sense? So there's an actual power in community, right? Because if you open a shop, people rely on you for maybe it's household goods or it's food or it's whatever service, right? If you open some kind of health associated facility, a doctors, a dentist, you know, whatever it is, a spa, people rely on that for their well being. If you open something to do with entertainment, people rely on that and there's a community of forks that will gather around your business, that will support your business, that will keep coming back to your business. But if you just look at these guys as, as customers and money, you're missing a trick. Because you could actually harness the power of your community and hone and nurture your community. And you can build some amazing things. If you become community focused and you see things through the eyes of the people around you. Whether you're trying to tackle a problem, a social problem, or whatever it is, you're trying to advocate for people, you're providing critical services or you're providing Them to take entertainment, or you're providing something to do with a hobby or a sport, whether it's football or fishing or whatever it is. Maybe you're doing a dance club, maybe you're doing something around your school community. All of these things are so, so important and so integral to real life. And nobody wants the bad and the ugly, right? Everybody wants to see the good stuff, right? If you want the bad and ugly, there's probably like a criminal community or something that we're not interested in. But everybody kind of wants to see other people succeed in life, unless they're one of these folks who just tech. And I wouldn't imagine there's anybody who's watching this or in, in the groups or anything that I. I'm broadcasting and watching on the replay, who just take, take. But if you sort of ask yourself that question, how much have I actually given back to the community recently? Whether that's your local community or your online business community, you might get an answer that's like not quite sitting right with you. And you might think, oh, man, I am missing a trick and I am needing to go out there and give more back to the community. Does that kind of make sense? So what I want to do is, yes, we accept outside of our door there's a real, living, breathing community. But I want to kind of move this into online and our businesses. Because if you can get this community thing right and you can harness some of the free tools that are available to build a community, not only are you going to have a better time, you're going to feel more fulfilled. You're also probably going to make more money. So if I could ask you, would you like to carry on as you are, and I'm sure it's great, or would you like to feel more fulfilled, have more fun, be happier, give back to people and make more money? Now, most people would choose happiness, fulfillment, fun, and making more money over just making money, right? If you. Or you might not even be making any money, right, you might be struggling. A community can kind of unlock so many things for you in your business and your life if you know how to leverage it, but also how to make sure that you're not taking from it all the time and you're actually giving back. I want to show you some stuff, right? So look, there are different communities for different things. And one very, very, very powerful tool that is available to everybody right now is something called Facebook, right? And you may have heard of it, Facebook is a social network, right? You might be watching on Facebook Right now we're live on Facebook. Facebook's got a little thing called Facebook Group Groups. And Facebook groups are very, very powerful because they allow you to create for free a community of fans, a community of customers, a community of like minded individuals for any topic imaginable, as long as it's not the bad and the ugly, as long as it's ethical. You might be able to do ugly, but certainly not bad. And there's a book by a guy called Russell Brunson and Russell Brunson is the co founder of a thing called ClickFunnels which we've been using to build our, our fishbowl funnels and different things, right? This book is actually free and you can get this, you just pay the shipping and I'll give you a link on the resources document. If you, if you go to DannyWolsh live, you can, you can get the link. It's on the resources document that I've just shown you. Right? In this book, Russell talks about creating a mass movement of people who will pay for your advice, right? It's on, it's on the front cover. Now that mass movement of people is actually a community, right? In this case the funnel hacker community. Now we're not all hacking into like banks. Funnel hacking is, is a certain method of, of modeling things that work, right? Websites that work or businesses that work and then kind of applying them in your business. So if you was to funnel hack me, you would look at the fishbowl funnel, you figure out how it worked for Danny and then you kind of make your own version of that. Does it kind of make sense? So Expert Secrets talks a lot about building your community of raving fans who are going to ultimately pay for your advice, right? And it's very, very powerful. And there's some amazing stuff in there and I urge you to read it. Right? But what I want to do is show you Russell's community. All right? I want to show you Russell's community. This is if I can do this. This is the Click Funnels official Facebook group. This Facebook group, in case you haven't noticed up here, has got 289,000 members, right? So if 289,000 members in a Facebook group is not a mass group of raving fans, I don't know what is, right? And these communities are built around knowledge, built around learning, built around education, they're built around products or services, in this case click funnels or software. But there's a big bunch of other stuff that goes alongside of that that this community like Lives and breathes by, right? Russell is one of the, the prime examples of how you build a community. But there's a similarity, right? Whether it's your local community or your online community, those communities that thrive have got amazing leaders. They've got a common purpose, they've got goals that everybody kind of adhers to. They've got a shared vision, got shared values. Does that kind of resonate with you right now? Because if you're looking at your business as just a thing to make money, right? And, and you just see your customers as, as customers as money as like a means. They come in your door, they give you money, they leave again, you're missing a big, big trick. The experts, hey, the experts actually recognize the power of community. And by bringing people together in this simple thing, this simple platform, Facebook for free. You can make a Facebook group for free. All you need to do is go up to this thing at the top. You press menu and in there there's a thing that says create group. Everybody that's on Facebook has got this menu, right? There's your little icon at the top, and then you can kind of press home and you, you can watch stuff and you can go to Marketplace. Up here is groups, right? And if you look in groups, you will find that there are groups for everything imaginable. And Russell Brunson, thanks to his teachings and thanks to his software and thanks to all of the amazing programs that he does, has a community of nearly 300,000 fans. And that is a mass movement of people that will pay for his advice because this book is full of his advice, right? And if you look this guy up and you look up clickfunnels and you look up that group, you can join the group and I'll, I can let you in there because I'm actually an admin of that group because I do some work with these guys. But if you join that group, you kind of see what it's all about. But you might be in a smaller group, you might be in a larger group. If you are spending time right now looking at artificial intelligence, for example, Chat GPT, we've covered it on quite a few lives. We've used it in different contexts. I've spoke at the Ride the AI Wave conference recently. There is a group around Chat GPT that's got three times as many people as what Russell's got in his, his group, right? Because this is the fastest growing software that ever existed, the fastest growing thing. It's grew faster than Instagram, faster than Facebook. This thing's Got nearly a million people in its. In its group, right? That kind of crazy. And the Click Funnels group alone has actually got more people in it than Preston, where I live. That's insane. So there's groups on Facebook right now built around the topic or a service or a business that have got more people in them than your town or your city. And you need to understand the power of that for you and your business right now. Not everybody can go out there and build a group of, you know, a million people or 300,000 people. And as an admin of these, some of these groups that I'm showing you right now, I know how many people are not allowed in there, right? So it's a privilege to be in there. And if you do bring the bad and the ugly, chances are you're going to get removed. But you need to think about that from your perspective, right? You have control over who is allowed in your community, right? So you can control who's allowed in to your community, and you can make sure that your competitors are not in your community. You can make sure that any wrongdoers or spammers are not in your community. See how powerful that is? So as a business owner, if you're not embracing and nurturing a community of people and you just think, hey, I've just got customers. I've got a list of customers, I've got a database of customers. I make money from my customers. If you think about, hey, I've got a community. I've got a group of amazing people who want to give me money, who want to pay me for my advice, for my service, for my software, for my whatever it is, right? You probably delivering a service or you've probably got some kind of product, or you might have, I don't know, you're selling other people's products, but they, they like you. They like your personality. You build a community around yourself. Authors have got communities, right? If you're not embracing communities right now, especially the fact that you've got free online tools built into your Facebook that you use every single day. There's 2 billion active users daily on Facebook. So every day, 2 billion people with a B open up their device. They go on their device and they go on Facebook, and those people probably have groups that they go to, right? So think about it right now. How many groups are you a member of on Facebook? Right? All of those groups are communities. If you're overlooking this and then you go back to your business, to your desk, and you're like, oh, man, we need to make more money. We need more customers, right? You're missing a trick, you're missing a point. You're missing something that's so powerful, something that we've already looked at in the early stages of these episodes. With the fish ball funnel, we get people see if they want to win stuff, invite them to our Facebook group, right? That is our community. And I want to kind of show you now one of my communities that we've built up around fishing, right? So what we'll do, we'll put the screen back on. Here's the screen. This is the Carp Global Carp fishing group. And there's me from the other day with a big old fish. I've caught this big old fish from one of our events and it's great going fishing. There's 17, 000 people in here and we've probably banned 3,000. A few have left and, and we get. Look, there's. There's 20 people waiting to join. More than 20 people. One new today, right? So it shows on, on the other side, I've still built a mass movement of people who want to pay for fishing tackle or help with the fishing or like a service to do with fishing or they want to. They want to access different things. And if we scroll down in this group, you'll see there's, there's videos and there's promotions and we've got events going on still to this day. There's people in our community sharing their fishing. There's people going out there catching fish that are not actually carpet, but this is a pulse. This is our. Our member Tommy. And Tommy doesn't live in the uk. Tommy lives over in Texas in the United States. And in his picture, if you can see this, this is a little doll. You think, Danny, you crazy. This is a little doll called Fred. And one of our community members, a lovely lady called Rita, she actually made Fred for us. He's currently in the. In the other room. I'll introduce you to him on another live, right? So one of our community members has made Fred and she put Fred into this little bucket and she sent him around the world and she sent him to Texas to Tommy, who actually took him fishing, right? So Fred's been fishing to America when some people in the group have never been to America, right? Which is kind of crazy. But this demonstrates more than anything just how involved and excited and fulfilled and happy and creative and adventurous community members can get. Because somebody loved our community so much and still does to this day that she went to the trouble of creating Fred. She's put his, put him in his own little global clothing and she sent him around lots and lots of different members. He's got his own little fishing rod, he's got his little headphones in, he's got his hat. We've got global on. He rides in his own little bucket, his mystery bucket. And Tommy's posted up in my community today. Day 13 hours ago. Let's show some Danny Walsh, some love. Put a picture below if he's helped you in your fishing journey. Cart global for life. And Richard has put, hey, my paycheck came in and now it's gone. And then below that he's put only joking. And he's, he's gone on to say he would not have had half of his fishing gear if we didn't do deals for us. Thank you for everything me and Shiv, which is Siobhan have done, right? This guy is one of our best customers and he spent thousands with us. If he's watching with, you know we love him, right? He's even got our logo as his profile picture on Facebook right now. Think about that in the context of your business. How many people in your business have got your logo as their profile picture? And we'll give you such a testimonial. How many people in your business right now would go to the trouble of making a doll in the, in Fred and sending him around and doing some like fun behind your back to build up all this crazy momentum that you didn't even know about and then actually sending him to you and presenting him to you at the end, right, you scroll down. This is Rob who's also got my logo as his profile picture. And this is his first ever 30 pound carp. And if it wasn't for us, he would never have caught that fish. And then further down, this is his biggest ever fish of 43 pounds. And then this is Ronnie who caught his personal best fish and there he is getting a sawing because that's what you do when you catch a big fish by one of our other members, Lee. And this is Jason and, and, and so on and so forth. Right? So we've built this community around fishing and this community has given us the mechanism to talk to our customers, to do events with our customers, to, to sell things to our customers, to inform our customers about what's going on and to actually share a mission and share goals and share values and, and share all the things that matter with our customers, with our friends, with our family. They're changing the profile pictures, they're going out There catching big fish. That's me again, by the way. We've got events, we've got all this crazy stuff going on. And we looked at this in the fishball funnel. It's like, yeah, you're going to win this stuff. Join the group, right? There's a lot more to it than what we ever showed you in that fishbow funnel section. And if you. If you kind of go into most groups, there is a media section, so you can kind of see the media. And if you look in videos I've created, like, that's me with the Halloween stuff and. And that's me selling some stuff. And then we've done live shows and we've had grown big beards and we've been out fishing and we. We've done thousands of videos in this group. And the beard actually gets smaller as I progressed. We did the Fishmas, which was Christmas for carp anglers, and we went crazy. We'd actually did 30 days of fishmas, which was live every December, every day in December, which was insane. There's a good friend, Keith, who was with us just last week singing some crazy Christmas song, which is hilarious. With the other Halloween before that. And we. We did Fishmas before that. We've done Black Friday. We've. We've done stuff for kids, we've done stuff for families, we've done events, we've done Easter. We. We've literally gone live and like, they're me with a big, massive fish. There's me with a big, massive fish showing off products, talking about what's going on. This group, our community, has actually become like a family to us. When we open the shop, when we close the shop, right? Everything that's happened in our business, we've shared with our community and we've used the free Facebook tools to do that. Just like Russell does in clickfunnels or any other successful entrepreneur, right, or business owner does, because there is a similarity. Not only are the successful guys out there focusing on goals and values and a mission. So for us in global, our mission was to help carp anglers achieve their fishing goals, right? It was never about money, it's about people. In this instance, right now is for me to help you achieve your business goals, right? And help you to understand that it's not about money, it's about people. And we've got common values, shared values, shared vision, where we're going to go. Some stuff I can see that you can't see right now. Same Russell, but all of the people who get this right have got One thing in common. All of these leaders that get this right have got one thing in common and that is a community, a mass movement of fans that want to give the money for their service, their advice, whatever it is that they do. But you might be sat there now thinking about customers and thinking about spreadsheets, and that's as far as it goes. You might not have a community. Let me know in the, in the chat, let me know in the comments if you've actually got a community of your own. Right? Alex is in the chat, says, great training on the, on the power of communities. Alex is somebody who's actively building his own community. I was on his show. The replays on my page, if you go to Danny Walsh live and you scroll down, you see the replay of the inter interview that I did with Alex. Big shout to Alex. Amazing. And there's so much you can learn off this guy and vice versa. He said he's learned some stuff off me. That's awesome. Is the. A power of communities, right? If you're not embracing communities right now in your business, you are leaving money on the table. But more importantly, there's people out there actually relying on you that are not able to get what they really need. They're not able to get that fulfillment, that enjoyment and that full rounded picture of your service, your product, whatever it is. And you're not able to get the support. Because, look, in our groups, if we get something wrong, people come to our group and they're like, hey, this thing didn't arrive. Or in Russell's group, he's like, hey, I ordered this thing. And I, I didn't get the email, right, the community will support you. They will, they will follow your vision, they will be led by you, they will get involved in your lives, they'll enter your competitions, they'll buy stuff. But the minute you get something wrong, they'll tell you, right? They're like, hey, this thing's gone wrong. And there's never a queue at the prayers window, right? There's always a queue at the compliance window. There's a little queue at the prayers window. If you get this stuff right, at Christmas, our community members actually send us cards and, and gifts and we've got like, bottles of champagne with Global's logo on that we've drunk. They're empty. Big shout out to Paddy. We know our members, we know Keith, we know Richard, we know Rita, we know Tommy, we know these folks, we know Andrew, we know Gareth and I. I could probably name a thousand people that I know personally. But I've still made money. Don't forget Global, we did over $3 million right, in sales, but we've built a community that we love and, and they love us, right, because they're still posted in there to this day. Give Danny some love and thanks for the support and this is how you've helped. And this is, this is all this amazing stuff. We've done live videos, we've communicated with them, we sent them emails, we've been in chats with them. We've actually been out fishing with them. You might think, oh, man, this is a big bunch of work just to make some money. If you can nurture your community, you're going to be more fulfilled, just like Lola was when we did the Easter thing. You're going to be happy because you can go out there and you can share what's on your mind, but you can also sell your products or your service. And you're also going to get instant customer feedback. That means that if you do get something wrong, you can fix it and it never happens again. You're also going to be happy and fulfilled because you're going out there changing people's lives. Not about money, it's about people. Right? It kind of makes sense. But you're also going to make more money. So if you want to be happy and fulfilled and like, it's going to be a pleasure to come to work in the morning, whatever work is, you're not going to get all of those things and more money without a community. And I can assure you that. Assure you of that, Right? Because I've been doing it for so long. I've showed you the Click Funnels example ClickFunnels community. And if you think that this is like absolutely bonkers and this would never work in the modern, like Edge, you know, Cart Global's been around for years. Clickfunnels have been around for years. I want to show you a group that's popped up in the last few weeks, right? So I'm going to show you a group that's popped up in the, in, in the last few weeks, right? This is the Challenge Secrets master class. Now, if you want to know more about that, go to the resources document. Danny Walsh live. And again, Russell Brunson we've just been talking about from Clickfunnels, but he's brought his buddy Pedro and these guys have teamed up and they've put together a challenge master class. How to deliver challenges, right? Challenges are awesome. I've got a challenge of my own coming up that you guys are going to love. I'll tell you more about that in a second. Right? So on May 15, Russell and Pedro started to go live inside of a Facebook group. On May 15th, right, we're now on May 21st, right? Leading up to that, for three, four weeks leading up to this, they started advertising this thing. There's Pedro in, in the middle with, with some of the folks in the community. This is another guy who, who's sharing a camera that he's just bought so he can do his own challenges. These guys, I'm not going to show too much because this is like in inside a claws group, right? But this group has grown to a whopping 40, 000 people. And the other day Pedro has delivered an offer. He's delivered a lot of training, he's delivered an offer and these people love this. They've all paid for his advice. They made a big bunch of money in a short period of time. But nobody's in here hurting, nobody's in here crying. People are in here loving this and they're actually begging for more. And they will endorse Russell and Pedro for years to come. Just like you've seen in Clock Global, just like you see in clickfunnels. And just like you will see if you go into other groups, right, They've all got leaders, whether it's one or two or three, four people, a consortium leading it, or it's just one person like me and Car Global, me and Siobhan, where it's Russell in clickfunnels, right? There's a team of people around that and then you've got the members, the people who put their faith and effort and time and the money and their commitment into that community. They believe in that community, right? So if somebody tries to do something wrong and something against your business, you know, somebody makes up a bunch of crap online and like, hey, leaving bad reviews or whatever it is, your community are the first people to jump in line and be like, no, that's wrong. Wow, isn't that like crazy? That's amazing. So there's so much power in community. If you can align your goals and your values, share a common interest, have a mission that everybody kind of clearly understands. We are here to help you achieve your fishing goals. And to do that, we've got these services, these products, right? If you build a community or you just got a fishing shop, which one is stronger, right? So hey, we sell books, we and software or hey, we've got this funnel hacker community who love the books, love the software, but more importantly, they love the leaders of this business. Which one's stronger? You can go and put some crap on Amazon, right? And you don't have a community. Amazon have got a community, right? They've got like everybody who's on Amazon Prime. They're part of the Amazon prime community. They get all these perks, they get the updates, they get the early access, they get the free shipping, they get all this stuff, right? They get communicated with, right? That's, that's a community, right? When you go and stick something on Amazon, that's not your community, you don't know who these people are. You just get the money, right? And if Amazon decide that you can't sell with them anymore, or Amazon decide that they need to charge more fees, or Amazon just want to run ads to your people, your customers, they will, right? Can't do that in your community. And you might be sat there now thinking, oh, man, I need to go and build a community. How do I do that, Danny? Well, yeah, you do. And the way to do that is by setting up a Facebook group for free using a method like our Fish Ball funnel, which we covered in episodes 1 to 15 for free. Building one of these things out in click funnels, which you can get on a trial for free. Use the methods in expert Secrets, which you can get for free. Use. You just cover the shipping. Everything's on the, on the link that I showed you, Danny Walsh got live in the Resources document. And you can start to go live from your form in your group, your community, for free. And you can start to speak. Hopefully you can speak. If you can't, you can type for free. See, like, oh, man. So not only can you get the knowledge for free, you can get the software for free for 30 days. So you can build some stuff and start getting people in. You can make an offer and then you can get paid and you can take some of that money and then you can reinvest it. You could do a lot of stuff for free, right? Or you could just go and put something on ebay or Amazon or on a website and all of that stuff costs you money from the outset. Amazon Take like 15 of your sales. You never know your customer. If you look at Toys R Us, Toys R Us failed in the UK because they put their trust in Amazon to handle their fulfillment, right? Amazon was just sharing like the same products for less money to those customers. And Toys R Us, like, didn't have any of the data and, like, everything went unstable and they couldn't keep up with it. The retail stores perished During COVID And that was the end of Toys R Us, right? Even before COVID To be fair, it's building a community gives you a solid foundation. And we spoke about this a lot during the earlier episodes when they looked at the fishbowl funnel and you need to go on Danny Walsh live and download that resources document so you can go in there and you can actually see exactly what we did. Because I used fishbowl funnels all on episodes one to 15 to get people into Clark Global, who five, six years nearly later. Not only have we created an incredible amount of money which just like helped us to buy stuff and invest in stuff, we've actually creative friends and family and people who we love and they love us. And that's like the fulfillment element taken care of. That's the fun element taken care of. We want to give back, right? So we over deliver on everything. And it's down to you and your attitude and your approach, your values. But if you can share those values. One guy said to us, and I won't mention any names out of our community, that if it wasn't for us, he would have killed himself. Right? That's the big responsibility, right? You don't get that if you're just like a. A business who doesn't talk to people. To be honest, if you're a business that doesn't talk to people, you might be an undertaker or you might be some kind of service that's maybe it's needed. You might sell insurance, right? But you're not actually making an impact on people's lives. You're just delivering a service. And a lot of the benefits, a lot of the fun, a lot of the enjoyment, a lot of the things that make you jump out of bed in the morning and be like, hey, I can't wait to get to work. Now admittedly my commute is down like the stairs from upstairs, but you can run your business from anywhere. And there's nothing more fulfilling and satisfying than knowing that you've got a community of people that will continue to buy from you even when you're not in the office, when you're on a beach or you're on holiday with the kids, or you're playing out in the garden with the kids, or you, you're in park with the kids or whatever it is, right? You might not have kids. You might be out with your, your partner or your wife, your husband or whatever you're doing. But your business, if you don't have a community, you don't have a lot of the Opportunities that you would do if you did. So think about it, right? It works for Russell Brunson, it works for Clark Global. It worked for Pedro because they built up like 40, 000 people in a short period of time. These guys love him. The stand in front of him if there's any problems. They're answering other people's questions and queries. They're actively recruiting other members for you. They're bringing people into that fold, into that community. The sharing the love, the sharing the experience, the sharing the knowledge, the sharing the brand. And that means you're actually getting advertising for free. Or you can go pay Amazon or you could pay for ads and you can do a big bunch of crazy stuff if you pay for ads and you include Amazon in your business model. And that's cool. But the community is still the people who are going to buy into it. The community is still going to be the people who share it. The comp community is the people who endorse it. And the community are the ones who are going to tell you when you get things wrong. And they're going to celebrate when you get things right and they're going to cheer you on and they're going to be there for you no matter what through thick and thin. And I've learned that. And you look, we love the car global guys. We was out with these guys last week. You know, they are family. We've got a lot more planned for them. I love you guys. You know, this is the, the marketing side of things. I've got a community go in the resources document. Scroll down in the resources document. Let's, let's go to the resources document. Bring this back up on the screen. If you scroll down in there, you'll see you can get the expert secrets book for free. Hey, you just pay the shipping. You can also join my Facebook group for free. Right? And in that group you'll see these videos and you can meet other people that watch this stuff. You can interact, you can ask questions. There's not as many people in there as what there is in the fishing, but there will be. And I'm all about communities because I know the power of these things. I've spoke for an hour about them and I'm like super excited about this stuff. Right, so let's recap. We're covering the importance and the power of community in your business. Chances are you don't have one and you'd never thought of having one. You can go on Facebook, you can create a free Facebook community, and in there you've got a bunch of tools that you can use to build that community, nurture that community, go live with your community, have fun with your community, share stories with your community, sell products to your community. The highs, the laws, the, the, the good and the, the ugly, right? Whatever you want to do, you, you can go in your community and you can do a lot more than you can. If you're just trying to like advertise in the newspaper or advertise on Facebook and you're just looking at a list of people saying, hey, there are customers that your community and your community matter more than you think. And if you can nurture your community and build your community using free tools like Facebook Live video, simple things that you've got in your hand that 2 billion people a day are using, and that's just Facebook, right? There's Tick Tock communities, there's Instagram communities. This community you can build a forum. There's all sorts of different ways you can, you can reach, nurture and, and bless your community with your skills, your knowledge, your wisdom, your products, whatever it is, right? And I urge you to do that. Check it out now. You can ask questions, you can leave comments, you can email me. There's a help button on Danny Walsh Live, you can check it out. But the importance, the power of community is super, super important, right? And, and I just want to kind of really hammer that home to you because as we move forward, you're going to be seeing a lot more of how important a community is. You've already seen it in the fishball funnel. Now you're hearing a little bit more insight, a little bit more stories, you're seeing examples going forward, community is going to be integral to everything that we do. And I mentioned challenges, right? I'm going to show you a challenge that we've got coming up, a challenge for you. You're going to love and this happens in July and would you believe it, there's going to be a community built around that of like minded people who will share in your journey. They'll help you when you're down, they'll cheer you on, they'll lift you up, they'll, they'll help you move forward. They'll be on the same page as you. Yeah, they might give us money, but everything we get and we do, we're going to reinvest and we're going to make that community even better. And these people are going to go from one place where they, where they are now to where they could be to where they should be in A short period of time and I'm going to invite you on that journey with us as time progresses. I'll give you a little sneak PE preview in a second because I'm super excited. Right? But look, communities are overlooked when starting a business because people just think, hey, we need customers, we need all these customers. You need a community, right? Build that in community. You need to get the book Expert Secrets. It's free, it's on this document. You click the link, you download, you pay, you pay your shipping, it comes in the post. If you like it, you can join clickfunnels and you can meet Russell, you can join that community. And, and if you find in the document there's a link to the Pedro's thing for the challenges you can do the training, it's all free. You might have to give him money at some point, you might have to give me money at some point, but by then you will feel part of that community and the same will apply to you, right? If you do this with your customers, they're going to feel part of your community and that like simple but super effective and powerful. So look, people often think about their customer base when in fact the customers are so important. They are the community that build your business, they're the lifeblood of your business, right? And, and communities are so, so important online, right? People love to belong to something. And if you're just saying, hey, I just sell some stuff, they don't belong to you, they don't belong to your community, they just buy things if they need them. You might as well sell insurance and just be like, ah, the boring guy. No disrespect, if you're selling insurance, I'm sure it's very lucrative. But do you have a community around your insurance business? Possibly not. And if you did, what do you think would happen? People are going to recommend, people are going to ask for advice, people are going to come together and share common goals, common objectives, shared questions, all sorts of things that you can get market research from, you can leverage, you can learn from, you can take people in whichever direction you choose. But you can't do that without spending a big bunch of money or having a community. And I'd rather have a community than spend a big bunch of money on, on ads and consultants, right? So I might coming across crazy to some people and they go, no, no, no, it's just customers, it's a numbers game. But if you build a community before you start thinking about money, you are building a solid foundation and you can use the fishbowl Funnel, like I've shown you already in episodes one through to 15. It's all on the link above to start bringing people in for free without spending any money on ads. And if you don't have to spend money on ads and you build a community of 17, 000 people and these people stay with you for years and they love you and they do things when you're not even there, to forward your business, to forward your community, to, to add to your fulfillment, to add to your journey. Or you just need to keep advertising and spending money and hoping that customers come along. There's a stark difference and I know which side of that equation I'd rather be on. Right? And that is community centric community focus, looking at things through the eyes of my customers. So I know what's going on. I've got the pulse of what's going on and I built on a solid foundation and there are companies comparable, remotely comparable to what Russell's built at ClickFunnels, but they don't have the community, right? They don't have the community and that's why they can't ever knock this man off from his position, no matter how hard they try. And in the fishing industry, so many people try to knock us off our position from where we are. And we're actually ranked fifth on Trust Pilot for reviews. We've got more reviews than anybody on trustpilot in that carp fishing niche. Right. Apart from four businesses. Right. And three of those businesses not actually fishing shops. So there's only one shop that's got more reviews than us on Trust Pilot in the Y of the uk and just like, want to show you that I'm. I'm just going to show you that it's kind of like put my money where. Where my mouth is kind of thing. If we swap the screen round. I'm just going to show you that real quick. Right, this is our Trust Pilot for Clark Global and you can see there that we're in the fishing shop category. And if you look on here, Search this by highest number of reviews. Military first isn't relevant. Any Hands is a camping shop. Ottings is a camping shop. And then if you scroll down, I think we might have shifted a little bit because we've been closed for a little while. We were actually fifth at the time of writing. Right. So we're quite high up there and we've. We've not really been trading for a year, so we're not really trading for a year. So at one point we were fifth and the only ones above halls were I think these four and three of them were camping shops. Right. So we were here. Now obviously some of these guys have gone on little bit further and they've run past as they're probably spending a big bunch of money on ads. But we were actually, that's, that's a number of reviews. We were basing that on, on the five star as well. So some of these have got more reviews but less rating, if that makes sense. But when you filter it out you'll see that we are ranked highly. We'll maintain that ranking for a very, very long time. Some of these are not actually fishing businesses. Like that's a sailing shop. We've actually passed our number one competitor who's been there for 25 years. And we've pushed really hard and built our community. That's actually accelerated as passed Some of these businesses that are, for example, These are big PLCs, big public companies, right, with millions of pounds, loads and loads of shops and we surpass them and we're actually better rated than them. You see we've got five star, 4.9. These got fours and four point twos. That's a big achievement for like a guy and, and his partner, right, Me and Siobhan and we've done that because of our community. And these guys got mad. These guys got mad, right. So if you take. I don't know what ARD Moore is but I know some of these businesses with these massive reviews have been around for many, many years. We broke onto the scene, we accelerated to the top and we did that and we held that position for a very, very long time. I'm a bit disappointed now that we've dropped down a little bit. I'm like, need to do something at CART Global. I could go in my group right now and be like, hey guys, can you leave us some reviews and. And we'd probably move again. And trust Pilot works in mysterious ways. But one thing for sure we've got and actually I don't know who this person is with a four star review. They didn't buy anything from us because we're shot. That's a different story. We've got 98, 99, 5 and 4 star, 98, 5 star reviews. And that is testament to us having that community. And in a short period of time, like a fraction of what some of these other businesses have been in existence. We fast forwarded past them, moved up to that position and held that position for the duration of the time we were open. We've been closed For a while, right? They've been closed down the fishing shop. And we're not trading and we're not actually doing what these guys are doing still. So they've only overtaken us after we stopped. Does that kind of make sense? Hope it does, right? Because it's. It's here, it's on trust piling. Check it out. Clark Global, right? And that's super powerful. I know, hand on heart, 100, that there's no way we could have done that if we didn't have a community. And the community came first, before the shop, before the products, before the offers. We were giving people things before we were selling them things. Does that make sense? And some of you guys are thinking, oh, this is crazy, Danny. I'll never do that. I'll never give anything. You're probably not right for community, right? I just need customers. You're probably not right for community. These guys just rely on. They just want customers. That's all they want is customers, right? There's more customers, more customers, more customers. They ain't got. They ain't got those top reviews. They didn't have that top spot while we was open. We had these top spots, right? We were better than all these guys. And I know that these big PLCs have seen that and gone out and they've employed consultants and they've hired people and they've spent countless thousands on ads ruining the margins just to try and beat us. Because their managers and their directors have sat there and gone, how the hell. There's two guys, this guy with this silly beard from Preston, just appear in this fishing scene and beat us on reviews and beat us on service and beat us on quality and a mass of a group of raving fans, right? That doesn't happen. It does if you've got a community. And I'm giving away the secrets. This is like the secret stuff, right? I'm giving away a big bunch of secrets. It's Sunday night. There's people leaving me comments. There's people liking. We love you guys, right? Communities so, so important. Online people love to belong to something, whether it's hobbies or faith or top topics or whatever. Every successful online business has a community of raving fans supporting it, right? You go and find a successful business that doesn't, you might have to dig a little bit. You might have to look at it in a slightly different light. Like I said, Amazon prime, that's still a community of prime members. Successful businesses have communities, and I want you to be successful. So therefore, you need a community Pedro's got a community. Russell's got a community. Danny's got a community. Have you method in the madness, right? And look, we've looked at different examples. Click funnels. We talked about schools, CL Global, the challenge secrets. Whether it's 5,000 people, 500 people, or, you know, it's. It's million people or more, right? Your community is power for your business. And if you're not unlocking that power, especially right now, 20, 23 after Covid, right, when there's AI and all of these crazy things going on online right now, you are missing a trick. Now look, Expert secrets book. You can join my community as well. Join the group and I'll let you in. You can join, click funnels and everything else I've shown you. Scroll down. That's all on the, on the page as well. You can join Pedro stuff. Go and click the link. You can buy his stuff if you really want. You probably watch the stuff and then come back and buy it. Hurry up, because we're taking that down. I know, because I'm admin of that group as well. That's pretty cool, right? How does a guy go from running a fishing shop to being like part of these communities that he loves so much? I'll show you that at some point. Sundays are now 8pm before we go, do you want to see something that we've got coming up right now? I need to be careful with this because I can't show you too much. I've got to kind of like show you this very, very carefully. Let me show you this very, very carefully. And this is not by any means the finished page, right? So what I'm going to do is I'm going to share this tab instead on the back of what we've learned from Pedro this last week, which has been amazing, and Russell Brunson, which, which is amazing, I had something in mind, which I showed you on Friday, to actually deliver some training around how to do better videos, right? So if you look on the resources document, you look at Friday show, you'll see that I talked about. One of the things we're doing in chapter two is helping you guys make better videos. I've been on live. I don't care what I look like, what I sound like. All I know is I'm delivering you value. If you don't like it, you can turn off. That's your choice. I don't want to give you too much away, right? But look, if this guy from Preston can build big audiences, build big communities, can consult and Work for big companies can change people's lives by giving and understanding the power of giving, understanding the power of communities. You can do it too, right? But look, video is an integral part of all of this stuff. And I want to do some stuff, some training on how to do better videos and I've actually put some slides together. I was going to deliver this on Wednesday. Russell and Pedro have kind of changed my thought process on a lot of this. Right, so what we're going to do in July and this is, this is like so exciting is we're actually going to do it in 40 days. 42 days, 16 hours, 56, 7 minutes in about 40 seconds is I'm going to do a challenge of my own, right? And I want to show this to you now. Right? So this is the Video Confidence Challenge and it's free, totally free, over five days from July 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, five days. It's a one time opportunity to learn exactly how you can go from video. No. So you won't go on a video. He's like, ah, scared of videos to a video, probably. And don't forget I've spoke for an hour and I can keep speaking all night, right? I challenge you to that. If you can go live longer than me, I'll, I'll send you a check, right? And go live and keep talking. I don't even need a drink, right? And you can watch that in the fishing group. We've done three hour lives, four hour lives, crazy lives, lives every day. Our live every day. Given so much and sold so much and gone crazy with this stuff. I know what I'm talking about, right? It's not just me. I've got some amazing guests lined up now. You can't see the link or anything on there and this is like very early days. But whether you're camera shy, you've never been on camera, you've never pressed record in your life. Even if the thought of doing a video terrifies you, this five day challenge starts July 3rd. Video Confidence Challenge is going to get you confident to go live, do recordings, be big screen ready, ready to share your message with the world, with your community. And look, we're not talking about editing some B roll and, and going on tick tock for 30 seconds. We're talking about comprehensive videos that will not only build your community but will sell. And if you can come in on day one, you can end on day five with the skills, the knowledge, the wisdom, the understanding, the tech, the support, the guidance, the being cheered along, the community around you and all of this other good stuff, and you can come out of this and you could be like, oh, man, I'm just, like, going to be able to go on video. Ain't that worth like an hour a day? And just join us for an hour a day? Now, look, there's going to be a link. I'm going to share a link. I'm hopefully going to share this. On Wednesday, you start to register. You register for free. You're joining Facebook group. In that group, we'll go live every day for five days starting July 3rd. There's me. There's some amazing guests. I've plucked some people out of the Internet world that you guys are going to love. And I'm not going to reveal all of that yet. It's all going to be on this page. So we kind of scroll down a little bit and see where this is, where this is going. I need to be very careful with this, right? So I'm just going to take it off. It's not quite ready yet, but look, we're doing a lot of work. I'm not going to show you all of this stuff, right? There's some graphics and stuff on there that I'm not quite happy with. A blank part. I'm going to show you a blank part that's ready to be filled in. This blank part is ready to be filled in. And take that back off. I'll go back up to the top right, that blank part. All of those little boxes were for speakers and guests. And the speakers and guests that I've got lined up are going to take you through everything you need to tell your story, to shoot your video and to sell online. And be confident. So confident you could just show up, flip open your phone, go on your computer, go live. It starts July 3, and this is inspired by the stuff we've learned from Russell and Pedro this last week. I was just going to do a bunch of slides and teaching this on Wednesday. I want to take this a little bit further, right? Can I take this a little bit further? Go crazy in the comments if you're watching live. Leave me some likes and hearts. This is Video Confidence Challenge. It's going to be open hopefully for enrollment from Wednesday. It's going to start on July 3rd. The page is almost ready. It's 42 days away. And look, by the end of summer, even if you've never been live or you've never been done a video, you've never shown your face on camera ever in your life. You will be able to do that. Not Only with confidence and conviction. You'll be able to talk to your community that I'm helping you to build. You'll be able to sell things to your community, tell stories to your community, understand the technology you need to do that, whether it's a microphone or it's multiple screens or whatever you need. Maybe it's just your phone. You do this with your phone and Facebook or you can go crazy and you can invest in stuff and cameras and all the rest of it, Right? So I want to take your learning to another level, and I understand how important you are to your community. If you've not got a community, you need to watch this video back. Everything's available. Danny W Live. You see how, like, seamless all this stuff is? See how, like, people message me and, like, people who I look up to message me. Go, Danny, you make this look so easy. How's this so easy? If you want to do this, I'm just going to, like, show you everything, the secrets, like, all of this stuff and Video Confidence Challenge is branded, it's ready, it's being built. It's going to happen. Starts on July 3rd. I'm like, oh, man, we're committed to this thing. Even if just one person shows up to this and they won't, because there's, like, affiliates going to be promoting it and we're going to go crazy with this. People are going to be locking this in because I know how important is because there's so many people out there, like this guy who's actually AI generated. So I don't know who he is, but this guy is terrified of going on camera. And by the time he finishes this challenge, he's going to love going on camera. He's going to know what to say on camera. He's going to going to be able to talk for ages on camera. He's not going to give a crap what he sounds like, what he looks like. He's not going to get held up on, on all of those different, oh, should I do this or should I do that? He can work with a very simple, basic piece of information. What is he going to talk about? What is he going to deliver? What is he going to ask for? What is he going to do? What is he going to sell whatever that is, and he can put that into practice and deliver a video that's not just 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, some stuff on Tik Tok or hey, Do a Funny Dance. This is, like real lifechanging stuff that his community is going to love. This community is going to thank him for and his community is going to take action on, and he's going to be able to use video to build his audience of raving fans, people who love him or her or whoever it may be. Because, look, there's a lot of method in this madness. And I want this to have a legacy. I want this to be something that, like, my kids can watch in, in years to come when they're bigger and they understand stuff. Franklin's just starting to be able to say his own name, right? But they understand this stuff and they say, oh, man, my old dad was like, pretty cool. And look at this stuff that he's done for people. Whether it's fishermen or it's the kids who we used to like to do boxing with or whatever it was, or it's the communities we got grants for, or it's click funnels or it's whatever. It's you, right? Wherever you are in your journey right now, building a business is so important. Building a community is even more important. And there's enough, like, crazy stuff going on in the world that I believe it's important to build and maintain real communities that help people, that give you fulfillment, that bring the best out in folks. And if you agree with me, you need to be able to do video. Because if you can't do video, you can't show your message, you can't show your message, you can't build a community, right? There's no community built around no message. You, you need a message, you need a calling, you need a hobby, you need a function. Whatever it is, sport, whatever, whether it's religion, whether it's. Whatever it is, you need to be able to communicate and convey your message, right? And if you can do that effectively with the power of video on the free tools made available by Facebook and all the rest of it, then the world's going to be a better place. And I'm going to feel fulfilled, just like Lola did when she gave the flowers to the folks during lockdown. Does that all make sense? It sound like fun. So, look, I want you to come to my challenge. We're going to love the challenge. It's going to be amazing. I can't wait to do the challenge. I'm going to show you this one more time before we go. I'll show this tab again. This is going to be awesome. And I've got some amazing speakers from around the world, from the US From Jamaica, which is going to be. Going to be awesome. From Preston, from Southport, there's some folks from India as well. You're going to love this, right? And I've got some people who runs very, very successful businesses who make a lot of money, who have impact on a lot of people, who've got fantastic communities and they're just going to literally over deliver on every single element of what I'm going to show you. From story, you can write your story to shooting all the technology, not shooting guns, but shooting your videos, to selling, right? So it's a triple S formula. It's going to be amazing. It starts on July 3rd. Registration is hopefully going to open on Wednesday. So you can enroll for this thing and get in the group, you can make yourself at home and we'll start teasing and giving warm up stuff and assignments. There's going to be homework, there's going to be VIP stuff as well. All this stuff is all being built right now for you because I want to give you so much and give you so much value, right? And I know how important video is. Leave a comment, let me know below. Let me know around this. You can click the little help button on any of my pages. Hey Danny, this sounds amazing. Give me more information. You can find me on Facebook, you can leave me a comment on Facebook, you can send me a message on Facebook. However you choose to reach, you can join the community. Everything you need is on that site. DannyWash live in the resources document. We're going to talk more about the challenge. We're going to talk about nothing more. We're going to talk about the challenge as we move forward towards this. But look, there's a lot of other things that are all interlinked from funnels to video. It's all centered around community. Video is an important part of this. Funnels give you the mechanisms, the technology must work, your offer, whatever that is, whatever service or, or promotion that you're doing or thing that you're selling or whatever. But the most important thing is building and maintaining relationships with people. And you can't do that without a community. And if you think you can prove me wrong, but I kind of know what I'm doing because I'm doing this for a long time and I want to give it all to you on a plate for free so you can use all of this stuff and go and change the world. Does that sound like a plan? Sound like fun? I want to change the world, right? We want to change the world together. Let's, let's do it. And the challenge is going to be one way to do that. So look, we've been on an hour and 10 minutes. We've made up for the 10 minutes that we didn't do the other day. I'll keep going, I'll keep talking, but I'll probably give away too much and the challenge will be useless. So, look, join the challenge. When the link comes up, look out for those amazing speakers. It's going to be fantastic. That's 42 days away. So look, in, like, 47 days, you could be a master of videos. You'd have the confidence to do, like, not just little videos or stuttering videos or need a big script to read videos. It's like, oh, man, I've got so much conviction. I understand exactly what I'm saying. I can just do these amazing videos and you can talk about your subject forever and your competition, like, oh, crap, what's going on here? And nobody's going to be able to understand why. You're at the top of Trust Pilot and you've got all these people who love you and you're selling loads of stuff, you're making loads of money, you're living the life what you want, but you're also giving back so much and people can't work that out. I'm showing you how to do that. Giving it you. If you don't want it, are you like, you're crazy. You're not like money and people and giving back. I do love that stuff. Been doing it for years and I want to give it you. Right, so it's Danny Walsh from Preston in the uk. Hopefully this has worked. I be damned if the mic switched off and I've just gone for the last hour and 15 minutes. You've been amazing. I will be back on Wednesday. Hopefully the link where you can sign up and register and enroll for the challenge. Give this a share, give this a, like, subscribe on YouTube, all the usual stuff. You know what to do. I will see you on the next video, which is going to be 1pM UK time on Wednesday and then Friday, 8 o', clock, Sunday at 8 o', clock, it's Danny Walsh. I'm out.
