Hey, it's Danny Walsh. And in this video, what I want to show you is something very cool. Inside of ClickFunnels, we now have a thing that allows you to talk to your customers in a way unlike anything we've ever seen before, right? And this, it might not be the same name when you get there. I've recorded this a few days before Funnel Hacking Live, because I've been fortunate enough to. To. To have access to this stuff. But this is inside of ClickFunnels, a chat facility that allows you to talk to your customers like never before, right? And if you look inside of here, you can see conversations. So if you're having conversations with people backwards and forwards, that's all in there. Mentions things that have been unattended. You've got, you can connect your email to this. You've got your men box. You can see this is for my walls. Training and marketing. You can label people, right? You've got contacts. So you can fill this up with chat contacts, you can have new contacts, you can import and export your contacts. All inside of the chat mechanism, right? You can label people, you've got reports, how many people are online who've been attended to unattended, what are open, what's closed, the agents. So this is kind of like a support desk feature, right? So it's not only support feature, it's also a mechanism to talk two ways with your customers. And here's the cool thing, right? You can have campaigns, and your campaigns allow you to use a bot to send messages backwards and forwards. Now, this is super advanced and super technical, but once you get the hang of it, your funnels are pretty much going to talk to your customers. And here's the thing, right? You can go into here, into this thing, you can set up macros. So you can just choose, like if you need to say the sales script, you just press the thing and it adds the sales script, right? So macros are set of saved actions. So you can add a new macro in there. It's assigned to a team, you can give it a name, it's private or is it public? And this will not only speak or write text, this will actually perform actions, right? So you've got these macros that work inside of chats, you've got canned responses. So it's like, hey, this is our support link, this is our sales link, whatever it is. And look, you can integrate not only web hooks, but you can also integrate dashboard apps, and there's a big bunch of apps that you can integrate to this. And there's all sorts of cool stuff coming around that. You've got applications like OpenAI, which is chat GPT, which means that you can plug AI into your chat bot and make this the coolest thing ever for your business. Google Translate, so you can speak to people across the world without having to learn a new language. All these other cool things as well. You've got integrations, you got the responses, you got macros, you've got automations. So when somebody does this, it does that. And this ties in with your workflows as well. You can add custom attributes, you can have labels, you can have inboxes, you can have teams, you can have agents, you can have settings, you've got the reports, you've got the campaigns. Ah, you've got the contacts, you've got all of this stuff. And it ties in with your pipelines, it ties in with your funnels. So Click Funnels knows when somebody's on this page. Trigger this workflow, open this chat, you can communicate with customers that are on your page. Little thing pops up, hey, can I help you with anything? It all comes back to this central Interface inside of ClickFunnels and you're able to get more people into your pipeline, close more deals, do more business than ever before and cancel a big bunch of other software if that's exciting.
