Outsourching Mastery - Danny Walsh Bonus & Review

Hey, it's Danny Walsh. And in this video, I just want to show you really quickly inside of the brand new Outsourcing Mastery Masterclass by Sam Bakker. Now, I'm fortunate that I've got an awesome team of people around me, but I do have more and more tasks that I need to get out there and outsource. And this training, what I've seen from this stuff is, you know, fantastic. So you can see each little section you get a video from. Sam talks about what tasks can be outsourced, and there's a little download that goes with each one, like a little checklist that you can use to actually support this piece of learning. So this one's got a couple of different things, right. He's even put a support agent job description in this lesson. So not only do you get the training, you also get some really useful documents that you can just print out or email or fill in whatever you need to do to actually get the people in your business and make sure that these people are going to be reliable, they're going to do the work. And Sam talks a lot about, you know, being able to test how well somebody can. For example, if you're hiring a developer, how well this person can actually build the software that you need. Because if you hire the wrong person and throw a bunch of money at it, you all kind of know what that's like, right? So not only are you able to understand what to do, you're also able to hire the right people with the right questions and the right things to ask them so that you don't end up being stung or you don't end up with mediocre jobs, because there's no point doing it if your work is not going to be up to scratch because these guys are representing your brand. You obviously, like Sam, need to oversee this stuff and you need to be able to put the, you know, the final icing on the cake. But you shouldn't Be doing all of the legwork now. Recently, we hired a chap in Russia similar to Sam. And this guy was a machine. He's gone out there, and he's just literally done the task in, like, a matter of hours. We asked him to go out and find a hundred leads that we could contact. Cold calls. Basically, we needed a list of cold calls, and we needed all the information. So we needed the names, we needed the email addresses, we needed who they work for, set to a certain criteria. So we were looking for things in the health niche. And what we did is just give this guy the task. We'd never met him before, and he nailed this thing in a couple of hours to the point where we're now working with him on a more regular basis, right? So it shows that, you know, I couldn't sit there for as, you know, five, six hours making this damn spreadsheet. My time is. Is worth a lot more than that, right? So we've hired this guy, and he's jumped straight on the job. He was passionate about this stuff. He really wanted this stuff to. To succeed, right? So not only can you find guys who will do the job, you'll also find guys who are really passionate. And you can get a virtual assistant. You can get somebody can do video, you can get somebody who can do copy. You can get people who can, you know, put presentations together, fill in spreadsheets, go out, do research work. Whatever you need in your business, there's somebody out there that will do it. But you'll often find that, you know, these people can be overstretched or they might not be good enough. And it's important, you know, that you find the right folks. So you can see here that Sam's literally listed every kind of place where, you know, you can go out and find new member of your team. And if you pull the right team together and you build relationships with these people, you're gonna be good.
