When You've Stopped Saying It Out Loud | Danny Walsh

Danny Walsh breaks down why creators get stuck dabbling on unfinished projects and offers a three-step framework: post a question to spark interest, engage with responses, then send a direct message offer. He walks through the process live and releases a free wizard tool to generate post copy.

You're still in the game, but you're getting quiet.
You told a friend this was the year. You posted that you were building something.
You signed up to those challenges, showed up early, took notes.
And even though you're not someone who gives up easily, you've stopped saying it out loud because Because it hasn't happened yet.
The funnel didn't convert. The niche didn't niche. The group never caught fire. You spent $2,000 on software and still don't feel launched.
And now you're cautious, not because you lack capability, but because every next step looks like another expensive detour. You scroll past the big declarations now. You build quietly in the background. You dabble. You try little things just to see.
You help others in comments sometimes, but avoid drawing attention to yourself. You wait for proof, not promises.
The loud, flashy shortcut stuff. It doesn't sit right with you. It never did.
What you want now is a proper path. Something stable, something small, something real, something undeniable.
Something that works before it needs to sell you anything else. You don't need hype. You need a single safe move that creates evidence.
Not belief. Not vision boards. Just one quiet, clear signal that this time you're not wrong about yourself.
Because here's the truth you're almost too tired to say. You're not scared of failing. You're scared of continuing to try without ever escaping the loop.
The continual loop of learning. Are you going to circle forever? To end up with knowledge but no change?
What if tomorrow you had relief and clarity? What if 7 days from now you saw signal, replies, conversations, engagement that felt real?
What if 3 weeks from now you finally trusted yourself again? What if this was the first time the path wasn't miles ahead of where you are?
No drama, no declarations, just progress you can see, feel, and use fast.
Because you're not broken. You were just dropped in too far ahead on the map. Let's start at the actual beginning. Your confidence is still here. It just needs a way back.
Click.
Ready again. This is an unscheduled live, but there's a lot of people here. Let me know if you can see, if you can hear, if this is working in the chat. Uh, big shout out to each and every one of you. We are fresh out of the challenge, and over the weekend I've had a big bunch of calls with, with you guys, and it's been a lot of fun. Let me know in the comments if you had a call. You don't have to. I'm not going to share any of the details from the call, so don't panic. But there was a few things that stood out that I really couldn't wait until Thursday to bring and present. And I've literally had 15 conversations in the last 48 hours, and a lot of this has highlighted a pattern, a similar thing that's kind of popped up. And Hopefully this is working. Yes, great call, everybody can hear me. Um, amazing. So the real thing that's kind of holding people back from online business success, it's kind of been revealed, and you guys are all on a similar journey right now, and I really want to give you this to help you go further forward, not necessarily faster, at your own pace, but in a way that you can prove that this thing is working. Hopefully you like the video that I played at the beginning, unless it's Les and you didn't actually hear the video that I played at the beginning. I just want to read something from The Arc of Success for you on page 150. A conversation is the first irreversible act. And having a conversation, you know, is something that you take for granted. It's not easy to talk to 15 different human beings, and sometimes it's not easy to even talk to one human being, especially if you're isolated and you're doing things on your computer and you've got this plan and you've got this vision and you're trying to launch some stuff. But it's so important that you do come back to that fundamental human need to converse with, with a fellow human being, right? So I want to show you what I've observed and 3 steps that you're literally going to take live with me on the call. So as we're live, I want you to do some stuff, right? Does it sound like a plan? And it's nothing to do with funnels or vibe coding or AI or any of that stuff. This is strategic, but very basic and something that everybody can do, right? So this is kind of like the game plan. I'm excited. Uh, try if you can and watch this on a computer and have a phone handy or a tablet handy. Just so you can do the exercise. If you can't do it during the call, it is what it is, but try and do it as soon as we finish, right? So that's, that's the deal. Uh, 3 rules for this session. Let me know that you're getting this. Let me know that you're following along. Don't bother taking notes. I'll give you templates. Keep your phone handy so you can watch on the computer screen, a big screen, or your TV, or, or however you consume, uh, the content. And try and have a phone accessible, or vice versa. And I want to try and do things with you that can be finished in one sitting. Quite often you take a course or a program or a challenge, and, you know, we did this and people have signed up and it's amazing, we've got a year program ahead. But sometimes you just need something that you can do in 5 minutes, right? So if I can give you something that will help you start conversations in one sitting that you can do while we're live with nothing more than your phone? Is that going to be helpful to start you off or move you further forward on your business journey so you can talk to more people, you can have more success, you can get more leads, you can get more contacts, you can make some money? Does that sound like a fun session? 35, 40 minutes? Let me know in the comments. Let me know in the chat. So everybody's kind of got this, um, we're gonna get into it, right? So this is the plan. I want you to try and complete each step I will give you templates at the end, so there's no worry, no fear that you have to, you know, panic and take notes and screenshots. Don't worry if any of this seems complicated, I've got a plan for that as well. I've tried my best to keep it as simple as possible, and to be fair, this is based on the conversations that I've had. So if you've not got two devices available don't worry about it. You can do this as soon as we finish. You will get access to the notes and all the things. So this is, this is how it's going to work. This is what we're going to do. It's all about testing, testing reality, and we're going to test your reality, right? It's not about some funnel or AI or some tool or elaborate program or building some stuff. Millions of moving parts. This is literally the foundation to conversation, and if you can't do this part, the chances are all of the other stuff won't work, right? I'm gonna get into it. This is the loop that matters. This is the loop that matters. And I want you to try and memorize this. There's only 3 words: signal, conversation, and proof. Just write those 3 words in the chat. Signal, conversation, proof. Put them in a line and send it and enter and put it in the chat so I know that you've received this loop, this information, right? Signal, conversation, proof. This is quite often an untaught or untold secret to success, and talking to you guys has really brought this out to the surface and allowed me to articulate it in this way. Signal, conversation, proof. Everyone's getting it. You saw, you're all getting it, right? Remember this forever. This is so important, and use it as often as you can, right? Over the last few days, I've, I've been on a lot of calls with a lot of people, uh, who, you know, I genuinely respect, and I love working with you guys, and it's a lot of pleasure to be able to bring you tools and tips and tricks and AI and all of the fun stuff that we do. I can see so much potential in this community, in this group, in the people that I'm, I'm here to serve. That is only fair that I do these kind of things, right? And it's only fair that I spend as much time as possible to keep you on track and keep you moving forward. So the calls and the challenges and the training and the school group, all of these things are designed to help you see success and talking to you about your dreams and your visions, the things that are holding you back potentially. All of this is super important, and I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you that, that took part in that, knowing that the conversations we had are going to help even more people. So it's been a lot of fun, but now we can move. You guys are super smart, you're super capable, and you care deeply about what you do, and that's that comes out in every angle. You might not have all of the— all of the pictures and all of the pieces and all of the things in place. Some of you might be freaking out with technology or struggling with a strategy or whatever it is, but you're more than capable of doing this. And I know you will get there with the right steps and guidance, right? Whether you're a coach or a healer or a veteran, or you in the pet industry, or a builder, a maker, a fitness expert, hobbyists, or public servants, or climbers, or sailors, or anglers, or luxury designers, or writers, or musicians, and And to be fair, the list goes on, right? Wherever you are in the world, if you're doing something online, you're doing more than the average person who is just doing the 9 to 5. So before we get into any of this stuff, and before I try and give you these steps and this loop and this guidance, just be aware that you should be very proud of what you're trying to do. And we will do everything we can in our power together as a group, as a community, to get you where you need to be further, right? One word, one word. Anybody let me know what this word is in the chat and I might have a prize for you. One word pops up like frequently throughout 15 individual conversations, and it popped up before that, and I'm sure it's going to pop up in, in the future with other people as well. Just one word. Let me know the one word that you think pops up most frequently, more than anything else in these conversations. Tom says money. Give us another word. Relationship. Give us another word. Come on, give us some more words. We want some more words. What have we got? We got money, relationships. None of those are the case. There's another word that keeps popping up. Technology. Nope, it's not technology. Confidence. It's not confidence. Give us another word. Fear. It's not fear. Give us another word. Is there more words? There must be more words. Have another guess. Networking, traffic. Nope, nope, nope. Fear again. No. Give us some more words, right? Collaborate, collaboration. No, it's not collaboration. Yeah, somebody must get it. I'll give you one more. I'll give you like 10 more seconds. 9, 8, 7, help. No. 6, 5, knowledge. No. And this one came up more than any of these other words. All of these words featured, but this one, it popped up a lot. This word. Anybody said this word recently? And there's connotations of this word, right? There's different phrases that kind of mean the same thing. Everybody's all confused and all right, we got it. Dabbling. Who's been dabbling of late? This, this word pops up. I was like, man, this is— this— everybody keeps saying this word. People keep saying this word. What does it mean? What does it look like? Dabbling pops up a lot, and it's an interesting word and an interesting concept. And I start thinking these things through. Out of all the words that I could have said and all of the words that you said Why did, why did we choose dabbling? Well, people told me that they've been dabbling in webinars and programs and software and funnels and builds and vibe coding and apps and tools and all of the things. I'm like, well, there's a, there's a lot of dabbling going on and that's cool. It was never used like negatively. Nobody was like, oh, I'm sick of dabbling. People are like, oh, I'm dabbling in this. And we've got, is it an AI word? I don't know. People are dabbling or dipping their toe in or just trying something out. And I'm trying to reconcile this, this use of this word, right? And I also found that folks were tired of dabbling in things. This is another interesting thing that came out of these conversations, is like, hey, I've been dabbling in all these things, but man, I'm like tired of this I'm tired of them. Is anybody in here like tired of dabbling in lots and lots and lots of different things? Like trying to find what works? Tom, you're absolutely right. It's this almost invisible force that's keeping people dabbling. And it's interesting to hear the conversation and hear what's being said and talk to you about this, right? So when I'm trying to fix this or reconcile this or talk about this, A sales brain instantly jumps to, ah, the reason people just keep dabbling and dipping their toe into things is money's the problem. The sales brain would say, well, if the money's the problem, you need to invest more. So the salesperson tries to make you buy a big bunch of stuff, right? That's probably not the answer. A marketing brain is going to think, oh, well, people keep dabbling in stuff and nothing's taking off, so the engagement must be the problem. So you need to create more content. And that's probably not the answer. And an entrepreneur brain is like, oh, it's the idea that's the problem. And you keep dabbling in all these things. And so you have to go back to the drawing board and then dabble in something else. And that's not the answer either. Does that all resonate? Does that make sense? Here's how I try to reconcile the dabbling, because what I've noticed in years of working with companies and organizations and people who do lots of intelligent stuff is that if you're a coder, you'll always try and code your way to success or out of a problem. If you're a presenter, you'll always try and present yourself out of a situation or to success. If you're an author, you'll always try and write your way out, and, and so on and so forth, right? So if you're an AI guy, you'll try and fix it with AI. If you're somebody who's really good with relationships, you'll try and build more relationships. And there's no right and wrong to this. It's— we seem to dabble in the things that resonate the most with us, which means we'll forever be dabbling in those things. And sometimes it's hard to broaden outside of what you're good at or where you're comfortable. Some people call it a comfort zone. I'm still trying to reconcile all of this dabbing, but if there's a problem or a need to be somewhere, need to get somewhere, need to achieve a goal, it's hard to move forward if, if the resulting method of doing that is not followed through. Does that make sense? The thing with the dabbling is it gets you so far safely What I really want to encourage is that we finish the loop, right? We finish the actual full thing so we can get the learning from it and the experience, and then say, I can conclude this piece of work. We need to go further than just a dabble or a dipping in of the toe. And we need to do that in a way that's safe, that's supported, and is something that we can actually do in a sitting or less. If you're dabbling in funnel design and you stop dabbling after 2 days, do you think you could have explored the whole stratosphere of that thing? If you're dabbling in vibe coding and you stop after 2 days, do you think you could have explored the whole of, of that? No. And sometimes the dabbling is closing down opportunities and things that you will need later far too soon. And the trouble is, from what I can gather, We're very good at dabbling in big, complicated things, but making a decision very early on before we've had a chance to scratch the surface and decide really if this is good enough or if this is going to be the thing. And if you're dabbling in more than one thing, that can potentially create so much chaos that everything grinds to a halt. So what I want to do is look at practically finishing one thing on this call today together. Does that sound fair? So today we are not dabbling, we are completing the whole thing. And I've got 3 simple things that you can do on your phone right now that are going to scare some of you. It's going to be uncomfortable. You're going to freak out. You're probably gonna have a lot of questions, but if you do it in a timely fashion, you haven't dabbled, you've completed. And when you complete, you will be able to prove what happens or doesn't. And that means it's irreversible. You should be super proud. You can also move forward from that point. You can't move forward from dabbling because it's inconclusive and it's chaotic and it's not controlled. Equally, it's not wrong, and it's not just me or just you or just the other hundreds of thousands of people who will say they're dabbling in stuff. Try and look at things that you can complete, and I want to show you exactly what I mean in this training, right? Dabbling isn't wrong. It's a low-risk testing phase because a full commitment might have punished you before. Who agrees with that or who disagrees? None of this is meant to be right or wrong. I'm trying to reconcile it and trying to push a little bit further forward than we have been before, right? Agreed. Dabblers will stop doing the right things even if they're doing it at the wrong time You'll stop doing the right things when your internal alarm clock says this isn't safe yet. Run a Facebook ad, $5 a day, didn't work after 2 days, and your brain goes 5, 10, 15, 20, 20. Anybody ever been there? And you think, oh, by the end of this week I'm gonna have spent $25, and by the end of next week I'm gonna spend $70, and then by the end— oh man, I can't do this, it's early off after 2 days. You think then that you failed, but stopping was just a signal. It's not a failure. That's what's supposed to happen because you're super intelligent, you're reconciling this thing, you don't have the experience early on, and dabbling creates this chaos, right? Not necessarily the punished part. Keep going, I'm listening. Dabblers sometimes thought they're wrong to try what they've already tried, and sometimes it is literally that you've started too far ahead on the arc of success. It's the cost of the rebuild that hurts. Usually you're doing the right things at the wrong time, and if we can come right back to the beginning and do the right thing at the right thing at the right time, what do you think is going to happen? You're going to make progress, right? So give me the comments, give me the feedback, give me the thoughts. You know, this is open to discussion, this is open to thinking. This is not the definitive, but it's got to help. Dabbling in big complicated things will create chaos. Attempting something that you can complete in one sitting with simple steps will create progress. And that's what I want to encourage, and that's what I want to show you today, right? So if anybody said they're dabbling, there's a track that leaves this station today, and it leaves dabbling land. Hopefully it leaves for good, right? So there's a train about to depart. And you can jump on this train and you can come with me on a journey, right? Who wants to get on the train out of Dabbling Land? This is like the best way I can describe, describe this thing, right? You wanna, you wanna come on a journey out of Dabbling Land? You can go, you can go back if you like, but maybe it's better a little bit further down the track. It's a 30-minute journey. And when we get there, you can spend there as long as you need until the next train leaves to somewhere else, right? That's the deal. Or you can come back, you can walk back. There's no trains that come back, but you can figure it out, right? This could change everything for you. It could also change nothing. Let's look and see. Let's test. We are heading to the mythical town of Mini Win. See what I did there, right? Does anybody in the chat want a mini win for them and the business today? I don't know one where to keep back from. I've got to fly from Manchester next week. Anybody here wants a mini win for the business today? That they can learn from, that's going to say, hey, this was not dabbling because we actually completed it, and now we can move forward. Do you want a mini win? Everyone want a mini win? And I'm hoping this won't punish you. I'm hoping this will enlighten you and help with some of the things that we've talked about, right? This is the game plan. Everybody seems to want this, right? Wins are proof. You don't need to believe that you won. You won. You've got the t-shirt, you've got the medal, you've got the badge, you've got the lead, you've got the sale, you've got the result, right? Proof is what we're looking for in all of this. Conclusive, tested proof. Does this all making sense? Is it all making sense? Let me know if it's making sense. I've got 3 quick questions, and I'm going to show you the loop and how to do it, and we're going to have some fun, right? Mini wins! Everyone wants a mini win. We need a t-shirt with mini wins, like a map, right? Quick questions. This is fun, right? I've been live every single day for the last ever, and it's a lot of fun. You guys are awesome. Quick questions. Be honest, right? Be honest. If I ban you now from buying any new apps or programs for 28 days or more, how would it affect your business? So you're banned right now from buying any new apps or programs for at least 20 days. No more subscription stuff, no more GPTs, no more programs, nothing that I'm, I'm selling, right? Nothing. You, you, you're done. How would it affect your business? Would you close down? Would your position even change? Would it scare you? What's the first thing that comes to mind? That the letter comes through the door and it's the internet police and they say, dear Danny, you're banned from buying new apps or programs for 28 days. And you go, oh, Or do you go, ah, it would not affect me at this point, is a, is a great answer. Give me another answer in the chat. I'm gonna hold this slide until we get 2 or 3 perspectives. If you were banned from buying new apps or programs 28 days, how would it affect your business? Give me somebody else. Give me an answer to that. What you think, what your thoughts are, where, where does this take you? It's not that scary, right? Where's it taking you? Trying to cancel things more. This, this is, this is good, right? You could therefore potentially ban yourself and it wouldn't make a difference, right? Next question: if I banned you from posting on social media for 28 days, how would it affect your business? Think about what you currently post and what results you get from those posts. Tank it, wouldn't— interesting perspectives. I'm looking for perspective. There's no right and wrong, it's the thought process, right? Doug's saying if I banned you from posting on social media right now for 28 days, your business would be done. Tom's saying it wouldn't affect it at all. Karen's saying hardly did, so needs to be the other way around. They need to encourage you to post. Tom's saying don't post enough as it is. Um, it would not— still not posting, still building. Joanna, I will go from little sales to no sales. Varied responses to that one, right? Hold these thoughts, they're meant to provoke. More thinking, right? Doug's starting to get in. Great, this is great. Last one: if I banned you from building things like funnels for 28 days, how would that affect your business? You can't build anything else. Doug says posting is the traffic source. Very good. Think about it. The, the point of these questions is to think, I'm doing something, right? I'm doing things. If you look at my signature in the corner, it says Danny Walsh. Next to that, and there's a little strapline, you might not be able to see it, it says click with purpose. So often people come and they click things and do stuff. In the highest level coaching that I do and the guidance and working with big companies— and some people are on this call maybe— when we're doing that highest level coaching, quite often we discover early on that there's some things that are being done, some stuff that's being done, that if you stopped it, it wouldn't make a difference. And that allows you to get to the stuff that's being done or not being done that we really need to focus on. Does that make sense? Oh, Joanna's had to go. You get the, get the replay. I'll send you the replay. Think about these questions and use them when it comes to the desire to dabble, the desire to do stuff and think, if I don't do it, is it going to be the end of the world? Give yourself that moment of pause, because a lot of the things that you do, the stuff, you can breathe and relinquish that stuff now, and nothing will happen to the business, to the idea, to the goal. And it's going to free up a bunch of time that allows you to do the right thing at the right time. Take that on board and do with this information as you choose. So imagine this is your plan for 28 days. Signal conversation proof. Now you're thinking, this don't sound like progress because we're not building stuff, we're not buying stuff, we're not doing anything like out there. If this was your plan for 28 days, very focused, something that you could accomplish in a sitting in a controlled manner, how do you think that would burn differently to the stuff and the things. Hold the thought. It's not about dabbling, building, designing, planning, no stuff. Just a structured plan, signal, conversation, proof with confidence. For some people, that could be the first time they have a plan that they can actually execute in one sitting that allows the relinquishment and the letting go of the stuff that they just do. If we look at that and think, well, actually, this is not moving the needle, and you do let go and you make time for this simple thing for a period of time, would that make a difference? I know what my answer would be, and I want to show you this in the next 30 minutes so by the end of this we can say we have not dabbled today, we have proven. Everybody ready? Step 1, signal, right? Very small, simple signals that allow conversation to happen. We're not lighting a big thing on fire, and we're not flashing lights, and we're not doing anything crazy. This is simple, effective, and if you compound this and you are consistent with this you will see a difference in what you're doing potentially in the next 25 minutes. You ready to— you ready to have a go at something practical? You ready to have a go? Let me know in the chats. Put a 1 in the chat if you're ready to have a go and you want to have a go at this thing. We're going to signal literally now live, so get ready for it, right? Is everybody ready? You ready? Who are wanting the chat? It might make you nervous, you might freak out, you might think, Danny, you're crazy, please don't make us do it. Even if you've not done this yet, even if you're in one of my programs and we're at that point where we're talking about it and it's not quite perfect, or wherever you are on the scale, just, just have a go. It's a signal. It's not links, it's not selling, it's not explaining. It's something that we post in one sentence that triggers a response. And Facebook is our friend because it's free. You've got a Facebook profile, and we've possibly already shown you that there's things called Facebook groups and Facebook pages and places where other people hang out in your industry. We're not going to try and drop them a link We're not going to try and sell them some stuff, and we're not going to try and explain anything to them. We're just going to signal, make a little signal, and see what happens. The whole internet's not going to see it. You can delete it, but try. A signal is a test, right? Write in the chat, a signal is a test. Write that in. I want this stuff to go into your brain because I know if you're consistent at this, especially for 28 days or 100 days, you will see a difference in your business unlike anything ever. This is the game changer for people who embrace this thing. In Danny we trust. Do the thing. I've been doing this for 20 years. As long as Facebook's been available, we've been doing it on Facebook, and we've been doing it on AOL and MSN before that. Right? A signal is a test. And whenever you do a test, tests are measurable. Right? Tests are measurable. That means tests have results. And there's so many people who say, I can't get results. Well, if you do a test, by the very definition of the fact that you're doing a test, you will get a result. It might not be the result you anticipated, but there will definitely be one. Therefore, by that logic, every time you do a test, you will get a result. And if you're testing online, you're getting results online, that just erases a negative falsehood that you can play over and over and over in your mind. I don't get results online. Well, yes you do, because as soon as you start testing, you're going to get a result. Does that all make sense? So the key to get results is to test. Results can be recorded. That means you can write down That's like, Carrie, reframer, right? Many results. You think of all the results now that you've had. Is dabbling a test? Tom said it was a test before. He's like, I'm testing little things, but I've never had a result online. You— there's results oozing out of the things that you've done. And they can all be recorded. Sometimes it seems too simple and you overlook it. This is the gold. Pull out your phone, open your Facebook. You guys like, Danny, we, we don't like this, where this is going. Open your Facebook and post one of the following things that I'm going to give you, or your own version of it. Once you've posted it on your own Facebook or your page— you do it on your profile, do it on your page— go and post the same thing in 3 Facebook groups that you're in, and I'll wait for you. It's one line. You ready? I'm going to show you some examples. I'll go slow so you can kind of get an idea for them. I can go back through them as well. If you're in an industry and you're not quite sure what you're going to offer as a product or service, go to a group that's got other people in that industry, and whether it's sailing, fishing, funnels, technology, AI, whatever, and go and type in the group or on your own personal profile, quick check, anyone else feel like they've learned a lot about funnels but still don't know what to focus on? Quick check. Anyone else feel like they've learned a lot about climbing but still don't know what to focus on? Quick check. Anyone else feel like they've learned a lot about health or weight loss or dog grooming or sailing or designer goods or luxury goods or charity stuff or putting an offer out there or videos or AI or vibe coding, whatever it is? If you just don't know what to put, this is the one. Quick check: anyone else feel like they've learned a lot about X, whatever it is, but still don't know what to focus on? Post that. I've got some more, right? I can come back to them. Next one: if you're a coach, if you're in wellness or healing, go to a wellnessy type community or a place where people want to be coached, or on your own profile— do it on your profile, do it on your page, do it in 3 groups. Honest question: what do you struggle with after you leave a coaching session, a hypnosis session, a frequency alignment session, a mindset session, a personal development session, right? Insert your word there. Use any variation of these. The one sentence, you can get them on the big Facebook post with the colored background. Is this making sense? It's one thing post it on your profile, your business page, and in 3 groups. I'm gonna do that in that next 2 minutes. You can start typing one. Next one: if you're in the veteran space, transitioning out is harder than people admit. What was the hardest part for you? You post that in a veteran group, or if you've got veterans on your friends, people will think, oh, I remember that thing, and I'm gonna comment. You see where these are all very similar, right? Is this making sense? If you're doing the vibe coding thing, simple apps, AI tools, go to some group, you know, AI coding journey group or whatever. What's one task you wish an app would do for you automatically? You might get some funny ones on that, but you'll get some stuff. I can go back to any if you want to see any of these again. If you're in climbing and fitness, go to a climbing group, write it on your own wall. You've probably got some climber friends. Beginner climbers, what gear purchase did you regret? Or if you want to be more positive, beginner climbers, what gear purchase did you find most useful? Oh, this, this is a good one because this will just light up like a Christmas tree. If I go in the fishing group and say, hey, beginner carp anglers, what gear purchase did you regret, or what gear purchase did you find most useful, that'll light up. Making sense? Is getting— everybody getting this? You're all frantically posting. If you're in the pet care business, what's one pet problem that Google never seems to answer properly? The climbing one. Doug wants the climbing one. Beginner climbers, what gear purchase did you either regret or, more positive, find most useful? So it's one or the other. It's a couple of options at the end, right? Beginner climbers, so you're calling out the beginners. What gear purchase did you either regret or find most useful? You could ask it as one. So beginner climbers, what gear purchase did you either regret or find most useful? You're opening discussion. And the one before this one, uh, simple apps, uh, what's one task you wish an app would just do for you automatically? First question I'll go back to, um, if you don't know, um, is QuickCheck. Anyone else feeling like they've learned a lot about sailing but don't know what to focus on? Coaches, honest question, what do you struggle with after you leave a wellness session? Veterans, transitioning out is harder than people admit. What was the hardest part for you? Simple apps. What's one task you wish an app would do for you automatically? Climbing, beginner climbers, what gear purchase did you regret or find most useful? Pet care, what's the one pet problem Google never seems to answer properly? If you're doing some AI marketing, what's harder right now, getting views or turning views into messages? On your wall, on your page, in 3 groups that you're in. Sailing, serious sailors, what built you the most confidence early on? Do what Doug said. Simple vault. Are these things, or these things are yes, like Great. Open your Facebook, right? Post one of them, or your own, on your page, your profile, and post it in 3 groups. And then comment when you're done in the chat. This might be a little longer than an hour, but it's going to be a lot of fun, and everybody's still watching. Once you've posted in your nitch or industry, or where you think you are, or if you just don't know, insert a word on that first one. Open your Facebook, post it on a page profile, and post it in 3 groups. And don't forget that you will get the slides and everything at the end of this, so you, you can get access to this and you can go and do this forever, right? Post done when you're done. And then screenshot your posts and post them in school, because I want to check and double-check. Most people don't get this far. Most people don't get this far. I mentioned to, to somebody earlier on a call that I know people who've spent 10 years doing things and still never done them. I know people who worry so much about tomorrow, but they died yesterday. The thing was done before it started. I know people who've torn down amazing content because it wasn't good enough in their eyes and didn't give the audience chance to see it. Somebody comment done. I know you might be typing like crazy, sweat might be pouring off you. The whole internet doesn't see this. It can be removed, it can be deleted. But if you go and do this, post screenshot, paste it in school as soon as you can. Just comment done in the comment. We're not moving until somebody's done it, and then you miss the best bit. Right, somebody gotta put— done. Somebody— do we need to— like, how long do we need for somebody to do this? Talk to me. Somebody talks to me. How long do we need until it's done? This should be super, super fast. I'm gonna go stalk social media and see if anybody's doing it. What's his name? Doug, right? Where's he at? See, see, things pop up when people do that do things on social media. Posting a group, posting one of my groups, posting somebody's group, posting your group, post on your wall, post on your page, and then comment done. Screenshot it as well. That's your documentation of the task, right? Doug's nearly done it. One second. Do I have to incentivize this? Like, how much, like, incentive do I need to, to do for you to give you this, right? Karen, have you done it? Douglas, have you done it? Doug, have you done it? Les, have you done it? Tom, have you done it? Bill, have you done it? Who's not done it? Come on, everybody done it? You've done it? Somebody's done it? Tom's done it! He's done it! Let's watch Tom put— I'm gonna come and stalk you unless you've posted in some group that I'm not in. George the Yeti's around. See, George is lurking around in the forest. Bill's working on it. This is good. Post is in the school. He's like lightning. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Refresh. See new posts. Loving the ship has not left the port, uh, Doug. It's showing me new stuff. Um, Karen's on it. Yes, incentives are always good. This could change your life, that's your incentive. Are people doing this thing? Commenting, enjoying, enjoying, enjoying. I'm there, gonna do this thing. That's like, like, pause this. Right, make a comment, make a post. It's going in there. Done. Everybody's commenting. Done, done, done. Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it. I'm gonna give you literally 2 more minutes, so don't panic. Spell it right and all the things. Georgetti. Hey, Georgetti's posted. What's harder right now, getting views, turning into views, into message? Great post. I don't know where that landed, if it's on George Yeti's page or it's in, in some groups. There are some groups out there where you can pay like $50 a month to post in front of thousands, and the admins are really good as well. So just bear that in mind. Uh, Tom said it's done. Doug said it's done. Karen's on it. Um, who else is it? Who else is doing it? Bill's doing it. You guys are awesome. Most folks don't get this far. Right, amazing. Right, the next piece, the next piece, the next piece. On a few more dones. Next bit is conversation, right? The numbers have gone down and then they've come back up. Everybody's come back, so you must have gone and done it, right? Put done if you've done. You're done. Everybody's done. Is everybody done? Done, done, done, done. If it's on Threads, amazing. Threads is cool. Facebook's cool. Anywhere where people can get in the comments. You know, Reddit. You know, try it on Clapper. Try it with the whole point of what we've just done, which you've actually done it. You are now testing something. A result is guaranteed. That's the fun thing about this is like a result's guaranteed. It might not be the result you envisage, but it's guaranteed you're going to get one. And it goes one of three ways. You'll figure it out. Done, done, done, done, done. Everybody's doing it. Everybody's doing it. This is amazing. You're doing things on a live. Has anybody ever done that before? Has anybody actually just gone and just impulsively posted it like 1 PM Pacific or whatever it is, or 9 PM in the UK, just on a, on an impulse? Or you think, oh, the internet's going to shout at me. The internet loves your posts. Zuckerberg now loves you because you're posting on his platforms, right? Amazing work. And if you've not done it yet, you're still figuring it out, go and do it as soon as we finish. Next piece, conversations. The chances are somebody will see what you've posted and they will comment or like. You're looking ideally for a comment, right? First time dogs, first time, amazing. Like, let's go. When somebody comments on the thing and you provoke some reaction, all of those things are designed to provoke a reaction, stir up a memory, trigger some emotion, get people thinking about an experience, share the story. People love to do that. It's social media for a reason, right? Bill Simon's done it. Everyone's done it. Yeah, everybody. You guys are amazing, right? When somebody comments, Facebook or Threads or whatever will go ping, it'll tell you somebody commented on your thing. When that happens, you freak out and you think, oh, somebody's actually talking, right? Yeah, put— yeah, get the screenshots in school, we love it, it's amazing. And you've got to go and like and reply to the comment. It's not a one-way street, but it's a conversation has now started. The next— yes, so that you prove— that's fine, amazing. Yep, get it in there. Um, like and reply to every comment that you get. If it's a negative one and somebody's like the worst person ever, or somebody's like a troll, you can block them, you can delete it, you can move on, right? Keep moving. Don't let people ever stop you, right? Happy to help. That's just like— that's maybe millions of dollars. Um, like and reply to every comment. Don't get caught up in any craziness with anybody. If somebody says something that's out of, like, you think, oh man, this guy's insane or whatever it is, leave them to time. Lead them to the other people in the comment thread to sort it out. Never get into any kind of political or religious or crazy stuff. You can polarize within your niche. You know, I like the red one, not the blue one, or the blue one, not the red one, equipment-wise. Start doing that in politics or anything like that, you— Facebook's going to be a mess. So stay away from anything too emotive. Stay in your niche, stay in your lane, do your thing. But anybody that's talking sense, like, reply, comment, get involved with that person. And you can add them as a friend or send them an invite to your page right from that thread, right? Gives you the options. Tom's— Tom's got it right. So at the bottom of your post, there's like little buttons that show you like red, blue, yellow, whatever, and it'll make it big. It'll only show those if you use the right amount of characters. So when— if you keep typing, you'll see suddenly the, the buttons disappear. So we'll look at that on another time as well. We'll show you like in, in depth on that. Um, but hopefully you can figure it out. Try and make it big. When somebody comments, you like and reply to the comment. If it's Facebook, add them as a friend. If it's Threads, whatever, you can follow them. Depending on the network, there's a different way to connect. Wait for around 30 minutes and then send the next message that I'm going to show you to a few of these people in the direct personal message. You're going to send a solicited message because you've already engaged with these people. They've commented on your thing. So now you're going to use the functionality that these platforms give you to send them a non-spammy message. Now you think, you know, man, this guy's crazy. You send them this. Now you can take a screenshot of this so you can use it in 20 minutes or so when you, when you're going to do it, right? Somebody likes, somebody comments, somebody gets involved with your posts. You, you like, you reply, you add them as a friend, you wait for 20, 30 minutes, and then you send them this. Add them as a friend or invite them straight away. Wait 30 minutes before you send them the message, otherwise you're too keen. And don't— I repeat, don't send a message to everybody. Do this in small controlled batches. Try it with 2 people and just see if you get a response. That's your first test. No more than 7 or 8 messages in an hour. And you reserve the right of who you want to message. But this is the crux of it. You kind of got to work with this a little bit, right? I'm giving you a framework, I'm not giving you the definitive. Send them this. This is in a direct personal message to their account, right? Wheelback. So you've posted your things in the group. Everybody's done that piece you all wrote down. When somebody comments, you like their comment, you reply to their comment, you add them as a friend, or you send them an invite to your page, or both. And within 30 minutes or so, you go to their profile, you send them a message like you're sending me a message or a friend a message. And you send this: Hey Doug, quick one. Thanks for commenting. I'm testing something small around men's fitness. If I send you 4 bullet points, will you try them tomorrow in your next workout and let me know if it helps? Yes or no. Hey Danny Walsh, quick one, thanks for commenting. I'm testing something small around sailing. If I send you 4 quick bullet points, will you text them the next time you're out on the water and tell me if it helps? Yes or no. Hey whoever Walsh, quick one, Thanks for commenting. I'm testing something small around dog grooming or luxury goods or art and design or how to support veterans or AI or whatever it is. If I send you 4 quick bullet points, will you try it and tell me if it helped? Yes or no? Adults, grown adults, can respond to that. It's not spam, it's not a link, it's not buy something, it's nothing insane. You've already communicated with them. It may seem a little bit forward to what you're used to, but if somebody sent you that and said, you know, hey Karen, 'Uh, thanks for commenting on my post. I'm testing something small around, um, beautiful, uh, design projects. And if I send you some bullet points, will you just try at them, try that today, or have a look at it for me and let me know if it would help you?' What do you think they're in the group for? They want to improve. They want to learn. You can reword that slightly, but the The structure is gold. You're going to send a few of the people who've commented on your posts after you've liked and invited or added them as a friend your interpretation of this that will only result in them saying yes, no, or maybe. Some people will say, depends what it is, send them the bullet points. Some people will say, yes, I'm in, send them the bullet points. Some people will say, hell no, I'm never going to do anything for another human being on the internet, and you don't talk to them again for now. It's a test. You don't know these people. Social media is social media, and you will be surprised at the result. Tell me how you feel now that I've given you that guidance, because this is the bit where people are gonna freak out. Or you're just gonna say, I'm gonna do it, trust the process. Tell me how you feel. Is it going to drive you insane? Is it going to make you feel uncomfortable? Are you going to have to study what you write? I'll break it down for you, right? But just tell me how you feel. You post in a bunch of groups, you post some of these curiosity-provoking posts that we've just looked at. People, oh, comment, yeah, you like, invite, you reply, oh, thanks so much. You don't mention inbox, you don't mention DMs, you don't mention anything, just send them the message after about 30 minutes. Hey man, quick one, thanks for commenting earlier. I'm testing something small around fishing and see if you help me catch more big fish. If I send you 4 bullet points, will you just try it next time you go fishing and see if it helps you? Oh yeah, sure, right? Of course they will. Why would they not be like, hey man, will you come and try this like crazy thing that I'm not going to explain? No, you need more context. Keep it simple. But watch, DM the people who comment and the people who engage. And if engagement is low and a tumbleweed blows past and you think, you know, That's your result. Nothing happened. Go and find some people who you already know in the hobby, the sport, the interest, your circle, and send it to them. People you might have spoke to for a while. And keep going with the, with the fishing in the groups, right? You can have some messages backwards and forwards on the thread first. It's a test. Get used to when you're going to send it, but send it eventually. Yes, right now. If you want to do it now, you could try it with somebody that you already know, and then you can screenshot it and send it to your school. Given the fact you've all posted all over the place earlier, chances are you're going to get responses within the next 20, 30, 40 minutes. At that point, send it, right? Screenshot it into school and comment, tell me, let me know. This is the message. Take a note of this, right? What I'm going to do is I'm going to paste it in the chat so you can copy and paste it as well, right? So let's, let's get the thing. I'm going to paste it in This is going in the DMs. It doesn't have to be a Facebook group. It could be on Threads. It could be anywhere that you can get somebody to comment and respond on the first question. When you've engaged with them in the comments and you've liked it and you've invited them, leave it 30 minutes and then send them this in a personal message. Tweak it to what you do, right? Facebook is the, is the best. Facebook really is the best. And if you stick around 5 more minutes, I don't worry, I've got the notes, I've got some guidance, I've got a bunch of stuff for you, right? So don't panic. Is this good? Is this good stuff, right? DM the people who comment, engage. Send it in a personal message, a direct message through the message icon to their name, their profile. It says message. If you've got anybody that's commented, go do it, or go and start with somebody who you already know. Copy it from the chat, send it to somebody who you already know, or maybe you've had a conversation with recently, or as a friend, and just say you're testing something to do with your niche. And is it all right if you send them 4 bullet points and they try it and they let you know if it helped? Notice I've not included 4 bullet points. Notice there's no other context. All you're looking for is a yes, no, maybe. Sure, Danny, I'll do whatever you need, buddy. Now I've got time to prepare the bullet points. Is this making sense? Is it all making sense? We may be on for 5 more minutes, but it's making sense, right? Out of every person I've spoke to over the last 48 hours, and I've sat there to rack my brain of what could I give you, this is the one thing that I wanted to give you, right? This is actually an advancement on happy to help. This is an advancement on that other strategy, normally reserved for the, the inner teachings. Making sense? Put a 1 in the chat if it's making sense. You stick around 5 more minutes, I'll show you the final piece. Bit confused on the bullet point portion. Let me come back to the statement. Rewind. You post something like this on your, your page and your post. You've all done that, right? In your groups. And then when somebody comments, you like, you invite them as a friend, and after you've talked to them a little bit in the comments, you send them this: Hey, hey Bill, a quick one. Thanks for commenting on my post earlier. I'm testing something around, uh, support for veterans. I'm testing something around dog grooming. I'm testing something around fishing, whatever it is. If I send you 4 bullet points, will you try them today and let me know if it helps you? The answer should be yes, no, maybe. You've not included any bullet points because I'm not sure what to do yet. It's all making sense, right? Try it with somebody you already know. The next bit is the bullet points. When they reply yes, Of course I will check out what it is you're going to send me because curiosity's got them now. You send them a 4-point plan, 4 quick bullet points that takes them 10 minutes that they can do in a sitting, and you tell them when you want to know the answer by. You are an expert at what you do. Do you think you could give somebody 4 things to try, simple thing that they could try in 5 minutes next time they do the thing so they'll report back to you. Of course you could. So when they reply yes, you say, here you go, it takes 10 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 4, try it once today and let me know by tomorrow whether you were better, the same, or worse off. I've got the scripts, I've got the whole thing. You can have the recording of this as well. It's a 3-step process. You put the signal on your page, your profile, or in the groups. People commented. You engaged with them in the comments, liked and added them as a friend, and then you sent them the first part of the message asking their permission. Can you send them 4 bullet points of things they can do to try so they can improve the sailing, improve the fishing, improve whatever? When they reply yes, you say Here you go, it takes 10 minutes and you fill in the blanks. I've got examples, everybody's got it. So if you're in the faceless AI business, you send them a content angle as number 1, a hook that they can rewrite as number 2, a call to action that they can swap as number 3, and a metric to watch. So you could send them this and say, try this next time you're online. It's an angle for the content with a hook rewrite, a swap of the call to action, and a metric that they can watch. If you're in the AI stuff, you could send them a task to automate, how they're currently doing it, a shortcut to do it, and a test case. You decide what it is, but the idea is they're gonna follow your process. So you could say in this case, write down a bunch of tasks that you continually repeat. Think about your current workarounds, how you do them faster, and then turn your best answer into a reusable template. The simple thing that they can do is just think, if I had to send this thing 5 times tomorrow, would automation help? And now they're going to look at that and go, oh, this person is amazing, because you've got them thinking about something you know about, like I've got you thinking about this. If you're a coach, you could say, you don't need to fix yourself, you need to give your nervous system one reliable signal. Try this grounding action. Put both feet on the floor, name 3 things you can see, and exhale longer than you inhale at least once. You give them a clear boundary that they're not solving the problem, they're just noticing it. And you give them a question of reflection: what changed after 60 seconds? Did this help? Yes, no, the same? You're making up your own little framework based on your expertise. Veterans, send them a daily structure rule. Wake up the same time even on a bad day. Give them an identity shift that they're not transitioning, they're just redeploying. Give them a physical anchor that they're used to, and then ask them a one next step question. What would order in your life look like for the next 24 hours? If they follow your little exercise, however you design it, and they get a result based on your expertise, what do you think is going to happen? If it's the climbing and the fitness, you could say this is a common beginner mistake in number one, trying to get strong before you're consistent. Right? And what that often leads to is you rushing. So before you rush, try to determine, are you rushing because you're excited or you're anxious? So to fix this, you're going to slow down your first 10% of movement, and that means you can leave the day with some energy left without rushing and without making this mistake that everybody else means. And you're breaking it down into 4 little chunks for them to understand. You don't have to rush the 4 bullet points. You can prepare them in advance. But what you're doing in this process is posting to get attention, a signal. You're then opening a conversation by asking permission, can you send them your little framework. And when they say, yes, sure, you send them 4 simple things that connect and make sense, that if they do it in that order in one sitting, you know they'll see a result. Does that make sense? This might— what do I put? You have to— well, look, right, you're the expert, you're the person who wants to set up this business, you must know something about it. So dig deep So for example, hey man, is it all right if I send you something that's going to help you make more money online? It's 4 bullet points. I just want you to try it and let me know if it helps. Does anybody want 4 bullet points from Danny to see if it helps you make more money online? And you say, yeah, sure. And I send chances are you are doing things before you are supposed to, right? So you're too far across the arc. I want you to focus on conversations. The first thing I want you to do is post this in a Facebook group And then when people respond, I want you to engage with them in the comments. That's 4 steps. Tell me, did it work and was it better? You go, you try it, you post some stuff, people respond, you have a conversation, come back to me and say, oh, Danny, it's changed my life. Because you're actually completing— you're actually testing You're getting a result of your test, whether it's a good one, bad one, you're not quite sure, it's still a result. And you're not dabbling. The train has left. You're now approaching mini win. You're at mini win. You— well, you've all had a win today because you've all posted something that's potentially going to bring a customer to your door. And if they try that little 4-step sailing speed fix or that climbing hack that keeps them safer or that mindset reset or that thing that's going to help a veteran just to stay organized in his morning routine in that transition, or it's whatever you do, and they come back to you and go, why didn't I think of that? That's amazing. You're in a really strong position to say, Do you want to know more? Is there anything else I can help you with? Would you give me a testimonial? Should we jump on a quick call and find out why or what or how? Or happy to help. Right now, Doug, if you've already had a detailed response from some ice climbers on your yes and no post, go and send a little message to a few folks and say, hey buddy, if I— thanks for commenting, but if I send you a quick, um, 4-step, 4-bullet-point exercise next time you're climbing, please would you try it and let me know if it helps? My little deliberate exercise a minute ago is based on a little bit of climbing when I was younger and understanding— I know some climbers, there's some really good climbing walls around here not the ice axe thing that you do. Climbers do tend to pull themselves up, and there is a thing about strength and fitness, obviously, and you're the man for that, Doug. So if you give them some exercise that they think, well, this guy's going to help me get stronger and he's doing it for free, you're friends for life. They will buy your stuff. Is that making sense? Screenshot whatever you send, put it in the school, or send it to me. I'm over by 17 minutes. Step 3 will give you proof. It will give you a result for your test. And if you've done this now, or you do this in the next hour or the next 24 hours, right? Doug, exactly, right? So they're going to try and pull themselves up, need to figure out that leg strength. You start, you try traversing across the, the wall, and then you see where that pulling gets you, right? So there's a lot of things that you could offer to beginners or people who you think you can help And by doing this, which is something most folks never do, the ones who win have got this down. Because what it means is you can start conversations when you see somebody that you know is a perfect customer, and it gives you proof before tech, proof before funnels, results before you sign up to a bunch of stuff. You can do it anywhere, and it's a drill that works. Is this all landed? Is the, the process has landed loud and clear? If not, we'll talk about it, right? So you post, grabs attention. Your message invoked a response. Your 4-point plan gave value. And whatever happens on the back of that will guide your next move. You've got it. It's in. You're not buying hope. You don't need to dabble. You're doing it. And if you imagine you did this consistently for 28 days, far and wide, and recorded and screenshotted everything, you're in business. Because the answers to those conversations are, where do we go from here? What can I help you with next? Hey man, I've got a video that shows you a little bit more about those workouts. Do you want me to send you a copy? Now they've got you on their screen while you explain an exercise or a rope or a knot or a fishing technique or a design piece or something you can do, or a product or a service or AI or whatever it is. These are funnels. They're just not a bunch of pages in some software. But all roads lead to Rome. Let me know if you've got this. The recap: the loop that matters— signal. Say it with me, right? Signal, conversation, proof. Write it up in the chat. Signal conversation proof. Signal conversation proof. You're proving it to yourself, you're proving it to them, you're proving it to everybody else in the community. You don't need to prove anything to me, but it's fun to watch. Signal conversation proof. You guys have got it, right? Everybody got it? Just Tom got it. Let me know. I can see the chat. Let me know. Doug, you got it? Bill, you got it? Karen, you got it? You've all got it. Everybody in the chat's got it. You sure you got it? Greg, you got it? Like, everybody got it? Les got it? Like, you all got it? Signal conversation proof. You've got the exact steps in the future This becomes an automation. Soon it becomes a funnel, but right now it's progress without belief. You didn't have to believe anything because you've done it, you've seen it, it's working. If you do this consistently, you're no longer at zero, you're moving towards success, and you can't go back. It's irreversible action, right? Post your results in school so everyone can learn, everyone can see. Go crazy about this. And now we're off to see the wizard. And this means that if you watch the vibe calling stuff, you know what's likely to come. I built you something that's going to help you, and I want to share that with you, right? So can I give you a quick demo in like 2 minutes of the wizard? Can I give you a quick demo of the wizard? The wizard. But what basically what I've done is I've put together a very quick, um, little app. And what this will do is it will do a few things for you, right? And you're gonna see where I'm gonna go with this, and hopefully you'll love it, right? So this is the deal, um, you come to this, this website and you sign up. So you're gonna sign up, and when you sign up, I'm gonna give you a QR code in a second right? You're gonna go in there and there's a replay, there are some slides that you, you like, you can read through like a workbook, and there's a little wizard where you can put your OpenAI API key with the instructions. It's all safe and secure. You can answer a few questions and it spits out the things to post, the bullet points, and a bunch of other fun stuff, and you can save them, right? So that is the It's available. We've gone over time, so I'm not going to dwell on it, right? I'm not gonna— I'm not gonna go through it, but it's pretty cool. Now, this is the deal, right? And I give you all the things, but I want something in return for it. I want something in return. So you're going to get the wizard, which is going to save you a bag of time. You're going to get the workbook, which has got a bunch of examples. It's like 30 pages. It walks through the whole thing. You're going to get the replay and you're going to also get a call with me. So if you started on a call, you're going to get another call where we review this, we answer any questions, we go through it. So make sure you're doing it properly. Look at your results of your tests. We all know that I could put values next to this and say, and this is worth this much and this is worth this much and this is where worth whatever. If you've been on a call already and you've just enjoyed what we've just done, and you're enjoying this as I can see from the comments, then clearly this is valuable. The fact that I've just got you to do some stuff that you may never have done is valuable, right? If you think this is valuable, put value or a 1 or something. Give me a sign, give me a signal, like anything in, in the chat. I only want the action takers to do this and use this, right? So what I've decided to do is I've, I've asked for an amount, right? Don't log off. I've asked for an amount, but I'm not going to say $997 or $497 or anything like that. You can pay what you like, right? So if you— $1, you can pay $1. If you want to pay a million dollars, you can pay a million dollars, right? You can pay what you like to access the replay, the workbook, the review call, which is going to be on Sunday— next, next Sunday— and the wizard, all your questions answered. It's your choice. It's your discretion. You scan my little QR code up here, I'm going to put it up, which is there, or you can go direct to the link, which is this, which is the coolest domain ever, right? So nofunneltoday.com. You can create your account, you can pay it whatever you think it's worth, All amounts will be accepted. It's not about money, it's about making sure that you do something with it. Pay what you like and then post in the school group that you're in. It's not a program, it's not, it's not a program, right? It's not a money-making scheme, it's an investment on your part I won't be offended, whatever you put in. It locks in the follow-through for you, right? It makes you follow up. It's an enabler that moves you from dabbling to mini win. It's your train fare. I'm going to be around for 10 minutes or so now, so the sooner you do it, the, the better. I can get you all in so you're not waiting for tomorrow. It's nofunneltoday.com because you don't have to build a funnel. Which is unusual for me because normally, but hey, build a funnel, don't need it. You're just gonna follow the process day in, day out, forever, ever, and you watch where your business gets to and where your business grows to. Now, if that's not the best deal you're going to see on the internet, I don't know what is. But it's not about that, it's about the commitment, it's about your follow-through, and it's about you You respecting yourself enough to invest in yourself enough to make these things happen, knowing that the things you're going to do with this are going to move you further forward faster than any big elaborate program. One person who comments, or you get in those DMs, spends money with you you will jump around your house. For some of you, it could be the first money you make online. I just want to play you a video real quick. Um, some of you might have seen this. This is my good friend Pepper, and he's got a few words to share. He sent me this like a couple of weeks ago. I'll, I'll sit here quietly. I'll leave the QR code on, but just, just check this out and just go on the page northfunneltoday.com, get yourself your free account, and then pay what you like, put in your details, what you've done. I'll approve you, I'll get you in there, you get all of that stuff, right? Sound like a deal? Just watch this video for one second.
So I just sold my first $1,000 coaching course ever, and I was so excited. I'm thinking, I can't believe it, I can't believe it. And my second thought was Danny Walsh, right? Because he had told me a while back that people are not going to be willing to buy your high-ticket offer cold, right? Until they get to know you, they're not gonna spend that kind of money with you. And I didn't want to believe it. I want to just run more ads and the money would come pouring in. Turns out when you just run the ads, the money does not come pouring in. You do have to take them on a journey. Danny Walsh, right? And so I took his advice, I implemented a plan, and we just sold our first coaching course. And I am so excited. And it just proves that when you have someone with experience telling you what to do, you should take their advice. So thank you, Danny. I honestly say that our company would not be where we are today without you.
There you go. And are you guys seeing this now? Is this starting to sink in, this madness, the arc of success and the, the going in Facebook groups and the posting and, and getting people involved and all of the things. If you've not ordered the book yet, you should go and check it out. A lot of the things that you buy are structurally unsafe and they're based solely on belief. You are conducting real-world tests that will produce results And that's the difference I want to give you. Let me know in the comments when you're in, that you've made your— your train ticket has been paid and you're on your way. Posting the school, post your results, get involved in your communities, go and talk to people, go and give back, go and get involved, do some stuff. Be the person you're destined to be, right? Be the person that you're called to be. You're called to do this. You wouldn't be sat here now excited like you are, thinking you can finally see it, if you was not called to do it. You'd be doing some crappy job. You wouldn't even understand any of this stuff. You are one of the few that are even privileged enough to have this opportunity. And the, the learning and the knowledge is there. It's always been there. The people are there. They've always been there. All you need to do is go to nofunneltoday.com to get all of this stuff. If you don't want it, I get it. It's fine. It's like I said, it's not a program. It's not— I don't care. All I want you to do is have the tools available. But this piece, this small investment on your part is your key for yourself. It's not for me, right? It's for you. And when you turn it, things will start to drop into place. So check the QR code. Hit the thing, pay what you like, get access to the wizard and the book, the review and the video and all the rest of the things. There's not going to be a replay of this, so make sure you take note of the link. I'm going to put it up in the, in the comments. Make sure you've got all of this stuff. Let me know when you're in. Let me know when it's worked. Let me know that you've got it. Let me know, has this been useful as well? Obviously I've covered a lot and I want to make sure that you, you've got it. And we will be on that call hopefully on Sunday, a similar time. To go through the proof that you have accumulated, the results that you have accumulated, and maybe we're looking at your first online success that's come as a result of this idea, come on the, the back of your, um, on the back of our conversations, and you're good to go. Right. If you send me messages, I'll respond to them in a second. NoFunnelToday.com, check it out. Make your account, use the tools, post them in school, call me in the morning, let me know what you think. Let's book on. Let's get on the call. Let's make it happen. Appreciate each and every one of you. Let me know your comments. Let me know your thoughts. I'll leave this on the screen so you don't miss it. 5 minutes, I'm going to turn it off. I'm going to lurk in the background. I think I've got some approvals to do. I'll make sure everybody's in. It's Danny. I'll see you on the next video. Bye-bye.
