Daron Pacheco points out that local commercial real estate and small-town businesses are starved for basic digital marketing. A simple Facebook page can make a business look modern instead of stuck in the 1950s, creating easy entry for anyone who knows how to help them online.
Um, most people in town that do commercial real estate aren't as tech savvy as I am, and I realized there was just a big opportunity there for me to be like, it's something that I already love doing and talking about and all that. So I was like, what an easy avenue for me to get into that. Yeah, yeah. So, and I think that's any industry in town.
Yeah, there's a ton of them. Probably 80% of my conversations are trying to convince people and show them that having a Facebook page is worth it. Which is so nuts. Like, yeah. If you drive 2 hours down the road east to Dallas, like, they literally look at you like you're living in 1950. Yeah. If you don't have a Facebook page.
Right.
Like, that's the— and it doesn't cost you anything. It's just effort. Yep. Come on, what are we doing? So that's one of the things too, 'cause whenever I started, there was a huge gap in this market. Content, social media, like nobody was doing it, which is why I, plus I love it.
