Daron Pacheco explains how online booking cuts appointment scheduling from a full day of back-and-forth messages to 5-10 seconds. Service providers who can't watch their phones constantly lose clients and revenue without an automated system.
I feel like booking sites are so key. I don't want to message somebody to book an appointment. I feel like that's just kind of, you know, you have to go back and forth for like a whole day before you can kind of figure out what appointment aligns. And so with a booking site, they can just go in and, you know, book a day and time that works best for them, works best for you, and it's done within, you know, 5 to 10 seconds. And so we really stress booking sites to our students as well.
Yeah, that's huge. I know at least like whenever I go to my barber, yep. Same thing. Yeah. Like I just go in there, pick a time. Yeah. Show up.
Exactly. Exactly. Cause usually people in that industry, they're so busy they can't check their phones 24/7. So if you are having to message them like, hey, do you have an opening this day? Mm-hmm. And if they reply, no, I don't. Okay, well when do you have an opening? So you're just going back and forth. Um, like I said, sometimes it lasts over a day. And so by then you could have already had a client booked and in your chair.
It creates less friction within the whole sales process.
