2019, there was a law passed in Texas. It's called direct access. So direct access just means you can go into physical therapy without a referral, just like you can a chiropractor, massage therapy. You don't have to go get a note from your doctor permission saying, yes, I can go get a massage from a massage therapist or acupuncturist or whoever. But in PT, we had a gatekeep. So there was a law passed in Texas saying now we have 15 days if you're a specialist, 10 days if you're not. But still, 10 days is better than No days. I had to say, well, go see a doctor first and get permission and then come see me. And not good for business if you're trying to, you know, get leads. So, um, once that law was passed, I knew right away that was kind of my sign. I was like, you know what, let's just go for it. I've been in the game for a while. I have a good following. Um, I was coaching CrossFit for probably 5 years at that point. So I had a big network there and, you know, us gym people were always a little banged up.
