Do you need a workout partner to actually show up?

Having someone scheduled to meet you at the gym creates a strong incentive to show up, while working out alone makes it easy to skip. The presence of others also pushes you to work harder once you're there.
And so what I find that helps is, and this is really with anything, is accountability.
Yeah.
Having somebody that is gonna like meet you at the gym. Like, yeah, I know if somebody's meeting me at the gym, I'm not gonna miss it. If there's nobody meeting me at the gym, it's really tempting to just go back to sleep. Yeah. So what are your thoughts in that area?
Because I'm gonna work out harder that morning now because I have people coming over my house.
Yeah.
So like if somebody is having a hard time going with somebody, I'd find somebody to go with you. Um, and I, I've lived the gym life, you know, where I had groups and I went with, but I've also established that role. Like I, I think I am my own motivation, you know, like I love going to the gym. It's super fun. It's great when my kids wake up and go with me, but then, you know, I have that accountability on the side too. Yeah. So like we have my Team Non-Standard, you know, where we sort of motivate each other, you know, like. We check in on each other, you know, we have our little groups where it's like, hey, how you doing? You know, you doing this, you slacking, all these different group channels I'm part of. Like I have a men's group on WhatsApp that I've never met any of these people
