Recently I've started working with, um, I'll just say a company and, uh, they're like a home service type of company and we're utilizing AI in some pretty cool ways to keep track of things. So like I was able to train a, a voice agent. So like I assigned it a phone number and if somebody calls the phone number, the the voice agent, the AI agent answers and it knows context, it knows how to respond to questions custom to that conversation like a receptionist would or like a salesperson would.
So it's kind of like when you pull up a chat and it's like chatting with AI, it's kind of like that, but it's a voice.
And it sounds— I'm not going to say it sounds 100% like a human. Like, you'll know. But in the call, I'm like, hey, just letting you know, I'm an AI assistant. I can talk like a normal conversation and then it'll go into it. But I trained it to basically ask, I need your full name, phone number, and the reason you're calling. And then it transfers it to the owner of the company directly to his phone. What I have AI do, I'll have it do that and then I'll have it track everything on the back end, put it in a Google Sheet, send me a text, all automated. And so I think automating things that you don't necessarily need a human to do is going to be where some of the bigger—
