A great leader works alongside their team, sweeping floors and wiping windows instead of just giving orders. This one has a compassionate heart shaped by faith and makes sure to celebrate and recognize staff achievements at annual meetings.
Yeah, he walks alongside you. He doesn't come in and tell you to sweep the floors. He gets a broom and sweeps the floor with you. He gets a towel and wipes the windows with you.
