An Air Force veteran started making TikToks answering questions about becoming a commissioned officer, but kept getting asked about different paths. They launched a podcast to interview people who'd actually done it, creating a resource that didn't exist.
before I started mine, I was there, you know, I was on, so it started on social media. Like I was on TikTok making content. Yeah. Making content, answering a bunch of questions from airmen. Cause I talk a lot about how airmen can go from enlisted to become an officer. Like that's a lot of my content. Cause I share my story over and over and I was getting all these questions of like, how do I do this? Cause there's different paths to do it. And so I didn't have all the answers. So I was finding people that did it.. And so at the time I was like, man, how do I like capture all these, all this info from these people who've done these paths and share it? And so I was like, well, if I just created a podcast and that's what it was specifically going to be designed for, it was going to be designed for me talking to people who have done these different paths to become an officer.
