This is a YouTube video titled "How AI fits into the marketing techstack" containing a monologue or single-speaker discussion recorded on October 31, 2024, about the evolving role of AI in marketing technology stacks, emphasizing AI as a creative aid rather than a core component. The speaker reflects on changes in perspective regarding AI integration in tools like Gong.
Where do you see AI fitting in the tech stack? It's interesting because if you had asked me that I would say in the fall I probably would have answered it this way. I probably would have said I see AI as a core tool in my stack but now I see it a little bit differently and the reason is all of the tools we're using so we're using gong, all of them have an AI capability. So a lot of the things that back in the fall I was thinking well we're going to need to use AI not just in terms of helping us be better creators and writers. That's a no brainer. We're doing that and we'll always do that but we're going to have to use it almost like an integration capability. And now all the tools we're using embedded doing that. It's really changed my viewpoint. I think AI is going to be more of a creative help for us than it will be a core component of our stack.
