A creator explains how to turn internal company work into a public content series. The example: Centers of Excellence, a series that showcases different teams' projects to build brand credibility and give the audience relatable stories about how the company actually works.
I think my favorite and probably one of the most successful that they're still doing today is a content series that we called Centers of Excellence. I think they recently rebranded it to be Chili Experiments. But the whole idea is that we had a written content series that wrote about the work that we were doing internally. So the whole idea was that we were uplifting and highlighting how each function within the Chili Piper company was a Center of Excellence. So we would write about the experiments happening on the CRO team, things that the engineers were doing, the way that the people team were structuring certain aspects of onboarding, some of the really cool things that the SDR teams were doing, different approaches, how we don't discount things like that. So they're still doing it to this day. So it was a way to not only elevate the brand and the company and the work that we were doing, but they were all helpful, relatable stories. So it wasn't super self serving. They were all relatable things that our audience, our core icp, could learn from, and they're still doing that today. And that's also a play that I think others have replicated.
