Interactive vs. Live Demos

Interactive demos should get people excited to book a live demo, not replace it. The goal is validating what customers expect before they talk to a real person.
It should not replace a live demo. It should get someone excited about taking that live demo.
The goal of the website is not to show everybody every possible feature. Ultimately they're going to have a demo and probably talk to sales at some point. Right? It's like, how do you give them enough?
Yeah, I think exactly what you said is it should not replace a live demo. It should get someone excited about taking that live demo because really what it's doing is just validating that first step of like, is this what I think it is? Because I've signed up for product demos or software demos and it's been entirely different than what I thought it was. And then we just both wait. Wasted my time and the sales rep's time. So it's really that first step to get people excited and be like, yes, this is what I want. I want to go further, explore this now.
