Ram Dass said, "What you meet in another being is a projection of your own evolution." That really struck me. It's become clearer and clearer to me that when I judge somebody else or have an aversion to somebody else, it's really a reflection of a part of myself I haven't fully loved or accepted. Really identify what is it that you judge about other people, who do you most have an aversion to, and use that as a mirror to get clear about the parts of yourself you haven't fully loved or accepted.
