One, they take responsibility. They don't blame their team when things go wrong. They take responsibility and they invite others on their team to take responsibility. Two, they tell the truth. They're candid when things are good and when things are bad. They tell the truth. Three, They hold people accountable without guilt and shame. They create accountability structures and make sure that there's clear accountability for what people said they would do. And then 4, they operate from presence and they encourage other people to do the same.
