Notice the different ways I listened to those two people. And then imagine I got confused and I switched them and I listened to my 1 out of 10 person with my 10 out of 10 listening. And I really saw how much differently I would listen to them and how that would shape how they showed up for me. So seeing the confirmation bias in action helped me realize just how powerful the way I listen to people shapes how they show up for me.
