Here's why operating in your zone of genius is so game-changing. Your zone of genius is this intersection between your unique gifts and talents, what you're just great at and what you love to do. And so most people get stuck in their zone of excellence. They get stuck doing the things that they've learned to be really good at, but they don't light them up. And when you operate in your zone of genius, every day you wake up excited, you're lit up to do the things that you do that you're uniquely good at and only you can do. And so the founders I work with, they learn to delegate out all the stuff that is not in their zone of genius so they can just spend all their time that way. The energy and creativity that unlocks for them then spills over their team. And as they get everyone else on the team operating in their zone of genius, the company can achieve so much more than they ever could with people operating in their zone of excellence.
