I don't think anyone needs a coach. In fact, my philosophy as a coach is that you're already whole, perfect, and complete just as you are. And most people don't recognize that. So do I think most human beings, most entrepreneurs would accelerate their growth faster, would see their blind spots, would have breakthroughs? Absolutely. Obviously I'm biased, but from my experience, clients report their lives before we started working together are very different than their lives during and after. And so I don't think anyone needs a coach, but why wouldn't you make what most people think is the best investment of your entire life so that you can accelerate your growth as a human, as a leader, achieve your wildest dreams while becoming the person you want to be? To me, that's an incredible opportunity and possibility from coaching. It's so much why I love doing this work.
