There's this paradox around attachment that I wanna speak to, which is the less attached you are to an outcome, the easier it is to create. So this is some of the dance. It's like, have a clear desired future state, but don't be attached to it. And what creates attachment is the belief or story that your wellbeing depends on that future coming into being. The paradox and the irony is the less attached you are to the outcome, the easier it is to create. And the problem is you can't fake it, right? Because believe me, I've tried. Yeah, to be like, no, no, I'm not attached to that happening. That's just, you know, that's just my preference. I would, but I, you know, my body can sense it and I'm attached and then I get, you know, scared around it and I'm not showing up as creatively or confidently or with as much energy. So, you know, the state you're operating from is ultimately what determines your results. And the state is affected by your attachment. If you're attached to the outcome, you're not going to be coming from as resourceful and creative and energized a state as when you are detached. So you're less likely to achieve it.
