If I won the lottery, like, my life would be amazing. I would feel so free and I would have like all the vacations I want and houses. And I think it's important to like recognize it's just not true. But like most people hold it as true. This is why, you know, the whole like outer game versus inner game distinction is so near and dear to my heart because most people think if I just win at the outer game and one shortcut to that is I win $100 million, then, like, they really believe, then I'll be happy. And when you recognize we have this upper limit, then the game becomes about, okay, how do I raise my upper limit? And I find, you know, and you do— that's an inside-out experience. And as you raise your upper limit, lo and behold, life gets better and better.
