the most impactful coaching I've gotten is really around looking for all the ways I judge myself and just how powerful it is to like notice the things you say to yourself about yourself. He actually had me make a list of like all the things I judged about myself. I had like 65 things on this list of, "Oh, you're not good enough, you're not smart enough, you're too weak, you're too emotional," those kind of things. And really look at the impact of how I judge myself and went through a process where I actually forgave myself for judging myself that way and came up with some new truths, new inspiring truths. I am powerful. I am strong. I ended up creating a whole mantra out of that and read it almost every morning. And it's been super powerful in terms of shaping who I'm being and how I show up.
