This transcript is a demonstration of the "Shift deck," a physical card deck used to move people from seriousness into playful openness and curiosity. In the excerpt speakers demonstrate several card-driven exercises (movement, singing, repetitive prompts) using a personal example about missing a dog to illustrate how the deck elicits new perspectives and emotional release.

One of our favorite pieces of technology for helping people shift is this. We call it the Shift deck and it's a deck of cards.
