The hero creates temporary relief. So, okay, everyone feels a little better, but you haven't actually learned. People haven't taken responsibility in the sense of like, oh, I see how I created this. Uh, you know, like the salesperson really, um, has to face like, oh, how did I, you know, I said I wanted to hit my quota, but I missed it. Okay. What do I need to do differently? What do I learn? Sales manager. You know, doesn't have to face, okay, how did I sort of co-create this? Right. And so it undermines learning growth. Um, and you, uh, you don't fundamentally resolve the issue. So you'll end up repeating the cycle and then often heroes end up resenting the, um, the victim that they save. Yeah. Cause it's like, oh, I had to come here and do this.
