Stop shoulding yourself. Most of us have thoughts about what we should do. We should do this, we shouldn't do that, and we get really limited by listening to those thoughts. Those are just thoughts that your mind is making up, and in particular, any thought with the word "should" in it is a flag that you don't need to listen to that thought. It's your mind wanting to be righteous about what is right and wrong for you to do, and that's just an illusion. If you can let go of all these should thoughts, then you can have the freedom to choose how you want to show up, what you want to do, and transcend these limiting beliefs.
