One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the difference between self-blame and responsibility. For years, I thought beating myself up was a form of accountability, but it actually was just a way to avoid deeper learning. True responsibility involves letting go of the story that there's something wrong, so there's no one to blame, and you just get curious, how did I create this? And that shift from blame to responsibility opened up a whole new level of growth for me, and it can for you too.
