This is a YouTube video titled "Your Greatest Failures can be your Greatest Successes in Disguise #startups #success #successmindset" (created 2026-07-11) featuring Dave Kashen delivering a first-person, motivational monologue. He recounts losing roughly 70% of his net worth in 2022, describes feeling scared and angry, and tells how a question from his wife — “What do you love about yourself that has nothing to do with your money or success?” — led him to realize his intrinsic qualities (fun-loving, kind, caring) are enough. The clip is reflective and framed around the idea that major failures can become successes in disguise.

The most transformative question I've ever been asked. So here's a story. In 2022, I lost millions and millions of dollars, 70% of my net worth. And I was just in it. I was scared. I was angry at myself. I was sad. And I remember when I was really in the thick of it, we were driving home from somewhere and my wife asked me, what do you love about yourself that has nothing to do with your money or success? And I just thought about it. I was like, well, I'm just a fun-loving, kind, caring guy. And something just clicked for me in that moment. I knew that was enough. And from that moment on, I have just had this freedom and lightness around money and success that I'd never had before. And to me, the moral of the story is sometimes your greatest failures can actually be your greatest successes in disguise.
